某尾矿筑坝时,随着坝体高度增加需要更换筑坝旋流器底流口,以维持筑坝需要的底流浓度和粒度,为此研发可调底流口旋流器。实践表明,使用可调底流口旋流器进行筑坝作业,省去了为每台旋流器配备多种规格的底流口,减少了设备成本,同时在使用过程中,不需要为旋流器更换沉砂口,减少人工成本。可调底流口旋流器分级效果不低于传统旋流器,适用于某尾矿筑坝作业。  相似文献

受尾矿粒度较细、粘粒含量较多的影响,某矿山尾矿库沉积滩坡度小、渗透性差,不能满足安全生产要求。为此,该矿山先后进行了添加絮凝剂筑坝、旋流器筑坝、旋流器加池填法筑坝试验研究,最终采用旋流器加池填法筑坝,沉积滩坡度、渗透系数指标良好,坝体稳定性满足安全生产要求,尾矿回水水质满足选矿厂回用要求,缩短了筑坝时间,降低了筑坝费用。  相似文献

水力旋流器是选矿领域矿物粒度分级的设备。将该设备的结构参数重新设计组合应用在尾矿库筑坝工艺是国内选矿领域的新技术。将旋流器安装在移动式台车上 ,砂浆在压力作用下在旋流器筒腔内旋转 ,比重大、粒度粗的物料由下部沉沙嘴排出泻至尾矿坝顶 ,比重小、细粒级物料由溢流部排出废弃进入尾矿库内。周而复始 ,渐渐推进直至将坝体筑完。旋流器沉沙筑坝可以大量节省尾矿坝堆筑费用 ,杜绝常规筑坝方法污染环境的问题。水力旋流器沉沙筑坝具有水力冲填性能 ,对防止坝体沉陷、变形、安全稳定有重要作用。筑坝沉沙浓度大于 70 % ;一组设备产沙 1 …  相似文献
