以某型重型纵轴式掘进机为载体,研究掘进机在横截工况下截割部的振动以及受力特性。首先在LS-DYNA中进行掘进机截割头截割岩石仿真,获得掘进机工作条件下截割头所受到的外载荷,然后运用ANSYS软件对截割部包括悬臂段、截割减速箱及截割电机箱体进行柔性化,最后在ADAMS中对整机进行刚柔耦合分析。研究结果为掘进机的截割部减振设计研究及其结构优化改进提供了理论依据。  相似文献

为探索掘进机振动特性的可靠分析方法,针对掘进机回转台因长期承受较大多变应力-应变而发生断裂的情况,研究了掘进机回转台的振动特性分析方法。将井下实测数据与仿真模型相结合,通过有限元软件,采用软件建模与实际载荷输入结合的方法,对掘进机回转台的振动特性进行分析。首先完成其在截割过程中的受力分析;并通过Pro/E与ADAMS建立掘进机回转台有限元模型,并对掘进机在巷道掘进过程中的载荷数据进行采集,将数据进行选取、处理与组合建立仿真载荷并将其导入模型,得到最接近实际工况的有限元模型;然后通过ADAMS进行振动模态分析,求解了掘进机回转台的前6阶固有频率、振型及振动响应的功率谱密度,同时开展了掘进机回转台的模态试验进行对比。结果表明,该分析方法与试验结果在振型与各阶频率上均保持一致,平均偏差仅为11.83%,最小偏差仅为为2.41%,并分析了出现偏差的原因,证明其可以对掘进机回转台结构修改与动力特性改善提供参考依据。  相似文献
