为制备甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)-丙烯腈(AN)-二乙烯基苯(DVB)刚性微粒,在75℃、过硫酸钾(KPS)作引发剂、恒搅拌速率下研究了MMA/AN/DVB乳液共聚动力学,考察了KPS用量、单体配比、交联剂DVB对共聚速率的影响.结果表明乳液共聚速率Rp与KPS浓度的0.699次幂成正比,而且随着AN质量分数增加而下降.引发剂浓度指数偏离Smith-Eward理论模型可解释为体系中单体AN具有较大的水溶性,使成核胶粒数目增加的结果.当DVB用量在3%~5%时,聚合速率随DVB用量的增加而略有下降, 在DVB用量为6%时,共聚速率明显上升.随交联剂DVB用量增加,共聚物粒径变大且分布变宽. 相似文献

本文对引发剂过硫酸钾(KPS)用量不同的苯乙烯—丙烯酸丁酯—甲基丙烯酸三元无皂型种子乳液共聚特点及其乳液性质作了研究。结果表明引发剂用量有一最佳值范围;乳液粒径随引发剂用量增加而减小;乳液的C·C·C值随引发剂用量增加而增大;乳液粉剂固型物在水中有极好的再分散性:随着增调剂乙二胺的逐渐加入,乳液将经历一个“粘度增大——形式胶冻——再分散”的特殊过程。 相似文献

以烯丙氧基壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚硫酸铵(DNS-86)为阴离子型反应性乳化剂、过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,制备丙烯酸酯微乳液。研究了聚合工艺、乳化剂、引发剂和单体等对微乳液的粒径及其分布的影响。结果表明:随着DNS-86、KPS用量的不断增加,乳胶粒的粒径逐渐减小,但过多加入KPS时会导致乳胶粒的粒径增大;乳胶粒的粒径均呈双峰分布,并且双峰随单体用量增加均向大粒径方向偏移;当w(DNS-86)=11%、w(KPS)=0.5%和m(单体)∶m(水)=6∶14时,采用种子预乳化半连续聚合法,可以制备出粒径小(平均粒径为39 nm)、分布窄(粒径分布指数为0.202)的丙烯酸酯微乳液。 相似文献

以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和α-丙烯基烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(10)硫酸铵(HS-10)为复合乳化体系、偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐(AIBA)为引发剂,采用间歇乳液聚合合成氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯-马来酸酐(VC-VAc-MAH)共聚物胶乳,研究了聚合温度、AIBA用量、SDS和HS-10用量及初始单体投料比对聚合转化率、胶乳稳定性和乳胶粒子粒径的影响。结果表明:MAH的加入使胶乳稳定性下降,加入HS-10虽使聚合转化率略有降低,但胶乳稳定性增加;聚合转化率随聚合温度和引发剂用量的增加而增加;当SDS用量为3%(质量分数)时,胶乳稳定,聚合转化率较大;乳胶粒子粒径随着SDS用量的增加而减小,HS-10用量对乳胶粒子粒径的影响较小;随着投料单体中VAc或MAH含量的增加,聚合转化率降低;固定投料单体组成时,共聚物中VAc和MAH含量随转化率的增加而增加。 相似文献

以壬基酚、1,6-二溴己烷、氯磺酸为主要原料合成的阴离子Gemini磺酸盐表面活性剂9 B-6-9 B为乳化剂,苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为单体,合成了乳胶粒径小于100 nm且分布均匀的苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物纳米乳液,考察了聚合温度、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量、单体配比、单体含量对乳液的影响,探讨了乳胶粒子成核机理。结果表明,随着温度的升高,乳胶粒子的平均粒径减小,转化率与凝胶率增大;随着乳化剂或引发剂用量的增加,乳胶粒子的平均粒径和凝胶率减小,转化率增大;随着软单体比例的增加,乳胶粒子的平均粒径与转化率增大,粒径分布变宽,凝胶率减小;单体用量增大,乳胶粒子的平均粒径与凝胶率增大,转化率降低;乳胶粒子的粒径呈单峰分布,可能是按胶束成核机理形成的。 相似文献

采用半连续乳液聚合法合成了以丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯为成核单体,丙烯酸丁酯(MAA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)和γ―甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为成壳单体的核壳结构乳液。采用马尔文纳米粒度仪等研究了乳液的粒径及其分布与引发剂和乳化剂用量之间的关系,粒径对乳液稳定性的影响以及乳液粒径与温度的关系,通过透射电镜对乳液微粒形态进行了分析。结果表明,乳液的粒径随着引发剂和乳化剂用量的增加而减小,乳液粒径在30~60℃时较为稳定,当引发剂过硫酸铵质量分数为0.55%,乳化剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠质量分数为2%时,制得的乳液粒径在120 nm左右,具有明显的核壳结构和较好的稳定性。 相似文献

