IF钢织构与晶界特征分布的研究 总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9
对IF钢板的罩式退火(BA)和连续退火(CA)工艺进行了模拟实验,并运用EBSD技术对两种IF钢板的织构、晶界特征分布及其与二次加工脆性之间的关系进行了研究.结果表明,两种不同退火工艺的IF钢板在织构和晶界特征分布上存在很大的差异:(1)连续退火IF钢板呈现强烈的{111}再结晶织构,它由{111}(110)和{111}(112)两类取向晶粒组成;罩式退火IF钢板的{111}再结晶织构相对较弱,且主要由{111}(110)组成;(2)连续退火IF钢板中含有较多的∑3,∑13,∑9和∑11重位晶界,而罩式退火的IF钢板中只含有∑3和∑13重位晶界;(3)连续退火IF钢板中低能晶界与高能随机晶界均匀分布,而罩式退火IF钢板中低能晶界成团集中分布,高能晶界分布在团簇周围构成粗大的网状,这是IF钢板产生二次加工脆性的重要原因。 相似文献

过去,冲压成形用冷轧钢板的退火一直采用分批式退火方式。退火时间长,自动化困难,难以制造加工用的高强度纲板。另外,连续退火方式也不能用于生产冲压成形用冷轧钢板。其主要原因是钢中碳化物在退火时溶入基体中,成为固溶碳,而这种固溶碳因连续退火的冷却速度快,故在冷却过程中不能充分析出,在使用钢板时会引起时效恶化。 相似文献

Analysis of Bonding Behavior and Critical Reduction of Two-Layer Strips in Clad Cold Rolling Process

In recent years, two-layer metallic sheets have been increasingly used in various industries to create combined functions. Among cladding methods, the cold rolling is most widely used in producing bimetallic sheets. In this research, to thoroughly provide guidelines for cold rolling of bimetal strip, an attempt has been made to develop an analytical model based on upper bound method. Also, the bonding strength and critical reduction were calculated using upper bound theorem and the finite element simulation was used for Al/St bimetallic strip. Finally, an experimental study was run for our model to be verified analytically and numerically. Results show that the bonding strength of strips increases with increasing the total thickness reduction of bimetal strips and because of subsequent occurrence of strips bonding in roll gap, increasing the yield strength of base layer gives rise to critical reduction. Through the study, it becomes clear that the proposed analytical model is applicable for simulating the cold rolling process of the two-layer strips and is capable to broaden our knowledge in manufacturing and production of bimetal strips and sheets. 相似文献

对1.5 mm厚的301L不锈钢板材进行多道次冷轧试验,得到压下率分别为20%,30%,40%的板材;通过对冷轧板材的拉伸试验、金相分析、SEM分析、XRD衍射分析及硬度测试,研究冷轧压下率对301L不锈钢组织及性能的影响规律。研究表明,随着冷轧压下率的增大,301L不锈钢中的应变诱发马氏体会逐渐增多,材料的屈服强度由789 MPa提高至1260 MPa,抗拉强度由977 MPa提高至1317 MPa,显微硬度则提高了120 HV;材料出现晶粒碎化现象,产生细晶强化;同时,由于301L不锈钢中的马氏体相变,20%压下率的301L不锈钢拉伸应变硬化指数要高于30%压下率的301L不锈钢。 相似文献

在无润滑(WOL)和润滑(WL)2种轧制条件下,分别对2.3 mm厚的热轧3104铝合金板进行不同压下量的冷轧.应用取向分布函数(ODF)定量计算和分析在不同轧制压下量下润滑对3104铝合金板材沿板厚方向织构演变的影响.结果表明:随着轧制压下量的增加,样品各层的织构组分强度均逐渐增加;无润滑轧制时样品表面层主要织构组分取向密度普遍高于相同压下量下润滑轧制时的取向密度.导致表面层织构组分增强的原因是摩擦引起应变状态改变的结果. 相似文献

The influences of rolling reduction and aluminum sheet initial thickness (AIT) on the thickness fluctuation of aluminum layer (TFA) of embedded aluminum–steel composite sheet produced by cold roll bonding were investigated, the formation mechanism of TFA was analyzed and method to improve the thickness uniformity of the aluminum layer was proposed. The results showed that when the reduction increased, TFA increased gradually. When the reduction was lower than 40%, AIT had negligible effect on the TFA, while TFA increased with the decrease of AIT when the reduction was higher than 40%. The non-uniformities of the steel surface deformation and the interfacial bonding extent caused by the work-hardened steel surface layer, were the main reasons for the formation of TFA. Adopting an appropriate surface treatment can help to decrease the hardening extent of the steel surface for improving the deformation uniformity during cold roll bonding process, which effectively improved the aluminum thickness uniformity of the embedded aluminum/steel composite sheets. 相似文献
