SiC BJT新型器件是IGBT器件的有力竞争对手,由于SiC BJT是电流型器件,设计适应于SiC BJT的电流型驱动电路非常重要。针对传统双电源阻容RC(resistance-capacitance)驱动电路的不足,设计了一种双电源阻性时序驱动电路。该驱动电路由开通支路、稳态支路和关断支路3个支路组成,通过延时电路产生不同的驱动信号,分别控制3个驱动支路。该结构可以解决传统RC驱动电路的占空比问题和驱动振荡问题,和传统RC驱动电路相比较,其驱动损耗减小很多。为了验证新驱动电路的优势,对两种驱动电路分别进行LTSPICE仿真,并制作了对应的驱动样板,仿真和实验结果验证了所提出方案的良好驱动性能。 相似文献

本文叙述了绝缘栅双极型晶体管IGBT对驱动和保护电路的要求。并简要介绍了IGBT专用驱动芯片EXB841的驱动原理,进而针对EXB841典型IGBT驱动保护中存在的不足,提出了采用过流检测电路精确调整过流阈值,延迟电路识别虚假过流和过流锁定,采用外部成型电路提高负栅压和系统应用中及时的故障显示等改进方法。设计了相应的优化驱动电路,优化驱动电路在脉冲发生电源中得到应用。实际运行表明优化驱动电路克服了EXB841典型驱动的不足,改善了IGBT的驱动与保护性能,具有很好的实用性。 相似文献

为解决开关器件在多电平高压功率变换器的驱动和保护问题,提出了一种光纤隔离的驱动保护电路。该电路与传统的驱动电路相比,隔离电压高,用光传递驱动信号不受电路的电磁干扰。电路在开关管过流时能识别是否真过流并实现驱动脉冲的慢关断,提高了电路安全性。实验结果证明,该电路正确可行。 相似文献

智能变电站二次系统逻辑回路遵循IEC 61850建模,而物理回路的设计仍采用图纸表达,不利于智能变电站信息化技术的发展。借鉴逻辑回路的建模思路,提出二次系统物理回路的建模方法。设计了基于虚实解耦理念的物理回路模型配置流程;给出了物理回路模型的语法语义;实现了基于物理回路模型的完整工程应用解决方案,包括物理回路配置工具、物理回路可视化工具。关键的是采用虚实对应技术,实现了物理回路和逻辑回路的关联。填补了二次光缆和网络结构的模型配置空白,便于设计工具和厂站级系统导入和导出物理回路配置,扩展了物理回路模型的应用空间。 相似文献

Fractional circuits have attracted extensive attention of scholars and researchers for their superior performance and potential applications. Fractional circuits constitute a new challenge for the analysis and synthesis methods of traditional circuits theory. Passivity is the fundamental property of traditional circuits (integer order electric circuits). As is known to all, passivity is equivalent to positive realness in traditional linear circuits. However, this equivalence is broken down by introducing fractional elements into electrical networks in s‐domain. To address this issue, on the basis of s‐W transformation, we study the passive criteria of fractional circuits with rational order elements in this paper. Definitions of positive‐real (matrix) function in W‐domain are given, and the equivalence conditions of positive realness are derived. In addition, a conclusion is proposed in which the immittance (matrix) function of passive fractional circuits with rational order elements is positive real in W‐domain. The applications of passive criteria in circuit synthesis are shown. 相似文献

Novel active auxiliary circuits that allow the power switch in single-switch, pulse-width-modulated (PWM) converters to operate with zero-voltage switching (ZVS) are proposed in this paper. The main feature of these circuits is that the auxiliary switch can operate with a zero-current switching turn-on and turn-off without increasing the peak current stresses of the main switch. In this paper, the operation of active auxiliary circuits in general is reviewed, and a systematic method for synthesizing auxiliary circuits belonging to the new family is presented and demonstrated with several examples. Several new auxiliary circuits are presented, and the operation of one of the new circuits is briefly explained. A general set of guidelines for the design of auxiliary circuits belonging to the new family is presented. The feasibility of the new family of circuits is confirmed by experimental results obtained from a 500W, 100 kHz zero-voltage-transition (ZVT)?PWM boost converter prototype implemented with an example auxiliary circuit. 相似文献

This paper proposes a systematic design method of MOSFET‐C impedance simulation circuits based on a generalized immittance converter (GIC). The design method can realize inductance simulation circuits, capacitance multipliers and frequency‐dependent negative resistances (FDNRs) only by MOSFETs, capacitors and two operational amplifiers. Although MOSFETs are used instead of passive resistors, the realized impedance simulation circuits have good linearity since the nonlinearity caused by MOSFETs are cancelled out. The proposed design method derives three inductance simulation circuits, five capacitance multipliers and two FDNRs systematically from a GIC. All of them are summarized in this paper. As an example, inductance simulation circuits are designed by using the proposed design method. The inductance simulation circuits are applied to a filter realization and validity of the design method is confirmed by HSPICE simulations. In this paper a new circuit topology for realizing second‐order current‐mode quadrature oscillator is proposed. Three additional circuits are further derived from it, thus resulting in four distinct circuits. Each circuit employs three differential voltage current conveyors and all grounded passive components, ideal for IC implementation. All the circuits possess high output impedance. The circuits exhibit non‐interactive frequency control and low THD. The effects of non‐idealities are also analyzed. PSPICE simulations using 0.5 µCMOS parameters confirm the validity and practical utility of the proposed circuits. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献
