针对SOI(Silicon on Insulator,绝缘体上的硅)高温压力传感器,在真空环境下使用退火的热处理方法,减小了p-Si与Ti/Pt/Au的接触电阻,得到了合适的电阻值和小的比接触电阻率。通过单一因素控制法研究了退火时间和退火温度两个关键因素对样品电阻值和接触表面形貌的影响。采用半导体分析仪、扫描电镜(SEM)和高低温探针台等测试设备以及传输线模型测试方法对样品的欧姆接触性能进行分析,得出了不同温度和时间与欧姆接触的关系。实验结果表明:样品在退火条件为570℃,80min时电阻的I-V(伏安特性)曲线呈线性,阻值符合设计值,比接触电阻率小,在0~400℃测试环境下电阻值比较稳定。 相似文献

该套测试系统旨在解决现存热敏电阻老化测试中,测试温度环境不稳定,测试过程需大量人工干预,测量结果精度不高等问题。该系统可同时对50路样本进行测量,采用具有温度波动度小于0.2℃的精密恒温水槽为测试提供稳定可靠的高低温恒温环境,由气缸级联而成的"机械手臂"代替手工操作,依靠下位机高精度测量模块实现相对误差小于0.5%的电阻测量,利用Matlab编写的上位机软件绘制R-t曲线分析样本老化特性,实际应用表明,整套测试平台稳定可靠、测量准确、自动化程度高,极大地提高了生产效率。 相似文献

为了提高航空发动机温度测量的精度和可靠性,给出了一种航空发动机温度测量电路的设计方法。该方法首先对航空发动机温度测量技术要求进行分析;进而设计了航空发动机低温、高温温度测量系统方案;最后采用模块化设计方法给出了关键的信号调理电路。该电路设计方法能满足航空发动机对不同温度环境测试的需求,有利于提高航空发动机工作温度测量系统的性能,具有一定的实际参考价值。 相似文献

为了提高太阳辐照绝对辐射计(SIARs)的测量精度,消除温度变化对SIARs测量精度的影响,研究设计了精密温度控制系统,对SIARs进行恒温控制;通过对铂电阻温度传感器自热效应的弱化,提高了温度测量的精度;提出了一种新的复合PID控制算法,该复合控制算法使系统获得良好的动态和稳态性能;使用密闭的高低温箱来模拟星上温度条件对系统进行了实验测试,实验数据表明,系统控制精度在0.1℃以内,可为SIARs工作提供稳定的温度环境。 相似文献

为解决高低温环境试验被试样机的"冻透"/"热透"试验条件判定问题,满足最新环境试验标准中对样机启动参数、各分系统温度参数和试验仓温湿度测试的要求,提出基于PXI+SCXI总线的样机测试系统的硬件设计方案,并在LabWindows/CVI软件开发环境下完成了软件界面及分析算法设计,实现对样机和环境温湿度等参数的测试、监控与评判;实际应用表明,该测试系统具有工作稳定性好、测试精度高、适应性强等优点,满足高低温试验室样机测试要求。 相似文献

高温摩擦磨损试验机主要用于测试摩擦副材料在高温工况下的摩擦磨损性能.采用LabVIEW软件,通过调用动态链接库驱动数据采集卡,设计开发了用于高温摩擦磨损试验机的虚拟仪器测试系统.测试系统包括摩擦力、温度、载荷、转速等数据采集,数据存储,数据处理、图形显示及生成实验报告等功能.在高温摩擦磨损试验机上,利用该测试系统测量并记录摩擦系数,观察所采集的数据以及多次重复性试验.实验结果表明该测试系统具有较高的稳定性、准确性及可靠性. 相似文献

融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。 相似文献

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值. 相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives. 相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what
is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic
sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and
its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of
an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify
robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can
or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest.
