用MPV—200型摩擦磨损试验机测定了超高分子量聚乙烯(简称UHMW—PE)塑料合金轴承水润滑条件下的摩擦学性能,考察了载荷、速度、运行时间等因素对轴承摩擦系数和磨损率的影响,得出了摩擦学性能随各种因素的变化规律。并对作用机理进行了系统的分析,为水润滑超高分子量聚乙烯塑料合金轴承的实际应用提供理论依据。  相似文献

建立水润滑塑料合金轴承的数学模型,对水润滑条件下塑料合金轴承的弹流润滑问题进行数值模拟,讨论转速和载荷对水润滑膜压力和膜厚的影响。结果表明:在水润滑条件下,转速对水润滑膜的压力影响不明显,而膜厚及最小膜厚随转速的增大而明显增大;随载荷的增大,压力峰值有明显增大,而在入口区压力随载荷增大而减小,膜厚及最小膜厚随载荷增大而减小。  相似文献

从材料的角度,研究弹性模量对水润滑塑料合金轴承的性能影响,包括轴承承载能力、水膜形状曲线、压力曲线和最小水膜厚度等。研究表明:在选择水润滑轴承材料时应根据其承载能力来确定轴承材料的弹性模量范围;在承载能力范围内,从弹性模量这个角度来说,应当尽可能选择弹性模量低并具有良好摩擦磨损性能的材料,因为选择较小弹性模量的材料有利于提高最小水膜厚度,从而改善水润滑轴承摩擦副的摩擦磨损性能。  相似文献

借助ANSYS多物理场求解器的流固耦合功能对六沟槽水润滑橡胶合金轴承进行2D数值模拟,得到了水润滑橡胶合金轴承润滑膜内的压力分布、速度分布及橡胶轴瓦的弹性变形状况,进而分析了水润滑橡胶合金轴承的润滑性能.结果表明:在载荷较大及中高速工况下,橡胶轴瓦的弹性变形会显著影响水膜膜厚分布及水润滑轴承的润滑性能.  相似文献

There are numerous instances of technical importance in which multi-component lubricants are utilized either by design or by necessity. In many of these cases one of the components is a liquid while the other component is a gas, or both components are liquids. These mixtures do not exhibit Newtonian behavior even when their components themselves are Newtonian, and thus classical lubrication theory is inapplicable to bearings lubricated with mixtures. Our objective here is to extend hydrodynamic lubrication theory to lubrication with liquid-liquid and liquid-gas mixtures. The extended theory is then applied to journal bearings, roller bearings and to lubrication in cold rolling. We are able to predict several experimentally observed phenomena such as oil-pooling ahead of an elastohydrodynamic lubrication conjunction.  相似文献

塑料轴承是常用的水润滑轴承,而乳化液由于无污染、来源广、节省能源、安全性等特点成为一种具有良好应用前景的润滑剂.以乳化液润滑复合塑料轴承为研究对象,建立塑料轴承弹流润滑模型,分析乏油条件下转速和载荷对润滑膜膜厚的影响,并与充分供油条件下的润滑膜膜厚进行比较.结果表明:随着供油量的增加,轴承油膜膜厚增加,但当供油量超过一临界值时,油膜膜厚不再变化.在乳化液润滑条件下,膜厚及最小膜厚均随转速的增大而明显增大,随载荷增大而减小,且供油条件没有造成明显的影响.  相似文献

The detection of improperly lubricated bearings from vibration patterns is a difficult task especially when records from short operating periods are available. This is exactly the case of end-quality assessment systems. This problem has been addressed by applying both cyclostationary analysis and spectral kurtosis for the selection of a frequency band in which variations in vibration patterns are most expressed. The approach was evaluated on a test-set comprising 63 electrical motors with fault-free and 21 with improperly lubricated bearings. The results reveal that improper lubrication is expressed as increase in the spectral components at bearing cage and ball spin frequency.  相似文献

Soft coatings are used extensively in industry for contact friction reduction, particularly during the running-in period. A numerical model is developed for contact and lubrication analysis of some soft coating coated bearings in mixed fluid lubrication. The model is applied to determine oil film thickness, contact pressure, and the friction coefficient of the coated bearings in contact with a hard journal surface. The contact of tin-coated 339 Al-Si alloy bearings with case hardened steel is analyzed using the developed model.  相似文献

The fretting corrosion behaviour of lubricated tin plated copper alloy contacts at ambient and elevated temperatures is addressed in this paper. At 27 °C, lubrication is very effective and the contact resistance remains stable for several thousand fretting cycles whereas at elevated temperatures (155 °C) the performance of lubricated contact is not appreciable. Surface profile and surface roughness confirm that the lubricated contacts have a smoother profile and experience a lesser damage at the contact zone at ambient as well as at elevated temperatures. The mechanism of fretting corrosion of tin plated contacts appears to be similar with and without lubrication at all the temperatures studied. The difference in performance of the lubricated contacts at ambient and elevated temperatures is due to the faster wear rate of tin coating at elevated temperatures. Oxidation of the contact zone of the lubricated contacts is prevented at all temperatures studied. The study concludes that lubrication is effective in improving the life of the tin plated copper alloy contacts under fretting conditions at ambient temperatures whereas at elevated temperatures lubrication provides only a marginal improvement in performance. The decrease in performance of lubricated tin plated contacts at elevated temperatures is due to the higher wear rate of tin coating and not due to evaporation of the lubricant.  相似文献

为分析表面织构对水润滑轴承混合润滑性能的影响,基于平均Reynolds方程及JFO空化边界条件建立带有表面织构的水润滑轴承混合润滑模型并数值求解,获得不同织构参数下水润滑轴承的Stribeck曲线。研究结果表明:表面织构是否能改善润滑性能与其深径比及面密度参数密切相关,织构的引入并不一定能降低水润滑轴承的摩擦因数;表面织构的面密度和深径比存在最优值,能使水润滑轴承获得最大的膜厚比与最小的摩擦因数,并在较低的转速下由混合润滑状态进入流体动压润滑状态。  相似文献
