0前言
三聚氰胺厂二车间的三聚氰胺生产装置采用意大利欧技公司的高压法生产工艺,排出的废水中含有约1%的三聚氰胺,同时含有微量的OAT(三聚氰酸一酰胺和三聚氰酸二酰胺)、三聚氰酸等杂质。为有效防止氨氮废水的污染并回收利用废水中的三聚氰胺,我院承担了三胺二车间三聚氰胺装置排放废水中三胺回收的研究工作。因而,准确地测定三胺废水和回以三胺中的三聚氰胺、三聚氰酸、OAT等物质的含量成为了研究试验工作及产品能否产生效益的关键。 相似文献

用计算机在线检测的激光监视动态法实验测得三聚氰酸、三聚氰酸二酰胺、三聚氰酸一酰胺在乙醇中的溶解度。用Apelblat等提出的溶解度方程对实验数据成功地进行了关联,求得298.15K时三聚氰酸、三聚氰酸二酰胺、三聚氰酸一酰胺在乙醇中的表观溶解热,它们分别为:81.252 kJmol-1、48.148 kJmol-1、54.838 kJmol-1。 相似文献

三聚氰酸水解是三聚氰胺废渣降解生成氨和二氧化碳的关键步骤。在一间歇水解反应器中系统地研究了溶液酸碱性、三聚氰酸初始浓度、反应温度、反应时间对三聚氰酸降解率的影响,由结果可知:硫酸对三聚氰酸的水解无明显催化作用,而氢氧化钠的催化作用明显,且溶液中氢氧化钠浓度越高,催化效果越明显。在实验范围内,较优的工艺条件为:反应体系氢氧化钠浓度为0.18 mol/L、温度170℃、反应时间50 min,此时三聚氰酸的降解率达到94.10%。氢氧化钠作用下的三聚氰酸水解动力学研究结果表明:反应对三聚氰酸浓度为1级,对OH-浓度为0.284级,反应的活化能为70.1 k J/mol,指前因子为1.98×107L0.284/(mol0.284·min)。 相似文献

Reactive solvents of melamine were prepared from methyl ethyl ketone and formaldehyde in the presence of the catalyst triethylamine. The solubility of melamine in the resulting solvents was determined, and the mechanism of dissolution was explained with 1H‐NMR and IR spectroscopy. The thermodynamic work of adhesion between micron-sized zirconia or carbon spheres and polyester–melamine surfaces was determined using the Johnson-Kendall-Roberts (JKR) relationship, after first validating the JKR approach for this system. The calculated works of adhesion for both zirconia and carbon were similar for any given substrate composition and were found to be approximately 35 mJ/m2 at low melamine concentrations, close to theoretical predictions. The apparent work of adhesion decreased with increasing melamine concentration, most likely due to the presence of a glassy melamine-rich surface layer, which is not representative of the bulk. The value found for low melamine concentration was assumed to be a true value for cocondensed polyester–melamine, and this was used to estimate surface modulus and the amount of excess melamine in the surface as a function of bulk composition. 相似文献

Melamine enrichment in the surface regions of polyester/melamine films was studied by using Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy, attenuated total reflection (ATR) method. A higher melamine/polyester mixing weight ratio of about 0.43 before curing gave a decreasing melamine concentration as a function of the distance from the film surface after curing, but a lower ratio of about 0.14 resulted in an almost no melamine enrichment at the surface and the highest concentration in an inner region. The degree of melamine enrichment estimated with a constant penetration depth in the ATR method strongly depended on the melamine/polyester mixing weight ratio and became maximum when the ratio was about 0.4 for films cured at 200°C. These results were qualitatively explained by a simple model where selective activation of the catalyst in the surface region leads to a concentration gradient of melamine molecules able to diffuse and the concentration gradient induces a melamine current from the inner portions towards the surface. 相似文献

The procedure for preparing sulfonated melamine formaldehyde resins and the factors affecting it were investigated. A four-step procedure was developed which results in reproducible watersoluble stable resins. The reactions that take place in the four steps are hydroxymethylation, sulfonation of the methylolmelamine intermediate, low pH condensation, and high pH rearrangement reaction. The reaction and the resins produced were found to be very sensitive to pH, temperature, sulfite/melamine, and formaldehyde/melamine molar ratios.
