The thermokinetics of liquid-liquid reaction of dysprosium nitrate with histidine were studied using a microcalorimeter. On the basis of experimental and calculated results, threethermodynamic parameters (the activation enthalpy, the activation entropy and the activation free enegy),the rate constant, three kinetic parameters (the activation energy, the pre-exponential constant and the reaction order) wereobtained. On the basis of thermodynamics and kinetics, the for marion reaction of the complex was discussed.  相似文献

High-temperature X-ray diffraction(HTXRD)measurements of LaCoO3 powder was carried out in a temperature range from 298 to 1273 K.The experimental data obtained were adopted to evaluate the lattice parameters and cell volume.In this temperature range,the linear and volume expansion coefficients calculated using these cell parameters are 24.160~23.610×10-6·K-1 and 59.601~63.218×10-6·K-1 respectively.There is no discontinuity found in the cell parameters through the proposed first-order transition at 1210 K.  相似文献

Effect of Nd^3+ on Photosynthesis of Spinach   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
The effect of Nd^3 on the photosynthesis and the growth of spinach was studied. The results show that Nd^3 improves the growth of spinach and increases chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate. UV-Vis spectrum indicates that the Soret band of chl-a in spinach with NdCl3 treatment is blue shifted by 2 nm, and the Q band is red shifted by 1 nm, and the ratio of Soret band intensity and Q band intensity increases. FT-IR spectra show that the peak of porphyrin ring in chl-a of spinach with NdCl3 treatment is widened, suggesting that the formation of Nd^3 -chl-a. Treated by NdCl3, the fluorescence emission peak of PSⅡ in spinach leaves is blue shifted by 12 nm and the intensity declines obviously, indicating that Nd^3 is bound to the PSⅡ protein-pigment complex and the electron transfer rate increases.  相似文献

The effects of lanthanides at various concentrations on CaCO3 crystal growth were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectra (IR), X-ray photoelectric energy spectra (XPS) and inductively coupled plasma mtms spectrometry (ICP-MS). It was found that the calcite, a stable form of CaCO3 in thermodynamics, is the predominant species. The research indicates that lanthanide ions (Ln3 ) can partly substitute the Ca2 in the lattice of CaCO3 crystals, and change the crystal characterization and direct the ordinal growth of CaCO3 crystals.  相似文献

In:Ho:LiNbO3 crystals doped with various concentrations of In3+(0, 1 mol.%, 3 mol.%, 5 mol.%), fixed concentrations of Ho3+ (1 mol.%) were grown by Czochralski method. The X-ray powder diffraction, infrared and UV-visible absorption spectra were measured and modified. Judd-Ofelt approach was employed to study the effect of In doping on spectroscopic properties of Ho:LiNbO3 crystals. In concentrations in crystals were analyzed by an inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OE/MS). For In (3 mol.%):Ho (1 mol.%):LiNbO3 crystal, the obtained intensity parameters were: Ω2=9.6563, Ω4=4.2195, Ω6=14.1526. The results showed that the Ω2 and Ω6 parameters increased with the increase of In3+ concentration. When the In doping concentration was up to 5 mol.%, Ω2 and Ω6 suddenly decreased. In2O3 incorporation had a strong effect on the radiative lifetime, but had less influence on fluorescence branching ratios. The effective distribution coefficient of In3+ in In:Ho:LiNbO3 crystals was less than 1 and increased with increasing concentration of In3+ in the melt.  相似文献

YAl3(BO3)4: Eu3+ phosphors were prepared by the conventional solid state reaction. The phase structure and morphology were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Doping YAl3(BO3)4: Eu3+ phosphors with concentration of Eu3+ ions of 0, 2, 5, 8 and 10 mol% were studied and their luminescent properties at room temperature were discussed. The excitation spectrum of Y0.95Eu0.05Al3(BO3)4 was composed of a broad band centered at about 252 nm and a group of lines in the longer wavelength re-gion. In the emission spectra, the peak wavelength was about 614 nm under a 252 nm UV excitation. The optimal doping concentration of Eu<3+ ions in YAl3(BO3)4: Eu3+ phosphors was 8 mol%.  相似文献

The Bax-0.05MgAl10O16 x :Eu0.05^2 (0.88≤ x≤ 1.02) phosphors with different Ba^2 content and the Ba0.85MgAl10O16.94:Eu0.05^2 phosphors with different fluxes (BaF2, MgF2, AlF3, BaCl2, MgCl2, AlCl3, H3BO3)were prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction method and their luminescence characteristics were studied under 254 nm excitation and vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) excitation. With the increase of the Ba^2 content, there is an increase in the emission intensity, and when x = 0.94, it reaches a maximum. Then, as the Ba^2 content increases, the emission intensity slowly falls. The fluorides have better flux-effects than chlorides and H3BO3. The possible mechanism in the process of particle growth was discussed when fluorides were used as fluxes. The effect of the activator concentration on this system was also investigated. The quenching concentration is 0.13 mol in per mole host.  相似文献

