Sulfuric acid leaching process was applied to extract nickel from roasting-dissolving residue of a spent catalyst, the effect of different parameters on nickel extraction was investigated by leaching experiments, and the leaching kinetics of nickel was analyzed. The experimental results indicate that the effects of particle size and sulfuric acid concentration on the nickel extraction are remarkable; the effect of reaction temperature is mild; while the effect of stirring speed in the range of 400–1 200 r/min is negligible. Decreasing particle size or increasing sulfuric acid concentration and reaction temperature, the nickel extraction efficiency is improved. 93.5% of nickel in residue is extracted under suitable leaching conditions, including particle size (0.074–0.100) mm, sulfuric acid concentration 30% (mass fraction), temperature 80 °C, reaction time 180 min, mass ratio of liquid to solid 10 and stirring speed 800 r/min. The leaching kinetics analyses shows that the reaction rate of leaching process is controlled by diffusion through the product layer, and the calculated activation energy of 15.8 kJ/mol is characteristic for a diffusion controlled process. A water-in-oil (W/O) microemulsion composed of Triton X-100, n-hexanol, n-hexane and water solution with hydrochloric acid was prepared. K3Fe(CN)6 was added in as a water-soluble electroactive probe, and its electrochemical behavior was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). It is found that the H+ concentration of the water phase has a great effect on the conductivity of the W/O microemulsion, and hence influences the electrochemical behavior of K3Fe(CN)6. When the pH value of water phase is about 7, the electrical conductivity of the W/O microemulsion is only 1.2×10−6 S/cm, and K3Fe(CN)6 almost cannot react at the glassy carbon electrode. But when the H+ concentration is more than 3 mol/L, the W/O microemulsion has a good electrical conductivity and K3Fe(CN)6 shows good electrochemical performance in it. The results of CV and EIS studies indicate that the electrochemical behavior of Fe(CN)6 3−/Fe(CN)6 4− in the W/O microemulsion is different from that in the aqueous solution. This may be due to the unique liquid structure of the W/O microemulsion and the unique mass transfer in the W/O microemulsion. C/C-SiC composites with SiC island distribution were prepared via a new processing route. The fabrication process mainly included silicon infiltration by ultrasonic vibration, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), siliconizing, liquid phase impregnation and carbonization. The wear and friction properties were tested by an MM-1000 wet friction machine. The results show that SiC phases are mainly distributed between carbon fibers and pyrocarbons as well as among the pryocarbons. The dynamic friction coefficient of the composites decreases gradually from 0.126 to 0.088 with the increase of the surface pressure from 0.5 to 2.5 MPa at the same rotary speed. Furthermore, under the constant surface pressure, the dynamic friction coefficient increases from 0.114 to 0.126 with the increase of the rotary speed from 1 500 to 2 500 r/min. However, the coefficient decreases to 0.104 when the rotary speed exceeds 4 500 r/min. During the friction process, the friction coefficient of C/C-SiC composite is between 0.088 and 0.126, and the wear value is zero after 300 times brake testing. A new technology was developed to recover multiple valuable elements from the spent Al2O3-based catalyst by X-ray phase analysis and exploratory experiments. The experimental results show that in the condition of roasting temperature of 750 ℃ and roasting time of 30 min, molar ratio of Na2O to Al2O3 of 1.2, the leaching rates of alumina, vanadium and molybdenum in the spent catalyst are 97.2%, 95.8% and 98.9%, respectively. Vanadium and molybdenum in sodium aluminate solution can be recovered by precipitators A and B, and the precipitation rates of vanadium and molybdenum are 94. 8% and 92. 6%. Al(OH)3 was prepared from sodium aluminate solution in the carbonation decomposition process, and the purity of Al2O3 is 99. 9% after calcination, the recovery of alumina reaches 90. 6% in the whole process; the Ni-Co concentrate was leached by sulfuric acid, a nickel recovery of 98. 2% and cobalt recovery over 98.5% can be obtained under the experimental condition of 30% H2SO4, 80 ℃, reaction time 4 h, mass ratio of liquid to solid 8, stirring rate 800 r/min.  相似文献

Leaching kinetics of low grade zinc oxide ore in NH3-NH4Cl-H2O system   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The leaching kinetics of low grade zinc oxide ore in NH3-NH4Cl-H2O system was studied. The effects of ore particle size, reaction temperature and the sum concentration of ammonium ion and ammonia on the leaching efficiency of zinc were examined. The leaching kinetics of low-grade zinc oxide ore in NH3-NH4Cl-H2O system follows the kinetic law of shrinking-core model. The results show that diffusion through the inert particle pores is the leaching kinetics rate controlling step. The calculated apparent activation energy of the process is about 7.057 kJ/mol. The leaching efficiency of zinc is 92.1% under the conditions of ore particle size of 69μm, holding at 80℃ for 60 min, sum ammonia concentration of 7.5 mol/L, the molar ratio of ammonium to ammonia being 2:1, and the ratio (g/mL) of solid to liquid being 1:10.  相似文献

