为解决云驾岭矿煤巷变形大、围岩破碎、支护困难、返修率高等工程问题,采用地质调查、理论分析、数值计算、物化分析、现场测试和实验室试验等手段,揭示大变形煤巷围岩失稳破坏机理。基于深、浅部注浆加固,建立双层环状支护带承载体系,提出切圆拱断面、帮部深孔锚索支护、护表加强的锚注支护一体化技术。工程应用表明:浅部注浆封闭巷道周边破碎围岩,与锚杆联合形成内部支护带,提高两帮围岩强度;深部注浆配合加长锚索形成主动支护带,以锚索端部为锚固点,使浅部、深部围岩形成有机整体,增强围岩承载强度;护表加强实现应力均匀分布,提高表面支护刚度并增大有效支护面积。现场监测显示,该技术有效降低围岩变形,保障了巷道围岩稳定。  相似文献

针对九龙煤矿-850 m深部胶带大巷围岩破碎、支护失效等问题,通过围岩力学性能测试、围岩裂隙窥视、巷道围岩浅孔注浆结合深孔注浆锚索二次加固试验对巷道围岩破坏机理和稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,巷道所处位置水平构造应力大和巷道支护结构设计不合理是造成胶带大巷围岩破坏的主要原因。根据破坏机理和理论计算得到的浅孔注浆结合深孔注浆锚索二次加固支护方案能有效解决由水平构造应力带来的巷道围岩破坏问题,巷道注浆加固后,巷道两帮和顶底移近量较加固前仅增长5 cm和3.5 cm,控制了巷道围岩整体移近量,支护效果明显。  相似文献

煤系地层围岩软弱,在高地压作用下开采深部煤层时,由于埋深大使得巷道的围岩变形严重,巷道的顶板及底鼓量均大于浅埋深巷道,导致深部巷道围岩稳定性控制与支护的难度加大,影响顶帮的稳定从而使得整个巷道失去稳定。通过分析巷道变形破坏机理,根据锚杆索支护理论与注浆加固理论制定了“巷道扩刷+顶帮分区耦合强力支护+底角卸压与加固+底板注浆加固、底板锚索束+喷射钢纤维混凝土+顶板与两帮高压注浆加固”的高强度联合支护方案,确定了支护参数,有效解决了深井强动压大变形巷道的支护问题。通过对现场进行监测,巷道变形量明显减小,巷道变形得到了有效控制。为同类条件下的深井强动压巷道的全断面支护问题提供了新的思路和方法。  相似文献

为解决杜儿坪矿2号煤层南翼中组煤轨道巷掘进过陷落柱段两帮变形量大的问题,采用数值模拟方法对巷道在原有支护方式下两帮塑性区的发育情况进行分析,根据塑性区的发育情况确定巷道采用浅部+深部注浆的方式进行补强加固,并用数值模拟对注浆加固方案的效果进行分析,得出该加固方案能够保障巷道围岩稳定。现场应用后表明:浅部+深部注浆加固方案有效控制了巷道围岩的变形,保证了巷道围岩的稳定。  相似文献

注浆加固+锚索支护方式使破碎围岩巷道形成一个整体,能更好地控制围岩变形破坏。本文针对木瓜煤矿10-208回采巷道施工期间因巷道围岩破碎、地质条件复杂等因素影响,围岩出现变形大、难支护等问题,采用理论分析与现场实践相结合的方法,对破碎围岩巷道支护措施进行了研究,提出了“注浆加固+锚杆索”支护技术。现场实践结果得出巷道过围岩破碎段掘进期间,顶底板及两帮累计变形量最大值分别为54.5mm和64.6mm,表明“注浆加固+锚杆索”支护技术可对破碎围岩巷道变形破坏进行有效控制。  相似文献

为了解决高水平构造应力条件下巷道围岩易失稳的难题,采用数值模拟的研究方法,分析了两种支护形势下巷道围岩响应特征,提出了巷道底板采用锚索束注浆加固的治理方案,并结合数值模拟进行现场工业性试验。结果表明:巷道围岩原支护方式对巷道的顶板及两帮起到较好支护效果,但巷道底鼓量较大;在进行底板锚索束注浆加固支护后,顶底板累计移近量为142mm,两帮的移近量为123mm,较原支护围岩断面整体收缩减小48%左右,底板锚索束整体补强作用显著,能够有效控制巷道底鼓增大趋势,保证了巷道围岩的完整性和稳定性。  相似文献

清水营深部软岩巷道顶板下沉量大,两帮位移大,底鼓严重,需采取新的加固方案。利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对锚喷支护和中空注浆锚索加固支护2种条件下的围岩变形状态进行对比分析。结果表明,围岩两帮以及顶、底板的位移降低,围岩的大变形失稳现象得到有效控制,采用中空注浆锚索支护方案可行。  相似文献
