济钢350m3高炉高富氧生产分析

分析了济钢350m3高炉高富氧对产量、理论燃烧温度、炉况顺行状况、焦比和生产效益的影响。高富氧可提高产量,但升高焦比和高炉理论燃烧温度,一定程度上影响高炉顺行,存在富氧效益最大化的适宜富氧率。高炉生产应低富氧高喷煤,根据济钢目前的情况,富氧率以2%～3%为宜。     

锰铁高炉富氧鼓风的初步实践

本文介绍了富氧鼓风在255m~3锰铁高炉上的生产实践和应用效果。在富氧率3～4％范围内,富氧率提高1％,冶炼强度可提高8.11％,焦比降低2.88％。在现有富氧率条件下,未发现因风口前理论燃烧温度升高而影响高炉顺行。富氧后明显富化了煤气热值,降低了炉顶煤气温度。本文还初步探讨了锰铁高炉富氧鼓风的极限。     

原燃料条件对高炉理论燃烧温度的影响

为了探索低品质原燃料条件下保持高炉顺行的合理热制度,推导出红钢3号高炉新的理论燃烧温度经验公式。对新旧经验公式进行对比分析,得出原燃料条件改变时风温、富氧率、煤比、鼓风湿度对高炉理论燃烧温度的影响。结果表明：原燃料条件不同,保持高炉顺行需要的理论燃烧温度不同;当原燃料条件变差时,保持高炉顺行的理论燃烧温度降低。     

高炉富氧喷吹焦炉煤气理论研究

 用计算模拟富氧喷吹焦炉煤气以后高炉直接还原度、焦比、入炉风量、炉腹煤气量、理论燃烧温度和炉顶煤气的变化,同时分析了富氧喷吹焦炉煤气对高炉冶炼可能带来的影响。计算结果表明：在保证高炉热量和理论燃烧温度满足高炉正常生产前提下,选择合适的富氧率和焦炉煤气喷吹量,可以使焦比降低至291kg/t,CO2的排放量减少6.1%,并且提高了煤气利用价值,增加企业的经济和环境效益。     

钒钛磁铁矿冶炼高炉喷吹焦炉煤气的减排能力

高炉喷吹焦炉煤气可以充分发挥氢还原的作用,实现高炉冶炼的低碳绿色发展。为了分析高炉喷吹焦炉煤气的减排能力,以钒钛磁铁矿冶炼高炉的现场生产数据和炉内理化反应为基础建立质能平衡模型,研究焦炉煤气喷吹量对风口理论燃烧温度和炉顶煤气CO₂排放量的影响;建立一定约束条件下喷吹焦炉煤气的操作窗口,讨论其降碳减排能力。研究结果表明,在一定的富氧率、焦比、煤比和风温下,随着焦炉煤气喷吹量的增加,风口理论燃烧温度和炉顶煤气CO₂排放量均降低。当风温和煤比一定时,通过提高富氧率可以实现喷吹焦炉煤气高炉的热量补偿。随着焦炉煤气喷吹量的增加,富氧率提高、焦比降低。不喷吹焦炉煤气,钒钛磁铁矿高炉在富氧率为3%、焦比为380.0 kg/t(Fe)、煤比为130 kg/t(Fe)、风温为1 200℃操作条件正常运行时,其风口理论燃烧温度为2 075℃、炉顶煤气温度最低为120℃;当焦炉煤气喷吹量为55 m³/t(Fe)时,可以维持与不喷吹焦炉煤气时相同的理论燃烧温度和炉顶煤气温度,相应的富氧率为5.63%、焦比为371 kg/t,炉顶CO_2...     

高炉喷吹煤粉的适宜操作范围

为了降低高炉焦比,节约能源,通过首钢一高炉大量喷煤操作情况的分析,提出了高炉喷吹煤粉的适宜操作范围.无富氧喷煤量可达150kg,富氧时可达200kg以上.为提高喷煤效果,应注意维持适当的风口前理论燃烧温度和氧气过剩系数.大量喷煤后压差略有升高,但不影响高炉顺行.与炉腹喷吹还原气相比,风口大量喷煤是一种经济、有效的节焦方法.     

高炉富氧喷煤后的焦比变化

通过对高炉富氧喷煤的能量计算，研究了高炉富氧喷煤后的焦比变化，讨论了富氧喷煤对焦比的影响，富氧喷煤后焦比降低量及煤粉燃烧率对及富氧喷煤效果的影响。     

马钢4000m~3A高炉煤比的研究

高炉适宜的喷吹煤比既可使喷入高炉内的煤粉充分燃烧有利于高炉顺行,又能有效降低焦比获得最佳的经济效益,文章主要对马钢4 000m3 A高炉的2014年7月-2015上半年过程操作参数进行了分析,研究了高炉理论最大喷煤比,以及煤比与风温、富氧、焦比和燃料比的关系。     

沙钢高炉高富氧率经济性分析

对沙钢高炉高富氧率的经济性进行了分析总结。阐述了高炉高富氧率和产量、焦比、生产成本之间的关系,理论计算结果表明,只要氧气单价不超过0.82元/m~3,那么由富氧提高造成的氧气单耗增加成本,完全是可以由提煤降焦带来的效益弥补的。     

梅山2号高炉脱湿鼓风技术的应用

对梅山2号高炉脱湿鼓风技术的应用进行了总结。梅钢2号高炉长期保持1220±5℃的全风温操作,富氧率维持在1.5%±0.20%,冷风流量为2400±50Nm~3/min,脱湿后的鼓风湿分为9g/m~3,通过适当调整风口理论燃烧温度,可保证炉缸活跃、炉况顺行、提高喷煤比、降低焦比、降低铁水成本。