Dispersion polymerization kinetics of styrene was investigated in this study. A monomer phase soluble initiator, namely lauroyl peroxide, and a water phase soluble emulsifier, namely sodium dodecyl sulfate, were used. the polymerizations were carried out in a magnetic drive, sealed, cylindrical polymerization reactor, in nitrogen atmosphere. Two different fatty alcohols, cetyl and lauryl alcohols, were tried as particle size increasing agents. the effects of initiator, emulsifier concentrations, monomer/water ratio, and the weight ratio of particle size increasing agent to emulsifier on the total monomer conversion, average size, and size distribution of the large latex particles were studied. the agglomeration conditions were tested by changing the polymerization temperature, initiator, and emulsifier concentrations. the results indicated that the polymerization rate and the average size of the latex increased with increasing emulsifier concentration. the average size of the latex was also increased with increasing initiator concentration. the use of cetyl alcohol in the presence of emulsifier resulted in an appreciable increase in the polymerization rate and in the average size of the latex. the effect of fatty alcohols on the polymerization rate in the dispersion polymerization system was completely different than that in the swollen emulsion polymerization. the agglomeration of the large latex particles was increased with decreasing emulsifier and increasing initiator concentrations. 相似文献

通过细乳液聚合法制备彩色墨粉用多组分复合乳胶粒子,即通过细乳液聚合法制备聚苯乙烯包覆有机颜料PY-17和聚乙烯蜡的三元复合乳胶粒子。通过透射电子显微镜、激光粒度仪、紫外可见分光光度计和热失重分析仪对制备的复合乳胶粒子形貌、粒度、热学和光学特性进行表征,着重研究了乳化剂种类及用量、颜料用量和聚乙烯蜡用量对复合乳胶粒子粒径和形貌的影响,并对复合乳胶粒子的热学及光学特性进行了表征。结果表明,使用复合乳化剂,颜料PY-17用量不大于单体量8%、聚乙烯蜡用量占单体量不大于10%时,制备的复合乳胶粒子粒径较小,分布窄,包覆较为完整;并且复合乳胶粒子的热学及光学特性发生了一定的改变。 相似文献

采用种子乳液聚合法,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为乳化剂,偶氮二异丁眯盐酸盐(AIBA)为引发剂,引入亲水性阳离子单体甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)及功能性单体丙烯酰胺(AM)〔m(DMC)∶m(AM)=1∶1〕来制备用于可再分散乳胶粉的阳离子苯丙乳液。探讨了聚合反应温度、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量、种子单体用量、阳离子单体用量等对乳液及可再分散乳胶粉性能的影响。确定最佳配方和工艺条件为:聚合反应温度为(80±2)℃、DMC添加量为2%(以主要聚合单体质量计,下同)、CTAB用量为2%(以单体总质量计,下同)、AIBA用量为0.53%(以单体总质量计,下同)、种子单体用量为10.0%(以单体总质量计,下同)。在该工艺条件下,合成的阳离子苯丙乳液粒径大小和分布适中、性能稳定,由其所制得的可再分散乳胶粉含水率低、平均粒径小、再分散性优良。 相似文献

With monodispersed poly(methyl methacrylate/n‐butyl acrylate/acrylic acid) [P(MMA/BA/AA)] seeded latex with a particle size of 485 nm and a solid content of 50 wt % as a medium, a series of stable P(MMA/BA/AA)/poly(styrene/acrylic acid) composite latexes with a high solid content (70 wt %) and low viscosities (500–1000 mPa · s when the shear rate was 21 s?1) was prepared in situ via simple two‐step semicontinuous monomer adding technology. The coagulum ratio of polymerization was about 0.05 wt %. The particle size distribution of such latexes was bimodal, in which the large particle was about 589 nm and the small one was about 80 nm. The latexes combined good mechanical properties with good film‐forming properties. Differential scanning calorimetry showed that the corresponding latex film had a two‐phase structure. Monodisperse seeded latex particles with a core–shell morphology were prepared by copolymerizing, via dropwise addition, styrene (St)–methyl methacrylate (MMA)–acrylic acid (AA) or St–MMA–methacrylic acid (MAA) onto monodisperse seed latex particles of P(St–MMA). The seeded particles thus prepared were subjected to an alkali/acid treatment in order to generate pores in the particles. For the same carboxylic acid content, the volume expansion of the particles due to pore generation was higher in the particles containing AA than in those containing MAA. The size of the pores increased with increasing AA content. However, a maximum particle volume expansion of about 50% was observed for the particles containing 8 mol % AA in the monomer mixture employed in the second stage, and an explanation for this optimum is suggested. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 合成阳离子共单体 1-丁基 ,4 -乙烯吡啶溴化铵 ( BVP) ,并以偶氮二异丁基咪盐酸 ( A IBA)作引发剂 ,制备苯乙烯 /丙烯酸丁酯 ( St/ BA )共聚物乳液 ,通过 TEM研究改变 BVP的浓度、St/ BA主单体的配比及单体加料方式对 P( St/ BA / BV P)乳胶粒大小形态的影响 ,结果表明批量法和单体全滴加法制备的乳胶粒形状规则、分布均匀、半连续法制备的乳胶粒子呈多分散分布 ,粒径相差很大 ,且 P( St) / P( BA)得到的乳胶粒呈明显的核壳结构。 相似文献
