采用控制铸造技术制备了减摩轴瓦材料Al-Bi偏晶合金,并通过活加第三组元的方法,研究了Si,Sn、Pb对Al-Bi合金凝固组织的影响,合金加热至1000℃后采用控制铸造技术制蜊均匀铸锭,金相分析结果显示,第三组元Pb、Sn对偏晶合金中Bi粒子的尺寸及形有很大的影响。  相似文献

研究了Al-5Ti-1B和Al-3B中间合金对铸造铝合金Al-12%Si的α-Al晶粒的细化效果。结果表明,Al-3B中间合金的细化能力和抗延时衰减性能皆优于Al-5Ti-1B中间合金。分析认为,AlB2和TiB2相质点均为铸造Al-Si合金中α-Al潜在的结晶核心,而Al3Ti相易被Si原子毒化,失去作为结晶核心的作用。  相似文献

为了研究在纯铝铸锭中添加Al-Ti-B中间合金的晶粒细化机理,采用单向凝固和常规的铸造工艺。在铸造中不发生流体运动的单向凝固的铸锭中出现了等轴晶。可以认为是来自Al-Ti-B中间合金并残留在熔融铝中的TiB2如同包晶反应一样起到了形核作用。将单向凝固获得的仅含柱状晶的铸锭重熔,注入急冷模中铸造。每种铸造组织都出现等轴晶带,尽管熔体中不存在TiB2。铝液铸造时,等轴晶在模壁成核并与模壁脱离。可以断定  相似文献

比较了Al-3%Ti-3%B,Al-5%Ti-1%B中间合金对亚共晶Al-Si合金的晶粒细化效果。结果表明,Al-3%Ti-3%B中间合金的细化作用明显优于Al-5%Ti-1%B。主要是Al-5%Ti-1%B中间合金加入熔体中,过量的Ti在TiB2/熔体界面形成三元铝化物,通过包晶反应成为α-Al的异质晶核,但包晶反应温度的急剧下降是导致晶粒细化能力下降的直接原因;而Al-3%Ti-3%B中间合金加入熔体中,过量的B在TiB2/熔体界面形成富B层,在冷却过程中,将发生共晶反应,生成大量的α-Al晶核,达到细化目的。  相似文献

用快速凝固和热变形处理的Al-Ti-B-Sr中间合金,对Al-Si-Mg铝轮毂材料进行处理,试验结果表明:Al-Ti-B-Sr中间合金可以对Aa-7Si-0.35Mg合金有效地细化与变质;改善Al-Ti-B-Sr的细化与变质效果,Al-Si-Mg合金的抗拉强度和延伸率较Al-Ti-B、Al-Sr两种中间俣金分别外入时提高了约10%和25%。  相似文献

研究了加稀土La、Ce或Y的工业纯铝及Al-Mn,Al-Mg,Al-Cu,Al-Li,Al-Cu-Li,Al-Mg-Si,Al-Cu-Mg,Al-Zn-Mg等14种合金的枝晶间距。讨论了微量稀土、原合金元素、冷却速度和有效晶粒细化剂对枝晶的细化作用。结果表明,在各种冷速条件下,微量La、Ce或Y能显著细化工业纯铝和各种铝合金的枝晶;提出的溶质传输特征参数P0可正确反映稀土对铝合金枝晶的细化能力与原有合金元素的种类和含量的关系;冷却速度越大,稀土。对铝合金枝晶的细化作用越小;有效晶粒细化剂对铝合金枝晶的细化作用远不能与其对铝合金铸态晶粒的有效细化相提并论。  相似文献

将双流浇铸连续铸造直径65 mm的2024/3003梯度铝合金铸锭压制成为15 mm厚的板材,将该板材进行反挤压变形,研究梯度铝合金板内外层合金的流动特性及微观组织的变化规律。结果表明,2024/3003梯度铝合金材料反挤后在杯底部位内、外层合金的梯度过渡特征基本得到保持,内、外层合金分界线呈抛物线特征;在杯身部位内、外层合金则有一定的混合现象,而且内层合金的含量占绝大部分。另外,外层合金在杯身顶部及转角处形成了两个富集区。上述微观组织特征与塑性变形的滑移线理论一致。  相似文献

