针对难加工材料表面抛光难、工具损耗严重、加工效率低的问题,提出了一种高速磨粒流动辅助电解加工的方法,通过在电解液中添加微小磨粒,伴随电解液高速流动实现电化学溶解与钝化膜微量磨削的复合加工。针对该方法的加工参数进行了分析,研究了加工时间、加工电压、加工间隙、电解液浓度、电源种类、磨粒粒径对实验结果的影响。结果表明:采用5 V电压的直流电源,以质量分数10%的NaNO3作为电解液,设定加工间隙1 mm,用1200目的磨粒加工5 min,可得到表面质量较好的工件,表面粗糙度Ra<0.1μm。 相似文献

利用单因素实验和正交试验法探究了电源电容、电流、伺服参考电压、伺服速度及占空比对CuW90微小孔电火花加工效率和电极损耗的影响。结果表明:伺服参考电压和占空比对加工效率和电极损耗的影响都较大,而电容、电流对其影响较小,最终得到了CuW90电火花微小孔加工的最优参数组合。 相似文献

通过对电火花成型加工放电蚀除规律的分析,提出了一种符合实际应用的控制策略,在粗加工情况下,以控制间隙电压稳定为主要目标,加工位移作为观测量;在精加工情况下,只要选取合适的分析周期,使在分析周期内的加工位移小于工件的加工精度,则仍以控制间隙电压稳定为主要目标,加工位移作为观测量,当加工位移与理想位移最接近时,停止加工。采用上述控制方式有效地避免了由于间隙电压与加工位移之间的耦合关系而导致的控制系统复杂性。该系统软件结构简单、实用,具有很强的工程应用价值,通过与传统控制方法的运行结果进行对比,结果表明机床的加工效率显著提高。 相似文献

球头铣刀高速铣削是加工模具自由曲面的重要工艺方法。在分析自由曲面铣削中球头刀铣削点和零件加工曲线几何位置关系的基础上,探讨球头刀铣削点的运动规律,得到加工模具自由曲面过程中球头刀铣削点的线速度和角速度方程。铣削点的速度方程将为研究球头刀的均匀磨损提供必要的理论依据,为曲面零件的超精密加工打下提供参考。 相似文献

针对H12V190Z柴油机连杆大头孔表面的磨料流加工方法进行了研究,利用CFD软件对其加工流场进行了模拟仿真,得到了流体磨料在流场中的压力和速度分布。结合工艺实验验证了经磨料流加工后连杆大头孔加工表面的粗糙度值有明显的减小,提高了连杆表面的质量,大大缩短了加工时间,提高了加工效率。 相似文献

Due to the fact that the cutting occurs around the cutter contact (CC) point, the efficiency and quality of CNC machining can be improved significantly if the CC velocity along the surface is kept costant. Conventional approaches to machining mainly maintain a constant cutter location (CL) velocity, so that the CC velocity along the surface is often not constant and usually results in non-uniform machining and unsatisfactory quality. To overcome this difficulty, this paper presents a novel NURBS surface interpolator that is capable of real-time generation of CL motion command for ball-end milling of NURBS surfaces and maintaining a constant CC velocity along the CC path and its intervals. For performance evaluation, a three-axis servomechanism driven by three servomotors is controlled to track segments represented by NURBS surfaces. Micro electrochemical machining (ECM) of tungsten carbide with cobalt binder (WC–Co) was studied using ultrashort pulses. In ECM, the machining characteristics were investigated according to machining conditions such as electrolyte, workpiece potential, and applied voltage pulse. Using a mixture of sulfuric acid and nitric acid, microstructures with a sharp edge and good surface quality were machined on tungsten carbide alloy. The potentials of workpiece electrode and tool electrode were determined by considering the machining rate, machining stability, and surface quality of products. With the negative potential of the workpiece electrode, oxide formation was successfully prevented and shape with good surface quality in the range from Ra 0.069 μm to 0.075 μm were obtained by electrochemical machining. Moreover, the performance of ECM, which includes machining gap, tapering, surface roughness, and machining time, without tool wear was compared with that of electrical discharge machining (EDM). Microstructures of WC–Co with a sharp edge and good surface quality were obtained by electrochemical milling and electrochemical drilling. Micro electrochemical turning was also introduced to fabricate micro shafts. 相似文献

综合电火花加工快速蚀除材料与电解加工溶解重铸层的优势,提出了在低电导率的NaNO3溶液中使用电极逐层往复式铣削加工微小方孔的电火花-电解复合加工方法,并研究了电解液浓度、电压和电容参数对微小方孔加工质量的影响。结果表明:电解液浓度与加工电压对微小方孔加工质量影响较大,电容影响相对较小。选用最优加工参数在100μm厚的321不锈钢片上加工微小方孔,得到的方孔加工质量好、侧壁表面无重铸层,且工具电极相对损耗仅0.05%。 相似文献
