脉冲电源的脉宽及占空比对电化学加工的精度有着重要的影响。传统的脉冲电源一般采用开关斩波形式,对开关器件的开关速度要求很严格,且对开关器件的驱动也有很高的要求。对于电化学微细精加工,常用的开关器件很难达到超窄脉宽的要求。利用DDS信号电路产生基本信号,结合脉冲调理电路,设计一种新型超窄脉宽脉冲电源。实践表明:该超窄脉宽脉冲电源的脉宽最低可达10 ns,占空比可调,输出信号稳定性强,被成功应用于光学码板的加工。 相似文献

Surface finishing is one of the most important processes in mould and die making. This process is necessary not only for smoothing the surface of die or mould, but also for removing the surface layer, which has been damaged by the preceding machining process and finally improve the performances and lifetime of moulds to a large extent. It has been reported that between 30% and 40% of the total time required to manufacture a die or mold is spent on finishing operations, most of which are performed by skilled workers employing traditional techniques. At present, key problems in mould and die finishing technology can improve the finishing efficiency, consistency and quality at reduced costs. A new and high efficiency unconventional finishing technology, pulse electrochemical finishing was introduced. Experiments were done in neutral nitrate electrolytes. The influence of electrolyte composition, intereletrode gap, finishing time, flow quality, current density, compositions of steel materials and pulse parameters on the resulting surface finishing was investigated. Results indicate that pulse parameters have important influence on operations finishing and the proper selection of pulse parameters can lead to both good smoothing efficiency and surface quality at low costs. 相似文献

采用超快速变换复合高频脉冲方波变极性TIG电弧焊接方法进行2219-T87高强铝合金焊接,研究脉冲方波电流频率对焊缝组织性能的影响.结果表明,加入脉冲方波电流后,焊缝组织明显细化,焊缝区由粗大柱状晶向细小等轴晶转变.当脉冲电流频率达超音频段时,在焊缝中部还存在一种呈带状分布的细小等轴非枝晶组织,并与等轴树枝晶组织交替分布.与未加入脉冲电流相比,当脉冲电流频率为60kHz时,接头抗拉强度和断后伸长率分别增加约17.6%和66%.在一定范围内提高脉冲电流频率,可显著减小焊缝熔合区宽度,改善接头硬度分布,明显提高接头塑性,但对接头强度的影响作用并不明显. 相似文献

为了对2344模具钢进行快速光整加工,进行了2344模具钢的脉冲电化学复合光整加工试验研究。在构建了脉冲电化学复合加工试验机的基础上,进行了正交工艺试验。分析了脉冲峰值电压、脉冲频率、脉冲占空比和电解液温度对光整加工质量的影响,获得了优化的工艺参数。实验表明,在半个小时内可以将试件的表面粗糙度从Ra1.8μm降到Ra0.12μm。 相似文献

研发了用于复合型超音频脉冲电弧焊接的超音频脉冲电源,其输出脉冲电流的频率和幅值可独立调节和准确控制,并提出了“并联+辅助网络”耦合方式.在建立输出脉冲电流控制模型的基础上,构建了包含降压变换器、全桥变换器和高频耦合变压器的超音频脉冲电源功率变换电路;脉冲电流频率的调节通过改变全桥变换器的开关频率实现,脉冲电流幅值采用对降压变换器的输出电压幅值和全桥变换器的输出电压占空比进行两级反馈控制,以保证其准确性和稳定性.结果表明,超音频脉冲电流的频率和幅值调节快速、准确、稳定,与焊接电弧具有良好的耦合效果. 相似文献

In CO2 arc welding of solid wire, metal transfer phenomena and spatter generation are investigated with rectangular pulse current, and a low spatter CO2 arc welding process with high frequency pulse current is developed. The optimal conditions of high frequency pulse CO2 arc welding are in the range of peak current: 450–550 A and pulse frequency: 450–750 Hz. These high frequency pulse currents have the effect of droplet oscillation due to resonance between applied pulse frequency and the natural frequency of the droplet. The droplet is transferred consistently every 9–11 pulses and the average interval of metal transfer is about 16 ms which is reduced to half that of conventional CO2 arc welding. This average droplet weight is 34 mg, showing a large reduction in comparison with that of the conventional method. As a result, total spatter weight is reduced by 70% in comparison with the conventional method, and especially, large spatters more than 0.5 mm in diameter are reduced from 1.5 to 0.2 g/min. 相似文献
