基于光整流效应,通过倾斜泵浦光波前(TPFP)在铌酸锂晶体中实现相位匹配,是一种有效的产生太赫兹辐射的方法。建立了一种更完备的基于波面倾斜的产生太赫兹波的理论模型,用于分析不同泵浦光偏振下产生太赫兹波的转换效率。搭建了基于铌酸锂晶体光整流效应的高峰值功率太赫兹源和太赫兹时域光谱系统,并利用太赫兹面阵探测器对获得的太赫兹辐射进行了分析。结果表明,所获得的太赫兹辐射单脉冲峰值功率达到0.56 MW,频谱宽度为0.1 THz~2 THz,转换效率为0.56‰,与理论模拟结果相符。 相似文献

对中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所(SIOM)即将开展的基于激光尾场加速(LWFA)电子束的自由电子激光(FEL)实验(SIOM-FEL)进行了数值模拟研究,提出利用直接外种子激光驱动的方案来获得FEL辐射。理论和仿真结果表明,采用直接外种子激光驱动模式,在束流能散为1%,发射度为0.3mm·mrad的情况下,提高峰值电流强度到10kA可以得到接近200倍增益的FEL辐射,而利用具有横向梯度的波荡器也可以在较低的束流强度条件下获得较高的辐射增益。 相似文献

为了给太赫兹源、太赫兹探测器等太赫兹仪器的研制和生产提供测试保障,研制了一种基于锁相放大原理的太赫兹功率测试仪器。目前,许多商用锁相放大器价格高、体积大且结构和功能比较复杂,不适合一些便携式检测系统。该仪器主要采用基于AD630的锁相放大方案来实现对微弱信号的检测。这种锁相放大器成本低、设计结构简单、灵活性强且集成度高。当标准太赫兹功率计测试到的太赫兹功率为96.8 mW和2.98 μW时,采用本文方案研制的太赫兹功率测试仪器测试到的功率分别为97.9 mW和3 μW,误差范围在±5% 以内。基于CD552-R3弱信号锁相放大方案只能提取到毫伏级信号,而本文方案则可提取到微伏级信号。因此,采用本文方案探测太赫兹功率时,量程更宽且稳定性更高。 相似文献

研究周期极化磷化镓晶体(GaP)、砷化镓晶体(GaAs)和周期极化铌酸锂晶体(PPLN)准相位匹配级联差频产生太赫兹辐射,相较于差频过程,级联过程太赫兹辐射输出功率增大9.5倍。通过分析三波耦合方程,计算并比较晶体的波矢失配量、极化周期和太赫兹功率,结果显示,基于GaP晶体产生的太赫兹功率略大于GaAs晶体输出的功率;GaAs晶体的极化周期最小;PPLN晶体的波矢失配量和极化周期取值范围最小,而输出的太赫兹功率和转换效率最高。建立基于周期极化掺氧化镁铌酸锂晶体(MgO:PPLN)准相位匹配原理的宽调谐激光系统,分析吸收因子对输出太赫兹功率的影响,计算级联差频峰值功率和转换效率。十五阶峰值功率3.72 MW,泵浦光总能量到太赫兹辐射能量的转换效率是3.72%。 相似文献

锁相放大器在微弱信号测量中有非常重要的作用。在太赫兹空气相干探测技术中利用外置调制电场对激光在气体中四波混频作用产生的二次谐波进行调制,并以调制电场的频率作为锁相放大器的参考频率,能够完成对微弱的激光二次谐波的测量,使得二次谐波和太赫兹波电场成正比,从而将该探测技术转换成相干探测技术。采用Simulink对太赫兹空气相干探测技术中的锁相放大器参数的影响进行仿真,研究脉冲信号的宽度和锁相放大器的参数对探测结果的影响,并获得该测量过程所需的最优化参数。研究结果对太赫兹空气相干探测技术中锁相放大器的参数选取和设置有很好的理论参考价值。 相似文献

We present the analysis and start-to-end simulation of an intense narrow-band terahertz (THz) source with a broad tuning range of radiation frequency, using a single-pass free electron laser (FEL) driven by a THz-pulse-train photoinjector. The fundamental radiation frequency, corresponding to the spacing between the electron microbunches, can be easily tuned by varying the spacing time between the laser micropulses. Since the prebunched electron beam is highly bunched at the first several harmonics, with the harmonic generation technique, the radiation frequency range can be further enlarged by several times. The start-to-end simulation results show that this FEL is capable of generating a few tens megawatts power, several tens micro-joules pulse energy, and a few percent bandwidth at the frequencies of 0.5–5 THz. An experiment on a novel Smith–Purcell free electron laser (FEL) is described in this paper. The FEL is driven by a relativistic sheet electron beam of middle energy. The high frequency system of the device is a quasi-optical resonator composed of a diffraction grating and a three-mirror reflector. Coherent radiation with a peak power of tens of kW at the 3 mm waveband is sucessfully detected from an experimental facility. The main experimental parameters are: sheet beam energy from 400 kV to 500 kV; pulse length of voltage 70 ns; pulse beam current 0.2 kA; synchronous guide magnetic field up to 1.2 T with 10 ms pulse length; and grating period 2.2 mm. 相似文献

为减少太赫兹回旋器件模式密度和降低模式竞争问题,利用具有模式选择特点的共焦波导结构作为140 GHz回旋行波管(Gyro-TWT)的高频互作用系统。在理论分析基础上,建立注波互作用计算模型并对其进行数值计算;通过对共焦波导高频场分布、衍射损耗、耦合系数以及注波互作用效率等输出参量的分析,选择HE06作为工作模式,确定了140 GHz Gyro-TWT放大器的基本结构和工作参数,并利用注波互作用非线性理论进行分析。模拟结果表明:在注电压为35 kV,注电流2 A,速度比为0.75时,该高频结构在140 GHz频点获得12 kW峰值输出功率,17.1%电子效率和38 dB饱和增益,3 dB带宽达到6 GHz。 相似文献

在自由电子激光器中一般存在两种受激辐射形式:自由电子激光辐射和迴旋辐射。本文从理论上阐明,如果电子束的初始横向速度较大,自由电子激光器的参数选用不当,则迴旋辐射将占优势,特别当电子束能量较低时,产生迴旋辐射的倾向更大。但是迴旋辐射并不具有双重多普勒频率上漂移的特性,由于受轴向磁场强度的限制,在电子束能量较高时,其辐射频率要比自由电子激光辐射频率低得多。因此在自由电子激光器的实验研究中,如何区别这两种辐射,并有效地抑制迴旋辐射,是一个十分重要的课题。 相似文献
