Abstract

In order to improve the flatness of hot rolled thin gauge steel strip, a new type of roll contour configuration was developed for a four-high temper rolling mill based on the finite element method analysis. The roll contour configuration consists of a variable contact back-up roll contour and a positive crown work roll contour. Both can be described as sixth order polynomial functions. The variable contact back-up roll not only reduces the roll stack deflection and contact stress concentration between work and back-up rolls, but also increases the control capability of the bending force of the work roll. Positive crown work roll contour is utilised to compensate roll wear and in turn the length of temper rolling schedule can be prolonged. After this roll contour configuration was applied on the temper rolling mill of Qiangang Company of Shougang Group, the flatness of hot rolled thin gauge strip was improved by 10% and the working efficiency was also increased as the length of temper rolling schedule was increased.  相似文献

 CVC工作辊辊形自发明以来在全球150多条热连轧生产线上得到应用,以控制带钢的板形。实际应用中,与CVC工作辊配对使用的支承辊无论采用平辊还是CVC辊形均存在非均匀磨损甚至轧辊剥落失效的问题,主要原因是CVC支承辊辊形和平支承辊与CVC工作辊配置时存在接触压力集中。为了解决此问题,设计并应用了一种均压支承辊辊形与CVC工作辊配置使用。此辊形是变接触支承辊辊形(VCR)与CVC支承辊辊形的组合,具有变接触辊形的优点,同时又能更好地与CVC工作辊配置使用。均压支承辊辊形应用后,改善了CVC工作辊与支承辊辊间接触状态,解决了轧辊剥落问题,并改善了带钢凸度质量。  相似文献

为了提高热轧薄规格带钢平整的板形质量,在平整机上采用了新的辊形配置。在支撑辊上采用变接触式 支撑辊辊形,在工作辊上采用六次方多项式正凸度辊形。变接触支撑辊辊形可以降低轧辊挠曲变形和边部应力的 集中,增大弯辊力的调控功效。采用正凸度工作辊辊形,可以弥补平整机的磨损辊形,延长平整轧制计划单位的长 度。此辊形配置在首钢迁钢热轧平整机上应用,保证了平整改善薄规格带钢板形质量,延长了平整轧制计划的长度。  相似文献

 首钢迁钢2250mm热连轧生产线在达产初期出现了带钢凸度控制稳定性差的问题,甚至出现负凸度现象。对此热轧生产线的生产数据进行了分析,同时对轧辊温度与辊形进行了实际测量。究其原因为CVC辊形对热凸度和磨损辊形较为敏感,工作辊冷却水能力不足引起的轧辊热凸度过大破坏了CVC辊形曲线的板形控制能力。由于改造轧辊冷却水系统费用较高,需要停产,为了解决凸度控制稳定性问题,采用了辊形优化设计的方法。对精轧机组的CVC工作辊辊形进行了优化,空载辊缝凸度调控范围从[-0.7mm,0.7mm]增大到[-1.2mm,12mm]。同时,为了改善CVC工作辊与支撑辊辊间接触状态,设计并应用了CVC支撑辊辊形。此CVC辊形配置解决了首钢迁钢2250mm热轧线凸度控制稳定性差的问题,板形控制精度由原来的67%提高到了93%以上。  相似文献

六辊轧机是目前生产冷轧、箔轧带材常见的机型,主要有UCM及CVC两种类型。针对UCM类型的六辊轧机在轧制较窄宽度和一般宽度带材过程中、通过中间辊时轴向横移板形控制能力较弱的问题,提出了一种中间辊单侧轴向横移变凸度的新辊形,简称SVC(Side Variable Crown)辊形,由此建立普通六辊和SVC辊形六辊的有限元三维仿真模型。通过模型,分析了SVC辊形空载辊缝调节能力,分别比较了在轧制窄宽度和一般宽度带材的两种辊形中间辊轴向横移时的板形调控能力,发现SVC辊形可增强六辊轧机中、窄带材的板形调控能力,增加了轧机的板形调控手段,同时改善辊间接触压力尖峰,可减轻辊间压痕,提高轧辊的使用寿命。  相似文献