To understand the solidification behavior of austenitic stainless steel in rotary electromagnetic-field, the influence of low-frequency rotary electromagnetic-field on solidification structure of austenitic stainless steel in horizontal continuous casting was investigated based on industrial experiments. The results show that the solidification structure of austenitic stainless steel can be remarkably refined, the central porosity and shrinkage cavity can be remarkably decreased, and the equiaxed grains zone are enlarged by means of application of appropriate low-frequency electromagnetic-field parameters. The industrial trials verify that the stirring intensity of austenitic stainless steel should be higher compared with that of plain carbon steel. Electromagnetic stirring affects the macrostructure even if the average magnetic flux density of the electromagnetic stirring reaches 90 mT (amplitude reaches 141 mT) with the frequency of 3–4 Hz. Due to a higher viscosity, rotating speed of molten stainless steel is 20%–30% lower than that of molten carbon steel in the same magnetic flux density. SrBi2.2 Ta2O9 (SBT) thin film with thickness of 2 μm was successfully prepared by sol-gel method, using strontium acetate semihydrate [Sr(CH3 COO)2 · 1/2H2O] and bismth subnitrate [BiO(NO3)], and tantalum ethoxide [Ta(OCH2CH3)5] as source materials, glacial acetic and ethylene glycol as solvents. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope(TEM) results indicate that SBT layer-perovskite phase obtained has to be single phase, SBT thin film is formed after being annealed at 800 °C for for 1 min. The typical hysteresis loop of SBT thin film on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si is obtained, and the measured polarization value of the SBT thin film is 4. 2 μ/C/cm2. An automatic brush-plating system was developed for component remanufacturing. With this system, Ni/nano-alumina composite coatings from an electrolyte containing 20 g/L nano-alumina particles were prepared. Microstructure, surface morphology, microhardness and wear resistance of automatically plated coating and manually plated coatings were investigated comparatively. The results show that the automatically plated coatings are relatively dense and uniform and have lower friction coefficient of 0.089 under lubricant condition, when compared with manually plated coatings with friction coefficient of 0.14. By means of Malvern laser particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscopy, the influences of seed size and number on agglomeration in Bayer process were investigated. Agglomeration is almost finished in 8 h, seeds, below 5 μm, especially below 2 μm, gather together rapidly and almost disappear in 8 h. In the same supersaturation of aluminate solution and seed size, the smaller the number of seed is, the bigger the degree of agglomeration is. With the same primary number of seed, the agglomeration of larger seed is superior to that of small seed, and the agglomeration does not happen among the coarse seeds. The agglomeration mainly happens among fine particles, and the combinations among the fine particles are unconsolidated.  相似文献

以粗碘和硫酸铜为原料,水合肼为还原剂,利用液相沉淀法合成了碘化亚铜晶体。采用XRD和SEM等方法研究了液相法工艺技术条件对合成碘化亚铜产品微观结构的影响。结果表明,反应物浓度、反应时间、搅拌速度和表面活性剂用量对合成碘化亚铜产品微观形貌具有较大的影响。适宜的液相法制备工艺条件能有效抑制碘化亚铜晶体生长、提高成核速率和晶粒一次粒径超细化而易形成纳米颗粒。以0.1mol/L硫酸铜溶液和0.2mol/L碘化铵溶液为原料,0.8%PEG-6000为表面活性剂,在500r/min搅拌下滴加1%水合肼,反应时间30min,成功制备出尺寸均匀(50~100nm)、分散较好的纳米球形γ-CuI晶体。  相似文献

