VW-1-011型球笼式万向节广泛应用于轿车行业,其保持架是约束钢球运动的中间环节,由于在实际生产中钟形壳的偏心距和星形套的偏心距不可能完全相等,造成保持架受冲击力作用而破坏.针对这一问题利用大型有限元ALGOR软件对保持架处于不同关键位置进行了有限元分析,得到了其应力应变分布,分析出保持架结构薄弱部位并进行比较式优化改进,可为球笼式万向节保持架设计者提供一定的依据. 相似文献

为研究飞机复合材料曲板的失效过程与失效模式,对一组复合材料弯角试验件进行了准静态拉伸试验.同时基于ABAQUS软件及其USDFLD子程序,考虑复合材料的渐进损伤特征,建立了受载曲板的有限元模型,分析弯角区的应力分布特征.研究发现:数值仿真能够较准确的模拟弯角结构的受载过程,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好;结构受载过程中,在弯角区域发生分层破坏,随着载荷的增大,分层沿着周向和径向都有扩展;随着外加载荷的增大,弯角区域的最大法向应力的位置逐渐移向加载端. 相似文献

In machine-tool spindle systems, rolling bearings are generally the most widely used type of bearing, offering high stiffness and a large load capacity. The performance of bearings is greatly affected by the applied preload. This paper suggests a new automatic variable preload system that uses an eccentric mass device applied to the bearings of a spindle system. A spindle sustains centrifugal force when rotating. The eccentric mass device converts the radial direction force caused by the centrifugal force into axial force using an eccentric mass device. The eccentric mass device applies a small amount of force to the bearing when the spindle rotates at a low speed and applies large force to the bearing when the spindle rotates at a high speed. In this design, the device maintains a large preload at low speeds and lowers the preload at high speeds. Depending on the increase in the spindle rpm, the force that the eccentric mass device delivers to the axial direction will also increase. In addition, the preload applied to the bearings will be reduced. A finite element analysis was conducted to predict the shape of the eccentric mass device and changes of the preload. Based on the analysis results, a prototype was fabricated. According to the results of experiments conducted on the prototype, it was confirmed that the automatic variable preload device with the suggested structure operated satisfactorily. Also, vibration and noise of the prototype were measured and analyzed. The approach suggested in this study is expected to allow reduced manufacturing and operating costs, as the complex devices for hydraulic pressure or electricity required in existing variable preload devices can be eliminated. 相似文献

This paper presents the results of vibro-acoustic modeling and simulation using the finite element and the boundary element methods for the free piston engine structure. A model of the engine was constructed through the use of finite element software to perform a normal mode analysis of the engine structure. The objective was to determine the mode shapes and the natural frequency that contribute to engine structure vibration. Theoretical development of the engine balance motion and frequency response was also conducted. From the simulation and finite element analysis, the force response pattern of the engine vibration was determined and then compared with its natural frequency. The vibration data were used as the input data for noise analysis using the boundary element method. The integration of the finite element and the boundary element determined the noise-frequency data of the engine structure toward the occurrence of engine noise. The information can be used by designers to analyze engine specifications and structure, especially at the preliminary design stage. 相似文献

动平衡机在测量大质偏类工件时,由于不平衡量较大,振动信号往往会超出测量系统的线性范围而造成测量误差偏大。为了提高动平衡测量精度,提出了一种采用电磁力产生的同频振动抵消大部分初始振动,从而减小簧板振动量,保证系统线性度的动平衡测量方法。讨论了该方法的基本工作原理,建立了电磁力装置的磁路模型;采用有限元建模对电磁力的可控性进行了研究,并分析了气隙、温度等因素对电磁力的影响;最后介绍了测量控制系统和控制策略。动平衡测量实验表明,该测量方法能够有效地提高大不平衡量工件的动平衡测量精度。 相似文献

针对鼓风机组管路振动噪声问题,应用结构声辐射理论和结构振动测量数据分析振动声辐射强度。以实测振动信号为依据,根据对低频段计算精度较好的边界元理论,应用有限元软件和Sysnoise声学仿真软件建立了实际声场的边界元流体模型和有限元结构模型的耦合模型,得到了模拟声场的仿真结果,并与实测结果进行比较,确定了主要噪声能量来源于管路振动造成的结构振动。通过分析振动的来源以及振动传递的路径和传递特性,确定了隔振降噪的方法。依据理论分析结果,对实际现场采取了有效的隔振降噪方法,隔振后降噪效果明显。 相似文献

水力机械旋转部件质量偏心引起机组异常振动,工程上一般采用动平衡配重的方法解决质量偏心问题。在考虑支撑效应、陀螺效应和轴承油膜动力作用的基础上,采用有限元建模和数值模拟,分析部件在质量微小偏心作用下的动力学特征,将传统处理工艺与数值方法相结合,提出了解决大型转子制造质量偏心的数值校正方法,即微孔调平法。该方法通过精细数值模拟跟踪轴系的摆度和振动的变化,确定附加配重的大小和最佳位置,并在配重对称位置区域在不影响结构工作和电磁效应的前提下采用微孔工艺减重,消除转子质量偏心。工程实践表明,该方法能很好地解决大型转子制造产生的质量偏心问题,在制造过程中可完全消除制造质量偏心引起的异常振动。 相似文献