YAG:Ce3 phosphor particles were prepared using polyacrylamide gel method. The structure evolution of powders during annealing process was followed by X-ray diffraction determination. It is found that some intermediate phases, including θ-Al2O3, YAM and YAP, are formed when calcining polyacrylamide gel, however, the pure YAG phase can be formed directly when calcining polyacrylamide gel with α-Al2O3 as seed crystal. These facts show that the existence of α-Al2O3 seed crystal can block the formation of θ-Al2O3, YAM and YAP, and accelerate its reaction with Y2O3 to form YAG phase directly at lower temperature. The emission peak of prepared YAG:Ce3 phosphor is wide with maximum at 550 nm and the exitation band has two peaks, the major one is around at 460 nm, which matches the blue emission of GaN LED and is suitable for the assemble of white LED. Some fluxes can enhance the photoluminescence intensity of phosphor particles, that can be attributed both to the improvement of crystallization processes of YAG and to the stabilization of trivalence cerium ion in YAG:Ce3 .  相似文献

Ultra-fine Ce:YAG phosphors were prepared by homogeneous precipitation under microwave irradiation method. The formation of Ce:YAG was investigated by means of XRD and DTA/TG. The purified YAG crystallized phase was obtained at a lower temperature (1100 ℃). Basically spherical Ce:YAG powders were indicated from TEM images, and the size of the particles is about 80 nm. Two peaks of 436 and 473 nm can be seen from the excitation spectrum in the range of 402~510 nm. A broad emission band located at 480~630 nm shows the phosphors prepared by this method have good emission properties.  相似文献

BaAl12O19:Tb,Ce phosphors were prepared by sol-gel technique,the crystalline structures of samples characterized by XRD,and the luminescence properties and energy transfer between Ce3+ and Tb3+ were investigated.The results indicated that the emission intensity and the excitation wavelength range of Tb3+ increased when Ce3+ was doped.It demonstrated that the Ce3+ added in the BaAl12O19:Tb could deliver energy to Tb3+,and Ce3+ was not luminous by itself.The relative emission intensity of Tb3+ at wavelength of 548 nm was the strongest by Tb3+/Ce3+ ratio of 2:1,when excited at 310 nm,which was the characteristic adsorption wavelength of Ce3+.  相似文献

Yellow-emitting YAG:Ce3+ nanocrystalline phosphors were prepared by citrate sol-gel combustion method using citric acid as the fuel and chelating agent. The influence of mole ratio of citric acid to metallic ions (MRCM), pH value of the solution, calcination temperature and Ce-doped concentration on the structures and properties of as-prepared powders were investigated in detail. Higher crystallinity and better luminescence performance powders were obtained at MRCM=2, pH=3 and the calcination temperature of 1200 °C. The phosphors exhibited the characteristic broadband visible luminescence of YAG:Ce. The optimum concentration of Ce3+ was 1.0 mol.%, and the concentration quenching was derived from the reciprocity between electric dipole and electric quadrupole (d-q). Especially, the pH value of the solution was a key factor to obtain a stable sol-gel system and then obtain pure and homogeneous rare earth ions doped YAG phosphors at a lower tem-perature. The Y3Al5O12:Ce0.03 phosphor with optimized synthesis-condition and composition had a similar luminescence intensity with the commercial phosphor YAG:Ce.  相似文献

YAG:Ce,Sm spherical phosphors were synthesized by malic acid sol-gel method.The formation process of crystalline was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)technique.The influence of Sm3+ doping on the luminescent intensity and the morphology of phosphors were studied by fluorescence spectrum and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)techniques,respectively.The results indicated that the size of spherical powders was about 100 nm calcined at 1200 ℃ for 3 h.The emission spectra of phosphors showed gradual red-shift from 525 to 540 nm with the increase of doping concentration of Sm3+ ion.A broadband emission spectrum of Ce3+ ion appeared at 540 nm,and a series of emission peaks corresponding to the 4G5/2→6HJ transition of Sm3+ ion also appeared at 617 nm with the doping of Sm3+.The red component of YAG:Ce phosphors increased with the doping of Sm3+.  相似文献

The well crystalline YAG:Ce3 phosphor was synthesized by solid-state method, and the temperature dependence of excitation and emission spectra of YAG:Ce3 phosphor were investigated in the temperature range from room temperature to 573 K. With temperature increasing, it was noted that the emission intensity of as-prepared phosphors decreased considerably more rapidly when pumped by 460 nm than by 340 nm. The temperature-intensity curves under different excitation wavelengths were obtained using an Arrhenius function, and the corresponding activation energies were also obtained respectively. Thus, the experimental phenomenon was discussed in terms of nonradiative decay rate. The effects of as-prepared phosphors on the performance of the white LED with changing temperature were also studied.  相似文献

Ce3+ and Tb3+ co-doped SrSi2N2O2 phosphors were prepared by solid-state reaction. The X-ray diffraction pattern exhibited that the phosphor consisted mainly of oxygen-rich SrSi2N2O2. The optical properties of SrSi2N2O2:Ce3+, SrSi2N2O2:Tb3+ and SrSi2N2O2:Ce3+,Tb3+ were studied, respectively. The emission intensity of Tb3+ at 541 nm was remarkably enhanced by Ce3+ in SrSi2N2O2:Ce3+,Tb3+ phosphor, which was attributed to the energy transfer from Ce3+ to Tb3+. The chromaticity coordinates of phosphors were investigated as a function of Tb3+ concentration. When the Ce3+ and Tb3+ concentrations were 0.02 and 0.18 mol per formula unit, respectively, the chromaticity coordinate was (0.257, 0.337) in the CIE 1931 chromaticity diagram. SrSi2N2O2Ce3+,Tb3+ phosphors could be used for white light emitting diodes.  相似文献
