以溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)等量替代天然橡胶(NR)和顺丁橡胶(BR),分别制备NR/BIIR和NR/BR/BIIR并用胶,研究并用胶的物理性能、耐热空气老化性能和动态力学性能的变化。结果表明:与NR胶料和NR/BR并用胶分别相比,NR/BIIR和NR/BR/BIIR并用胶的物理性能略有下降,耐热空气老化性能大幅度提升,抗湿滑性能提高、滚动阻力变化不大;当BIIR用量分别为10和15份时,NR/BIIR和NR/BR/BIIR并用胶的耐热空气老化性能较好。 相似文献

研究天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)/1,2-聚丁二烯橡胶(1,2-PBR)并用胶的硫化特性、物理性能及动态力学性能,确定适用于轮胎胎面胶的BR/1,2-PBR最佳并用比。结果表明:与NR或BR相比,1,2-PBR加工性能稍差。当BR/1,2-PBR并用比为25/5时,NR/BR/1,2-PBR并用胶的综合物理性能和抗湿滑性能较好;当BR/1,2-PBR并用比为15/15时,并用胶的压缩温升低,压缩永久变形最小,综合力学性能优异,更适合应用于轮胎胎面。 相似文献

Thermoplastic elastomers have been prepared by blending polypropylene (PP), natural rubber (NR), and recycle rubber powder (RRP). The blends were melt-mixed using a Brabender Plasticorder torque rheometer at 190°C and 50 rpm. A fixed 70:30 blend ratio (wt%) of PP and rubber was prepared. The effect of partial replacement of NR with RRP at a fixed rubber content (NR+RRP), 30 wt% on mechanical properties, swelling behavior, torque development, and morphological properties of PP/NR/RRP blends was studied. Results show that the tensile strength, Young's modulus, and swelling resistance increase with increasing RRP content in the PP/NR/RRP blends whereas the stabilization torque and elongation at break exhibit opposite trend. 相似文献

研究了NBR/CSM并用比对共混胶硫化性能、力学性能、耐热老化性能和耐油性能的影响,并采用了扫描电镜分析方法表征共混胶浸油前后的结构。结果表明,随NBR用量的增加,共混胶的硫化效率提高,加工安全性能增强,耐油性能有所上升,但其耐热性能有所下降。当NBR/CSM并用比为60/40时,通过力学性能可知,共混胶中两相结构发生相反转。综合其性能,当NBR/CSM并用比为60/40时,共混胶具有最佳的耐热耐油性能,浸油后的抗拉强度保持率达到69%,断裂伸长率保持率达到86%,质量变化率为lO%,体积变化率为15%。 相似文献

Morphology, curing characteristics, mechanical and dynamic properties of vulcanization of epoxidized trans-polyisoprene (ETPI) with different epoxy content were investigated. From scanning electron microscopy micrographs, it is observed that ETPI vulcanizates were a two-phase system. DSC shows that the residual crystallization reduced with increasing epoxy content. With increasing epoxy content, the induction period of cure shortened gradually as well as tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness and tear strength decreased. It is important to note that the wear resistance increased gradually with the increasing of epoxy content. Rebound values at 23 and 70 °C decreased which indicate that damping capacity and wet resistance performance increased, but the rolling resistance increased. DMA tests further show that wet resistance performance enhanced, damping capacity improved, but rolling resistance increased with increasing epoxy content of ETPI. 相似文献

The vulcanization of natural rubber (NR)‐blended acrylonitrile–butadiene–styrene (ABS) was carried out with a phenolic curing agent by a melt‐mixing process. The NR compound was first prepared before blending with ABS. The effects of the phenolic curative contents (10, 15, and 20 phr) and blend proportions (NR/ABS ratio = 50 : 50, 60 : 40, and 70 : 30) on the mechanical, dynamic, thermal, and morphological properties of the vulcanized NR/ABS blends were investigated. The tensile strength and hardness of the blends increased with increasing ABS content, whereas the elongation at break decreased. The strength property resulting from the thermoplastic component and the vulcanized NR was an essential component for improving the elasticity of the blends. These blends showed a greater elastic response than the neat ABS. The thermal stability of the blends increased with increasing ABS component. Scanning electron micrographs of the blends showed a two‐phase morphology system. The vulcanized 60 : 40 NR/ABS blend with 15‐phr phenolic resin showed a uniform styrene‐co‐acrylonitrile phase dispersed in the vulcanized NR phase; it provided better dispersion between the NR and ABS phases, and this resulted in superior elastic properties. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 研究了不同反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)用量对用于全钢子午线轮胎胎侧胶的TPI/天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)并用胶力学性能、动态力学性能和热老化性能的影响,并对并用胶进行了配方优化。结果表明,当TPI/NR/BR的并用比(质量比)为15.0/42.5/42.5时,混炼胶外表光滑,硬度适中;TPI/NR/BR并用胶的硫化特性与NR/BR并用胶相比变化不大,且在保持后者力学性能的基础上,动态力学性能明显提高;经配方优化后,并用胶耐屈挠性优异,滚动阻力、压缩生热降低,是一种较为理想的全钢子午线轮胎胎侧胶材料。 相似文献
