半封闭矿热炉低温烟气余热发电技术研究

对于2×16.5 MVA半封闭锰硅炉的烟气量和温度,理论上烟气带走的热焓约相当于变压器输入电能的69.2%,但由于烟气余热品质差,巨大热焓没有得到充分利用。通过开发高功率送电技术、引进纳米SiO_2绝热保温材料和控制炉门开启度,将烟气温度提高至430℃以上;开发螺旋翅片管蒸发器,并运用阿基米德螺线长距离冲击波脉冲吹灰技术,保证了余热锅炉有效清灰和换热效率,从而对2×16.5 MVA半封闭锰硅炉冶炼产生的低品质烟气余热实现稳定发电。
