针对国内拉丝机设备出现的拉丝过程中张力不稳定、容易断丝的现象,本文设计了一种基于模糊PID算法的控制系统,该控制系统由PLC、触摸屏、变频器等主要电气部件组成.首先解决了前后道工序之间张力杆波动引起的断丝控制问题,其次采用模糊控制算法整定PID参数,解决了直进式拉丝机出现的经常变动PID参数的问题.该系统经试运行证明, 该控制系统运行良好,拉丝产量有显著的提高. 相似文献

分析多线切割机张力控制机械原理,针对传统的线张力控制方式局限性,从运动学角度对放线系统数学模型的理论研究,探讨多线切割机走线过程中影响线张力的各种因素,提出一种机电一体化的张力控制系统方案,该方案用转矩电动机代替张力锤施加张力,并运用自适应逆算法设计智能控制器以降低多电动机系统速度同步系统的跟踪误差,极大地降低线张力波动的强度.设计并实现基于现场总线的张力控制系统硬件平台,XQ300A多线切割机产品测试结果证明该系统的可行性、可靠性,该控制方案不仅张力控制精度高、易于实现,而且具有断线故障率低、张力调整方便的优点. 相似文献

大型网状反射面天线是结构复杂、柔性索和梁单元众多的高度几何非线性结构,天线内部索单元的真实张力不易控制,文中针对该问题提出了一种基于改进张力补偿法的索网张力优化设计方法.首先,借鉴模拟预应力空间结构施工的张力补偿法的思想来设计环形桁架可展开天线的索网张力和网面放样状态,但是对借鉴该思想设计的结构进行的非线性静力分析不易收敛,为此将小弹性模量技术应用于张力补偿法,形成改进的张力补偿法;然后,基于改进的张力补偿法,提出了网面张力和网面放样状态的优化设计模型.数值仿真结果表明,该算法有效地改善了网状天线非线性静力分析的不收敛现象,能有效控制主动索的真实张力,且网面放样状态形状规则,易于工程实现. 相似文献

针对张力系统实时性的特点,提出了基于改进遗传算法的模糊控制器。该文对遗传优化的模糊控制器进行了改进:1)采用多调整因子的模糊控制器;2)引入超代遗传(HGGA)方法;3)对染色体个体编索引号,尽量避免其近亲繁殖。最后在张力平台上验证了上述算法,结果表明,上述控制方法有效地实现了张力的实时控制。 相似文献

A novel flatness sensing system which is called the Flatness Sensing Inter-stand Looper (FlatSIL) system is suggested and
a self-tuning PI control system using the FlatSIL is designed for improving the flatness of hot strip in finishing mill processes.
The FlatSIL system measures the tension along the direction of the strip width by using segmented rolls, and the tension profile
is approximated through the tension of each segmented roll. The flatness control system is operated by using the tension profile.
The proposed flatness control system as far as the tension profile-measuring device works for the full strip length during
the strip rolling in finishing mills. The generalized minimum variance self-tuning (GMV S-T) PI control method is applied
to control the flatness of hot strip which has a design parameter as weighting factor for updating the PI gains. Optimizing
the design parameter in the GMV S-T PI controller, the Robbins-Monro algorithm is used. It is shown by the computer simulation
and experiment that the proposed GMV S-T PI flatness control system has better performance than the fixed PI flatness control

针对金属板材加工张力PID控制参数频繁调整的问题,采用现代模糊理论与PID控制算法相结合,给出一种基于板材加工的模糊PID张力控制方法。文章在简要介绍张力控制系统基本框架的基础上,着重描述PID参数调整原则及模糊PID控制器的整个设计过程。经过仿真分析与实际试运行表明,所设计的模糊PID张力控制算法有效可行,系统不仅实现了在线自整定PID参数的目的,而且具有较好的自适应能力,控制效果比较理想。 相似文献

Multi-layer printing technology is used wisely in printed electronics industry. The small variation of web tension will reduce the quality of production. Thus, web velocity and tension control algorithm play an important role in improving the quality of product in roll-to-roll manufacturing technology. Most algorithms of linearized systems proposed in recent years use PI or PID controllers. Due to the increasing demand of high accuracy in printed electronics industry at micrometer-level, it is necessary to have a precise control scheme of web velocity and tension in the presence of disturbance. In this paper, a mathematical model of modified strict form model is proposed, and a systematic design method of backstepping controller is formulating for this model by using the backstepping based design. By using the proposed theory, a precise control algorithm is proposed for three-span roll-to-roll web control system. The design parameters are chosen optimally by using the modified genetic algorithm. The outcomes of proposed algorithm prove the reliability throughout simulation results in Matlab/Simulink and experimental results. 相似文献