Ingots of a new super-high strength Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr alloy were produced respectively by low frequency electromagnetic casting (LFEC) and by conventional direct chill (DC) casting process. Microstructure and constituents of the ingots were studied. The results indicated that the LFEC process significantly refines microstructure and constituents of the alloy, and to some extent, decreases the area (or volume) fraction of constituents and eutectic structure precipitated at grain boundaries. But, no difference in the type of constituents was observed between LFEC and DC ingots. The results also showed LFEC process can improve the as-cast mechanical properties.  相似文献

采用金相分析方法研究了电解原铝液直接合金化、DC铸造6063、6N01及6061铝合金Φ200 mm铸锭的显微组织尤其是枝晶分布规律。结果表明:3种合金铸态组织均呈明显的树枝晶状,存在严重的枝晶偏析,其枝晶直径及枝晶臂间距从铸锭心部向铸锭表面逐渐细化;3种合金铸锭的枝晶臂间距及枝晶直径随合金铸锭中合金元素含量增加呈现出逐渐粗化的趋势,即合金元素总质量分数最低为1.141%的6063铝合金铸锭枝晶直径及枝晶臂间距最细小,而合金元素总质量分数最高为2.05%的6061铝合金铸锭枝晶直径及枝晶臂间距最大。  相似文献

The aim of this study is to compare the electrochemical behavior of three monotectic Al-based alloys (Al-Pb, Al-Bi, and Al-In) in a 0.5 M NaCl solution at room temperature. Two distinct microstructure arrays were experimentally obtained for each Al monotectic alloy by using a water-cooled unidirectional solidification system. Results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) plots, potentiodynamic polarization curves, and impedance parameters obtained by an equivalent circuit analysis are discussed. It was found that the Al-Pb alloy has lower corrosion current density, higher polarization resistance, lower relative weight, and cost than the corresponding values of Al-Bi and Al-In alloys. It is also shown that the electrochemical behavior of the three alloys examined are intimately correlated with the scale of the corresponding microstructure, with smaller droplets and spacings (i.e., cell and interphase spacings) being associated with a decrease in the corrosion resistance.  相似文献

采用低频电磁场半连续铸造工艺制备Al-Mg-Si-Cu铝合金铸锭,研究了低频电磁场对Al-Mg-Si-Cu铝合金铸锭组织的影响。结果表明,施加低频电磁场可以细化Al-Mg-Si-Cu铝合金铸锭的晶粒组织,减轻晶内元素的偏析程度。与常规半连续铸造相比,施加频率为20 Hz、电流为120 A的交变电磁场后,铸锭中的等轴晶组织增多,枝晶状组织减少,晶粒尺寸变得更加细小,铸锭边部和中心平均晶粒尺寸由常规半连续铸造的170和259μm分别降至133和187μm,同时有利于提高溶质元素在晶内的分布,很大程度上减轻了溶质元素的偏析。此外,低频电磁场的电磁振荡使得液穴内部温度场和流动场更趋均匀,溶质元素分配系数增大,结晶区间变小,抑制了树枝晶的生长,促进了Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金半连续铸锭中非枝晶组织的形成和溶质元素的强制固溶,并且抑制了溶质元素的偏析。  相似文献

The magnesium ingots from factory A, B and C were remelted. The microstructure and property of un-remelted and remelted magnesium ingots were investigated. The results indicate that the microstructure and property of the remelted magnesium alloy take on a hereditary transmission similar or resembling to those of feed materials. The characteristics of the short range order structure atomic group in alloy is the same as or resembles to that of feed materials during the melting process. The evolution of Bi-rich droplets morphology in a solidifying Al-Bi immiscible alloy was directly observed using a synchrotron microradiography technique. The electric current pulse (ECP) was applied to control the solidification process of Al-Bi immiscible alloy. It was found that the electromagnetic pinch force and Marangoni force induced by ECP and temperature gradient, respectively, can significantly affect the distribution of Bi-rich droplets. The electromagnetic pinch force drove the droplets from the center to side; meanwhile, the Marangoni force lifted the droplets from the bottom to the top. As a result, the droplets finally distributed with a manner of “inverted triangle.”  相似文献
