陕西省洋县钒钛磁铁矿矿石品位极低,铁矿物赋存状态复杂,属于难磨难选类矿石,采用传统方法钛损失量极大。为了减少选厂选矿过程中钛资源的浪费,采用ZCLA新技术对该矿球磨排矿进行了抛尾工业试验,提出了洋县超贫钒钛磁铁矿选矿新工艺。研究结果表明:在给料粒度为-5 mm,采用ZCLA粗粒抛尾新技术,抛出的尾矿TiO_2品位仅为1.62%,抛尾率为36.36%,可直接抛废,减少了36.36%的选钛磨矿量;该工艺与筒式弱磁选粗粒抛尾工艺相比,尾矿TiO_2品位大幅降低,流程简单,且运行成本更低。  相似文献

采用3种流程方案(一段磨矿一段选别工艺流程、阶段磨矿阶段选别工艺流程和粗粒抛尾-一段磨矿一段选别工艺流程)对某全铁品位14.34%的铁矿进行选别。试验结果表明, 采用粗粒抛尾-一段磨矿一段选别-浮选脱硫工艺, 可以获得含铁62.85%、钒1.21%、铁回收率48.45%、钒回收率72.32%的优质铁精矿。该流程具有工艺合理、流程简单、生产成本低等优点, 是处理该铁矿较为合理的选矿工艺流程。  相似文献

采用原矿高压辊磨-粗粒湿式磁选抛尾-阶段磨矿、阶段弱磁选选铁,选铁尾矿阶段弱磁选-强磁选-浮选选钛工艺流程对攀西红格低品位钒钛磁铁矿进行选矿试验,获得了铁品位为57.41%、铁回收率为52.88%的铁精矿和TiO2品位为47.87%、TiO2回收率为39.31%的钛精矿。研究表明:通过采用高压辊磨技术,可使选铁过程和选钛过程磨选量分别减少34.18%和10.19%。  相似文献

攀枝花白马选矿厂年产130万t选钛粗渣,铁、钛品位低,暂未利用,直接排入尾矿库。为确定回收利用其中铁、钛资源的可行性,进行回收试验。采用新型ZCLA强磁设备对粗渣进行预先抛尾,可抛除产率40. 19%、Ti O2品位1. 48%的合格尾矿;抛尾精矿经一段磨矿—弱磁选除铁—除铁精矿二段磨矿—1粗2精弱磁选流程选铁,可获得产率8. 80%、TFe品位56. 63%、回收率37. 53%的铁精矿;除铁尾矿经强磁选—螺旋溜槽重选—磁选—浮选原则流程选别,可获得产率0. 47%、Ti O2回收率7. 18%的钛精矿。预测年产铁精矿11. 44万t、钛精矿0. 61万t。根据铁、钛选矿成本和市场行情计算,白马选钛粗渣中铁、钛具有一定的回收利用价值。  相似文献

借鉴以往试验成果,结合矿石性质,采用分级-一段磁选-螺旋溜槽重选-二段磁选-浮选新工艺对攀枝花白马选铁尾矿进行回收钛的选矿试验。经系统的条件试验,确定了各环节合适的工艺参数,最终获得了TiO2品位为46.23%、TiO2回收率为29.66%的钛精矿,同时可使原铁尾矿中残留的铁和硫得到综合回收。试验成果可作为白马铁矿建设钛选厂的技术依据。  相似文献

采用粗粒抛尾-阶段磨矿、阶段弱磁选工艺对某低品位钒钛磁铁矿进行了选铁试验研究。结果表明:原矿在10~0 mm粒度下经双层永磁辊式磁选机进行弱磁选+强磁选粗粒抛尾,可以抛出产率为9%左右的合格尾矿,铁在粗粒尾矿中的损失仅为3%左右;预先抛尾获得的粗粒精矿在一段磨矿细度为-200目占50%、二段磨矿细度为-200目占85%的条件下,通过两段弱磁选,可获得铁品位为57.08%、TiO2含量为11.92%、铁回收率为53.16%的铁精矿。  相似文献

毕机沟尾矿库堆存大量钒钛磁铁矿尾矿,其铁、钛矿物含量相对较高,具有很高的再回收利用价值。采用ZCLA选矿机进行1次粗粒湿式预先抛尾,可得到尾矿产率为39.16%,精矿铁、钛回收率分别为82.95%、93.22%的指标。ZCLA精矿弱磁选回收铁矿,强磁选—重选回收钛铁矿工艺流程,可获得铁精矿全铁品位为56.90%和钛精矿Ti O2品位为44.48%的合格产品,开创了一种钒钛磁铁矿尾矿库综合利用的新工艺。  相似文献

攀枝花集团矿业有限公司为有效回收利用白马表外矿中的铁资源,在分析原矿性质的基础上,对其进行了预先抛尾试验和选铁试验。试验结果表明:原矿经干抛+湿抛预先抛尾,可获得铁品位为28.11%、回收率为71.14%的抛尾精矿,同时抛除了产率为57.66%、含铁8.38%的尾矿;抛尾精矿经两段阶磨阶选选铁,可获得铁品位为55.52%、回收率为75.62%的优质铁精矿,尾矿含铁11.11%,综合指标较好,初步实现了对白马表外矿铁资源的有效回收,为高效开发利用攀枝花白马表外矿提供了技术依据。  相似文献

湖南某低品位铁矿石TFe品位24. 10%,磁性铁占总铁的34. 56%。铁主要以磁铁矿和赤(褐)铁矿的形式存在,硫、磷含量较低。为实现"能抛早抛",对矿石块矿干选抛尾精矿进行高压辊磨—预选抛尾试验。结果表明,相比高压辊磨开路流程,闭路流程辊磨产品-1 mm粒级含量高31. 34个百分点,达63. 59%,粒度更细;闭路辊磨产品中磁粗选—强磁扫选粗粒湿式预选抛尾可获得产率82. 71%、TFe品位27. 28%、回收率93. 56%的预选精矿,抛除产率17. 29%、TFe品位8. 98%、回收率6. 44%的合格尾矿,抛尾效果明显,可有效降低后续磨选流程负荷和选矿成本。  相似文献

重钢西昌矿业有限公司太和矿区为综合回收利用低品位钒钛磁铁矿,进行了预选抛尾干式磁滑轮抛尾、粉矿干式抛尾、粗粒湿式磁选抛尾3种工艺流程试验。经对各流程选别指标的分析对比,并结合现实生产中的选矿工艺流程,提出了高压辊磨超细碎+粗粒湿式磁选抛尾的新工艺,其矿石入选品位可提高8~12个百分点,铁回收率可达到60%~70%,技术指标较好,为工业设计提供了参考依据。  相似文献
