木脂素是由两分子苯丙素聚合而形成的一类天然化合物,广泛存在于自然界中,其中大多数木脂素为游离的状态,小部分与糖结合成苷而存在于植物的木部和树脂中,所以称之为木脂素,而最近又在动物体内发现了有别于植物木脂素的哺乳动物木脂素[1].由于大部分木脂素具有很高的抗癌、抗肝炎、杀虫等生物活性,因此被广泛的应用于在医药、农业以及日化等方面,木脂素的合成一直是有机合成中的一个热点[2],而合成木脂素的偶联条件的选择是木脂素合成中起到关键性因素,文章就几种重要木脂素的合成方法中单体的氧化偶联方式进行简单的介绍. 相似文献

采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法检测五味子中三种木脂素类成分的含量。色谱柱为Agilent C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(75∶25),流速1.0 m L/min,检测波长250 nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μL。结果表明,3种成分的进样量分别在4~800、4~400、4~400μg/m L范围与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r分别为0.999 3,0.999 8,0.999 9),平均回收率分别为98.44%,98.86%和97.84%,RSD分别为1.24%,1.87%和1.18%(n均为5)。北五味子中五味子醇甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素含量分别为7.196,1.344,3.476 mg/g,南五味子中不含五味子醇甲,五味子甲素、五味子乙素的含量依次为59.065,3.213 mg/g。该方法快速、准确、重现性好,可用于南、北五味子中木脂素类成分的分析,评价不同来源五味子的质量。 相似文献

Seventeen resins were evaluated by their adsorption capacities from two solvent systems, ethanol aqueous solution and surfactant emulsifiable solution, prepared from Schisandra chinensis. The adsorption of lignans from surfactant emulsifiable solution on LS-305, XAD-16, HPD-100, and XAD-4 as a function of contact time, initial adsorbate concentration, and temperature was investigated by using batch experiments. LS-305 and XAD-16 exhibited higher lignans adsorption capacity than HPD-100 and XAD-4. The adsorption kinetics and Freundlich isotherm model of lignans on the four resins were well described by a pseudo-second-order and Freundlich isotherm models, respectively. The adsorption of lignans on the resins was spontaneous. 相似文献

ABSTRACTNonlinear response surface methodology was adopted to investigate complicated interactions of the extraction parameters of aqueous two-phase system and ionic liquids (ILs) to determine their optimum conditions for enhancing the extraction yield and antioxidant activity. Using statistical optimizations of ultrasound-assisted ionic liquid (UAE-ILs), the yield was increased from 8.73 to 10.44 mg g?1, and IC50 value of DPPH was decreased from 0.49 to 0.36 mg mL?1 with minimum cost and pollution. Additionally, the extraction mechanism of different methods was in-depth assessment. Experimental results showed that UAE-ILs in the extraction of lignans from plants can show a great promising prospect. 相似文献

The flaxseed lignans secoisolariciresinol (SECO) and its diglucoside secoisolariciresinol diglucoside (SDG) are reported to
have a number of health benefits associated with their consumption that have in part been attributed to their antioxidant
properties. In this study the relative antioxidant capacity of the flaxseed lignans vs. BHT was determined in two model systems.
First, an antioxidants stoichiometric value was determined for SECO and SDG in a liposomal system as a mimic of lipid peroxidation.
Stoichiometric values for SECO (1.5) and SDG (1.2) vs. BHT (2.0) were measured from the lag time for the formation of conjugated
dienes; all values were significantly different (P<0.01). Second, the ability of flaxseed lignans to prevent oxidative degradation of canola oil was determined. Samples were
stored at room temperature and analyzed at 30-d intervals over 120 d using a Rancimat™ analyzer. The lignans prevented degradation of canola oil, as measured by induction time, in a concentration-dependent manner.
Although SECO demonstrated a trend for better protection than either SDG or polymer containing SDG, they were not significantly
different (P>0.01). There was also no significant difference between SECO or SDG and BHT, suggesting flaxseed lignans may be good alternatives
to minimize rancidity in oil-based food products. 相似文献
