为了实现连采工作面充填采场巷道的快速密闭,提高充填效率,解决充填与采煤接续紧张的问题,文章阐述了国内常用密闭砖墙的应用情况,指出了密闭砖墙的利弊,分析了充填采场巷道端头的断面结构特征,提出了模袋式快速成型密闭挡墙的试验思路,进行了模袋式密闭墙的结构、速凝剂与充填料浆混合工艺以及模袋式密闭墙井下施工工艺的设计研究,进行了模袋的试制与井下应用试验。试验结果表明,模袋式密闭墙安全可靠,提高了施工效率,降低了生产成本。  相似文献

针对传统砌筑密闭墙方法的气密性差、工作效率低等问题,提出了模袋式快速成型通风闭墙的试验思路,进行了柔模袋结构、速凝早强高水材料、充填设备、施工工艺等的设计研究,并在井下应用试验。试验结果表明,采用以该材料和设备为主体的模袋式快速成型通风闭墙,可以实现高效、快速、低成本的施工目标,墙体密闭性较好,安全可靠,没有出现漏风现象。  相似文献

大多数现代化矿井采煤工作面顺槽采用连采机双巷掘进,两巷之间联络巷较密集,生产过程中需要及时封闭,联巷的密闭封堵充填工作就显得尤为重要。通过分析研究,确定柔模无机固化充填材料用于构筑防火密闭墙,提出联巷快速密闭工艺及设备,并进行了应用测试,结果表明密闭墙具有较好的密闭效果,降低了联巷密闭墙的施工成本,实现了"机械化掏槽+人工支模+机械化泵送"的快速构筑工艺。  相似文献

针对现用的连采连充工作面挡墙结构一致性差、经济性差、自动化程度低的问题,研制了一种新型可移动模块化挡墙支架。基于巷道布置与充填方案,确定挡墙支架的关键尺寸与机械结构,力学校验通过后试制样机,并开展地面模拟试验,新型挡墙性能表现优良。该挡墙方案自动化程度高,支护性能优,经济性更好,是更加可靠的连采连充挡墙方案,有广泛应用的潜力。  相似文献

尾砂袋式充填采矿技术是国际上刚兴起的新的充填采矿法,具有灵活性强、接顶性能好等优点,可用于传统充填采场的封闭墙、上下盘挡墙及人工回采支柱等。本文在对某矿山尾砂物理性能分析的基础上,分析了模袋内尾砂力学性能,即使袋内材料强度很低,模袋体具有较高的承载能力。根据矿山采矿工艺,通过方案对比,优选了袋式充填挡墙,其可充分利用矿山的废料,制作成本较低,承压能力较高,适合作为充填挡墙。  相似文献

通过对矿山空区处理方法的分析,针对矿山充填挡墙高度、宽度均比较大的特点,对充填挡墙进行了受力分析,提出了采用柔性密闭挡墙的形式。与其他形式挡墙相比,在进行高度、宽度均较大的空区充填时,采用三层结构形式挡墙,能够在保持挡墙强度的条件下,降低充填成本、加强透水性。柔性挡墙制作周期短,缩短了充填循环时间,为安全回采点柱提供安全保障,也为类似矿山充填过程中充填挡墙设计提供了依据。  相似文献

为了解决煤矿胶结充填开采成本高、充填工艺复杂、采充矛盾突出等问题,研发了可实现采充并行作业的连采连充采煤工艺,研究了不同配比充填材料的流动特性与龄期强度变化规律,提出了适应于不同煤层倾角的充填料浆井下混合与地面混合输送系统,以及相应的工作面密实充填方法,形成了完善的连采连充式胶结充填采煤成套技术。研究了不同充填开采模式影响下,充填采煤过程采场围岩应力动态迁移规律;基于影响充填采场围岩变形的“三量”特征,提出了充填采场覆岩移动“三度”控制原则,即较快的充填速度、合理的采空区充实度与稳定的充填体强度。阐明了煤柱与充填体交替承载控顶机理,揭示了连采连充分步置换煤炭技术原理:煤柱与充填体交替承载控顶可保证稳定的充填空间,分步置换煤柱可保证充填材料具有合理的胶结固化时间,实现采煤和充填互不干扰,工作面可连续的开采和连续的充填,采充最大限度地平行作业,大幅提高胶结充填采煤效率。研究成果应用于内蒙古西部地区4个煤矿-生态园下采煤、复合顶板、处理固体废物、回收遗留大巷保护煤柱,并进行典型工程应用案例分析。现场试验结果表明:连采连充式胶结充填采煤技术在4个煤矿均取得了良好的工程应用效果,可有效控制岩层移...  相似文献

为解决三道沟煤矿采掘工作面粉尘污染对工人身体健康造成损害的问题,通过加强制度管理、强化工人防尘意识、鼓励员工改进防尘工艺,综采工作面使用采煤机内外喷雾覆盖滚筒、负压诱导除尘-捕尘网组合装置、降架移架自动喷雾、降尘剂等综合防尘措施,连采工作面使用长压短抽除尘系统、连采机高压外喷雾系统、密闭尘源抽尘净化技术,胶运大巷、辅运大巷采用自动喷雾技术。采取综合降尘措施后,综采工作面和连采工作面综合降尘效率分别达到92.6%和91.1%,有效降低了三道沟煤矿井下作业场所粉尘浓度。  相似文献

为了促进高瓦斯工作面的安全高效回采,提出了综采工作面在回采期间采用气垛充填上隅角。以新庄孜煤矿66310保护层综采工作面为工程实例,介绍了上隅角使用气垛快速充填技术,采用气垛充填有效促进了66310工作面的安全高效回采。结果表明:与采用双抗袋装煤矸充填上隅角相比,使用气垛充填挪移方便、投入低、大大减轻了职工的劳动强度、提高了工作面的推进度,充填垛密闭性能好,安全封堵效果明显,具有较好的推广价值。  相似文献
