针对固定电极的电容层析成像技术独立测量值较少,且由于电极位置的影响而导致重建图像失真等问题,提出了一种基于16旋转电极的电容层析成像技术系统模型及对应的图像融合方法。模型对16电极的电容层析成像技术模型进行4次旋转,得出的数据分别采用线性反投影算法和修正共轭梯度法算法进行图像重建,再将重建的5张图像进行小波变换,变换得到的低频和高频成分分别采用加权平均和主分量分析的融合准则进行图像融合。实验结果表明:提出的电容层析成像技术旋转模型通过增加测量电容数,结合图像融合方法可明显提高重构图像质量,降低成像误差。 相似文献

为解决两相流中存在中心物体、物体比较小或存在多个物体且相距较近时电容层析成像(ECT)重建图像精度较差的问题,基于稀疏分布的流型其介电常数分布满足稀疏性的先验条件,采用梯度投影稀疏重建(GPSR-BB)算法进行ECT图像重建。仿真及实验测试结果表明:GPSR-BB算法对于流体中小目标以及复杂流型的图像重建质量较好,重建图像的形状保真度高。 相似文献

介绍利用电容层析成像系统阵列传感器结构和采样特点,引入主成分分析法(PCA)求取两相流相浓度的新方法.对大量测量值样本进行统计分析后,求出用测量值第一主成分求取相浓度的经验公式,仿真及静态实验表明:两者之间有着良好的对应关系,其测量结果不受两相流流型的影响,是一种有较好应用前景的测量方法. 相似文献

在电容层析成像图像重建过程中,为更好地反映两相/多相介质介电常数的分布,提出了一种电容混联归一化模型。基于剖分单元到中心电场线的最小距离与最大距离的比值,确定了电容混联归一化模型的加权因子,并据此计算灵敏度矩阵。进行了仿真实验及静态测试,结果表明重建图像的精度及形状保真度均获得明显提高。 相似文献

针对电容层析成像图像重建具有非线性不适定性的问题,提出了8组24电极旋转激励测量方案,并与传统12电极电容层析成像传感器进行了对比分析,包括电容值大小及其动态范围、敏感场分布均匀性以及重建图像质量。应用COMSOL软件及Matlab软件对两种传感器激励模式进行仿真,结果表明:所提出的8组电极旋转激励测量模式,其电容独立测量数与传统12电极传感器相近,可较好地保证实时成像速度,测量电容值较大且动态范围较小,降低了信号检测电路设计难度,测量区域灵敏场均匀性有所改善,对中心物体的成像质量明显提高。 相似文献

Based on the electrical capacitance tomography technique, a new method for the void fraction measurement of two-phase flow is proposed. A 12-electrode void fraction measurement system is established. A mathematical model of image reconstruction of electrical capacitance tomography is developed. To obtain the quantitative information of two-phase flow, combining the Tikhonov regularization principle and the algebraic reconstruction technique algorithm, a new image reconstruction algorithm is presented. The experimental results show that the accuracy of void fraction measurement is satisfactory. The proposed method is suitable for the void fraction measurement of many kinds of two-phase flow. 相似文献

An evaluation of the application of a parallel-processing array to the measurement of two-phase flow, such as bubbly oil flow through a pipe, in real-time is described. Pulse-echo ultrasound tomography is used to generate a cross-sectional image of the flow that forms the basis for the deduction of flow parameters, such as the void fraction. The tomographic algorithm used is backprojection adapted for execution on an array of parallel-processing devices. It is shown that real-time reconstruction is feasible using the concepts of parallel processing. Different sensor arrangements were investigated by computer simulation. It is shown that a special multisegment sensor results in a significant improvement in signal-to-noise ratio and image quality and that the reconstructed image benefits from the concurrent activation of multiple receivers per transmitted pulse. The findings may also be useful for nondestructive testing and medical applications. 相似文献

This paper presents the development of a new electrical impedance tomography system for online measurement of two-phase flows with axial velocities up to 10 ms/sup -1/. The system is designed in a modular fashion and can consist of several data acquisition modules and computing modules. The data acquisition module includes a voltage controlled current source with a direct-current-restoration circuit, an equal-width pulse synthesizer unit and a synchronized digital demodulation unit. A new concept of current switching scheme is developed to enhance the ac coupling speed. The computing module includes a digital signal processor (TMS320C6202/6713) with memory, multichannel buffered serial ports and an IEEE1394 communication interface. Several DSP modules can be pipelined for a series of tasks ranging from measurement control to image reconstruction to flow velocity implementation. The performances have been tested and some trial results are reported. A data acquisition speed of 1164 dual-frames (2.383 million data points) per second has been achieved with a root mean square error less than 0.6% at 80 kHz in static test application. An application in the measurement of vertical oil-in-water pipe flow is reported. 相似文献

In modern industrial processes, the accurate measurement of two-phase flow is an important task. Process tomography can provide a distribution information of a two-phase pipe flow. In order to carry out instantaneous flowrate measurements of the gas-liquid two-phase flow in a vertical upward pipe, a dual-plane electrical-resistance-tomography (ERT) system is combined with a cross-correlation technique to measure the gas-liquid two-phase flow, in which the continuous phase is a conductive liquid. A pixel correlation method and a feature-value-correlation method are applied to estimate the disperse-phase velocity. Two methods are used to estimate the local void fraction and the disperse velocity distribution by reconstructing the image pixel gray value distribution. Estimates of the mean void fraction and the disperse-phase mean velocity are obtained by extracting the feature value of the measured data at the dual-plane ERT boundary. The variation in the disperse-phase distribution with changes in time is considered, and the estimated values for both the disperse-phase void fraction and velocity have been experimentally obtained, which are used in the calculation of the instantaneous flowrate. The air-water two-phase flow experiments are designed to evaluate the validity of the two methods used in estimation. The experimental results agree with the theoretical methods for obtaining the disperse-phase velocity and instantaneous-flowrate measurement in the vertical upward pipe. 相似文献

提出一种电学层析成像(ECT)图像重建优化算法。通过将传统正则化算法转化为最小二乘问题进行求解,结合lp范数逼近正则化最小化问题,利用重新加权的方法进行迭代计算。以油-气两相流模型进行仿真及静态实验,将所提出的优化算法与常用的LBP、Landweber迭代及Tikhonov正则化算法进行对比。结果表明,与常用算法相比,采用该优化算法对管道中心物体及多物体分布流型进行图像重建,其图像相对误差均为最低,且重建图像的形状保真度明显提高。 相似文献

在流水生产线中实现工件表面三维信息的快速获取及尺寸的快速测量是当前辊压成形等制造业智能化升级过程中的迫切需求。基于散斑投影的三维重建方法仅需利用单幅物体散斑图像即可重建出物体表面的三维数据,在流水线工件快速测量中具有一定优势。本文对散斑三维重建中较为耗时的对应点搜索算法进行了优化,并在此基础上研制出适用于辊压成形制造生产线的工件快速三维测量系统。实验结果显示,该系统具有较快的三维数据重建速度,测量误差在0.035 mm范围内,能够满足辊压成形工件三维结构尺寸的快速在线测量需求。 相似文献