The bulk electronic structure of kaolinite (001) plane was studied with quantum mechanical calculations. The CASTEP parameterization of ultrasoft pseudopotentials without core corrections was used to optimize the structure of kaolinite bulk and slab models. The results show that Fermi energy of kaolinite (001) plane is 3.05 eV, and the band gap is 4.52 eV. The partial density of states (PDOS) of kaolinite (001) plane indicates that Al—O and Si—O bonds on the mineral surface are highly polar. The oxygen atoms of hydroxyl groups in surface layer are capable of forming hydrogen bond with the head group of cationic collectors. The properties of dodecylamine (DDA) cation were also calculated by density function theory (DFT) method at B3LYP/6-31G (d) level for illuminating the flotation processes of kaolinite. Besides the electrostatic attraction, the mechanism between kaolinite and DDA is found to be hydrogen bonds under acidic condition. Co/Al2O3 Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalysts with different cobalt loadings were prepared using incipient wetness impregnation method. The effects of cobalt loading on the properties of catalysts were studied by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), temperature programmed reduction (TPR), hydrogen temperature programmed desorption (H2-TPD) and O2 titration. Co-support compound formation can be detected in catalyst system by XRD.For the Co/Al2O3 catalysts with low cobalt loading, CoAl2O3 phase appears visibly. Two different reduction regions can be presented for Co/Al2O3 catalysts, which belong to Co3 O4 crystallites (reduction at 320 ““C) and cobalt oxidealumina interaction species (reduction at above 400℃). Increasing Co loading results in the increase of Co3 O4 crystallite size. The reduced Co/Al2O3 catalysts have two adsorption sites, and cobalt loading greatly influences the adsorption behavior. With the increase of cobalt loading, the amount of low temperature adsorption is increased, the amount of high temperature adsorption is decreased, and the percentage reduction and cobalt crystallite size are increased.  相似文献

Nano-copper used as lubrication oil additive has good tribological property and active self-repairing effect for friction pairs. The reduction in liquid phase for preparing nano-additive is one of the most common method. Nano-copper was prepared by reduction in liquid phase. The different project and routine practice for preparing nano-copper were researched. The dispersion problem of nano-copper was investigated by surface treatment and high dispersion. The particles dimension, the dispersion stability and the purity of nano-copper were characterized by TEM and XRD. The conclusion indicates that the methods of the preparation and dispersion can obtain 20 nm copper additive with good dispersion property in lubrication oil. The aerobic oxidation of p-menthane to p-menthane hydroperoxide (PMHP) in the presence of metalloporphyrins was investigated in an intermittent mode under an atmospheric pressure of air. Several important reaction parameters, such as the structure of metalloporphyrin, the air flow rate, and the temperature, were studied. The preliminary mechanism of the aerobic oxidation of p-menthane catalyzed by metalloporphyrins was also discussed. The results show that the reaction is greatly accelerated by the addition of metalloporphyrins at very low concentration, in terms of both the yield and formation rate of PMHP, and the high selectivity of PMHP is maintained during the reaction. Temperature of 120 ℃ and reaction time of around 5 h are the optimal conditions for the best result in the presence of 0.06 mmol/L monomanganeseporphyrins ((p-Cl)TPPMnCl). Furthermore, the yield of PMHP is increased remarkably when the reaction is carried out under programmed temperature compared with the constant temperature. When the reaction is catalyzed by 0.06 mmol/L((p-Cl)TPPMnCl) at the air flow rate of 600 mL/min and 120 ℃ for 4 h, and then the temperature is reduced to 110 ℃, for another 4 h, the yield of PMHP reaches 24.3%, which is higher than that of the reaction at a constant temperature of 120 ℃ or 110 ℃ for 8 h.  相似文献

The ratio of Fe-Al compound at the bonding interface of solid steel plate to Al-7graphite slurry was used to characterize the interfacial structure of steel-Al-7graphite semi-solid bonding plate quantitatively. The relationship between the ratio of Fe-Al compound at interface and bonding parameters (such as preheat temperature of steel plate, solid fraction of Al-7graphite slurry and rolling speed) was established by artificial neural networks perfectly. The results show that when the bonding parameters are 516 ℃ for preheat temperature of steel plate, 32.5% for solid fraction of Al-7graphite slurry and 12 mm/s for rolling speed, the reasonable ratio of Fe-Al compound corresponding to the largest interfacial shear strength of bonding plate is obtained to be 70.1%. This reasonable ratio of Fe-Al compound is a quantitative criterion of interfacial embrittlement, namely, when the ratio of Fe-Al compound at interface is larger than 70.1%, interfacial embrittlement will occur.  相似文献

Fine Al(OH)3 crystals were aggregated from supersaturated aluminate solution in the batch reaction tanks. By means of laser particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscopy, the influences of temperature and initial molar ratio of Na2O to Al2O3 (aK) on agglomeration of fine seed in Bayer process were investigated. The results show that agglomeration is almost finished in 8 h, and seeds with size less than 2 μm are easily aggregated together, and almost disappear in 8 h under the optimal process conditions. In the aluminate solution with the same moderate initial aK, when the reaction temperature reaches 75 ℃, the secondary nucleation does not occur, and the effect of agglomeration is better. And at the same reaction temperature, when the initial aK is 1.62, the initial supersaturation of aluminate solution is moderate, the binders on the surfaces of the seed are enough to maintain the agglomeration process, and the agglomeration degree is better. From SEM images, agglomeration mainly occurs in the fine particles, the combinations among the fine particles are loose and the new formed coarse crystal shapes are irregular.  相似文献