Abstract

Twin roll strip casting is regarded as a prospective technology offering many economic benefits. The control of fluid flow in the pool is, however, particularly difficult due to the high casting speed and small pool volume. In the present study, a three-dimensional mathematical model has been developed for the coupled analysis of fluid flow, heat transfer and solidification in the pool using the finite difference method. The characteristics of transport phenomena in the pool of a twin roll strip caster using a wedge type melt delivery system were analysed by numerical simulation. The results show that it is desirable for the wedge melt delivery system to provide the uniformity of flow and temperature in the pool to maintain the casting process and improve the strip quality.  相似文献

It has a strict demand for the transverse thickness difference of silicon steel. To reduce the transverse thickness difference of the cold rolled strip, it must reduce the crown and the wedge of the hot rolled strip. 7-Stands continuously variable crown (CVC) hot rolling mills are conventionally applied to roll silicon steel. However, the CVC rolling mills have many defects to roll silicon steel as a result of the strict demands for the crown and the wedge and the characteristics of the CVC rolling mill. The large concave roll (LCR) technology was puts forward to solve that problem. The LCR technology includes the design of the roll contour and the roll free shifting strategies. The results of simulations and experiments show that the LCR technology can not only ensure the crown target of silicon steel, but also enlarge the coil quantity in a rolling schedule and improve the hot rolled strip edge-drop in the late of rolling schedule. This technology provides guidance for the crown control of the hot rolled silicon steel.  相似文献

涟钢2 250热轧板厂是国内设计制造的常规热轧生产线,只配置了一架粗轧机,粗轧工作辊相对于其他配置两架粗轧机的热轧线磨损要大。生产线为了降低辊耗和减少粗轧换辊次数,增加粗轧工作辊过钢量,运行一段时间后发现轧辊事故增多和精轧前机架出现明显中浪。通过对粗轧工作辊过钢量、磨损量和消耗量等数据进行处理和分析,摸索出三者之间的数学关系,根据其对粗轧工作辊过钢量进行规范后,轧辊事故同比减少了58.28%,精轧前机架出现浪形的现象明显减少,成功解决了粗轧工作辊消耗与产品质量、轧辊安全使用之间的矛盾。  相似文献

1700热连轧中间坯存在侧弯(镰刀弯)现象,对精轧机正常板形控制造成影响。现场检测发现粗轧机电动侧压系统夹钢坯负荷对中时偏移轧制中心线20mm。应用ABAQUS软件建立该粗轧机辊系变形有限元仿真计算模型,在偏移轧制中心线工况下,对支持辊与工作辊配辊辊形对板坯的楔形(侧弯)影响仿真计算。设计抗偏移干扰强的新的支持辊与工作辊配辊辊形,上机使用后,中间坯的侧弯(镰刀弯)现象有明显改善。  相似文献

针对鞍钢冷轧厂四机架冷连轧机,开发出了以改善成品带钢板形质量为目标的冷连轧机混型配置综合优化系统。该系统采用了智能化的遗传优化算法,能同时优化连轧机各架轧辊的辊型曲线和辊型凸度,利用该系统优化设计的新的辊型配置方案在四机架冷连轧机上得到了应用,取得了良好的应用效果。  相似文献

Abstract

A kinematic analytical approach has been developed to predict the roll force, rolling torque and forward slip in thin hot strip continuous rolling under various rolling conditions. The approach is based on formulating a velocity field in the roll bite zone that expresses the effect of interfacial friction on the distribution of axial velocity and longitudinal stresses across the strip thickness. The results obtained from the proposed approach are in fair agreement with finite element simulation results, whereas available analytical methods, which are usually valid for billets and thick plates, have given considerable error in the results. The proposed approach is applied to study the effect of thickness reduction ratio, coefficient of friction, work roll diameter and front and back tensions on the roll force, rolling torque and forward slip in thin hot strip rolling. The main merit of the proposed analytical approach, as compared to finite element simulation, lies in the drastic reduction in the computational time required in finite element simulation, which favours its use in online control of rolling thin strips.  相似文献

热轧支持辊的健康状态在带钢板形质量和轧制稳定性控制中起着关键作用,非线性、强耦合、少样本等特点使得热轧支持辊健康状态的预测复杂,目前各大钢厂仍以定期维护和事后维修为主。本文提出了一种支持辊虚拟健康指数的构建方法以及基于Copula函数的复杂工况健康状态预测模型。首先结合支持辊弯窜辊数据表征支持辊健康状态,再使用K-means聚类方法对支持辊工况进行划分,将各工况下过程数据分别构建Copula预测模型,最后根据实际轧制计划的排布顺序融合各工况模型的预测结果。提出的基于Copula函数的预测模型在某钢厂1780热连轧产线得到应用,结果表明,该模型能够准确有效的按照轧制计划实现支持辊的健康状态预测,以更科学的策略指导支持辊更换维护。   相似文献

针对CSP热连轧F7机架支持辊辊形高、窜辊分布不合理、轧制薄规格时出口板形易出现中间浪、下机磨损不均匀、磨损严重且CVC趋势比较明显等问题,提出与CSP热连轧工作辊辊形相匹配的支持辊新辊形VCR+,采用二维变厚度有限元模型对新辊形的板形控制性能进行了分析,并且在F7机架上进行工业试验。研究结果表明,新辊形VCR+使用后工作辊窜辊分布更加合理,使得出口板形中间浪问题有了明显的改善;轧辊的自保持性能有了显著的提高,从而延长了轧制公里数,降低了生产成本。  相似文献

Abstract

Although a pair crossed rolling mill has a very high control capability of strip crown, a frictional force always occurs in the strip width direction between the strip and the work rolls. An analysis of rolling load was carried out, considering the shear deformation of strip cross-section caused by the frictional force. From the examination of the calculated results for a large-scale mill for production, the following conclusions were obtained: (a) the cross angle hardly influences the rolling force and torque, (b) the thrust force on the roll induced by the frictional force decreases as a result of shear deformation, (c) the thrust factor, i.e. the thrust force divided by the rolling force, is little influenced by the strip deformation resistance and the friction coefficient between the work rolls and the strip during hot rolling, (d) the thrust force applied to the rolls during hot rolling is 3–6% of the rolling force for the cross angle of 1° and this is not an obstacle related to the design of rolling mills.  相似文献

针对国内某1 420极薄带钢冷连轧机组辊耗较大,甚至偶发轧辊剥落和爆辊的问题,研究冷轧辊型曲线设计的一般方法,再结合对象轧机的设备与工艺,建立冷连轧机组轧辊辊型曲线参数优化设计模型,并为对象轧机优化设计出新的支撑辊辊型曲线和中间辊辊型曲线。新辊型曲线能够降低轧辊辊间压力分布不均匀程度,并改善弯辊力的调节效果,将其应用于该1 420冷连轧机组后,减少了辊耗与轧辊爆辊的发生率,改善了产品质量,提高了品牌竞争力,给企业带来了效益。  相似文献

 为解决薄带轧制过程中的各类板形问题,以新型电磁调控轧机为研究对象,利用Marc建立三维热-力耦合有限元模型,分析了弯辊和电磁调控轧辊综合作用下弯辊力和轧制力对轧辊辊型状态、板形分布、板坯边部应力、辊间接触应力、承载辊缝形状的影响规律。结果表明,弯辊机制的施加将直接促进电磁调控轧辊的稳定胀形,使电磁调控轧辊胀形凸度得到整体性补偿,并以板形良好为依据,给出新型调控轧机合理的弯辊力施加范围。对比分析了不同弯辊力和轧制力下辊缝函数的变化情况,形成不同的二次、四次凸度,为板形控制及初始辊缝设定提供依据。  相似文献

通过分析楔形、凸度、平直度等板形控制机理,结合莱钢热连轧工艺装备和板形质量特点,优化原始辊型、换辊周期、负荷分配等工艺,制定出与产品质量相关联的换辊制度、换辊模式、轧制计划安排等控制策略,改善了产品断面形状,板凸度由-20~250μm改善到30~70μm,板形异常卷控制在0.25%以下,薄规格比重提高到总产量的30%~40%。  相似文献
