铁捕集法从二次资源中回收铂族金属的工艺已经得到了工业化应用,捕集过程在电炉或等离子炉中进行。等离子炉熔炼富集物硅含量高,导致其结构致密、惰性、耐腐蚀,需要先除硅才能获得高的溶解率,除硅技术主要有碱融溶-浸出法、氧化分离法等;电炉熔炼富集物硬度极高、难以破碎,工艺上采用高压雾化-酸溶、碎化-酸溶、电解等工艺进行深度富集。本文综述了含铂族金属铁合金深度富集技术的研究现状,并对主要技术存在的优缺点进行了评述。随着各行业对铂族金属需求量的增加,对铂族金属回收率的要求将越来越高,因此,还需进一步完善铂族金属回收技术,提高铂族金属回收率。 相似文献

采用铂替代钯合成了以二叔丁基苯基膦[(t-Bu)_2PPh]和卤素(Cl、Br)为配体的Pt(Ⅱ)配合物。以氯化铂(PtCl_2)和溴化铂(PtBr_2)为起始原料,二甲亚砜(DMSO)为溶剂,在氮气保护下与二叔丁基苯基膦反应,得到目标化合物。结果表明,Pt[(t-Bu)_2PPh]_2Cl_2产率为96.9%,Pt[(t-Bu)_2PPh]_2Br_2产率为94.1%,2种化合物的纯度均大于99%。通过元素分析、核磁共振(~1H-NMR)分析和单晶X射线衍射(XRD)分析测定了目标化合物的化学结构,结果显示,配合物均为trans-四配位的平面正方形配合物,Pt(Ⅱ)处于配位平面的中心,分别与2个Cl或者Br和P键合,形成4配位的平面四边形的结构,2个卤素原子和膦配体处于反位。 相似文献

New chiral thiophene-containing salen ligands have been synthesized. The corresponding metal complexes (Co, Cu, Cr and Ni) were prepared and electropolymerized at a platinum electrode by cyclic voltammetry. The resulting polymers exhibited stable and quasi-reversible redox processes when submitted to voltammetric repeated scans, whatever the nature of the metal or the structure of the ligand. Preliminary catalytic tests have been performed to examine the efficiency of these new chiral polymeric complexes as asymmetric heterogeneous catalysts. 相似文献

The preparation and electrical conduction properties of a series of polymers based on transition metal complexes of the 1,1,2,2,-ethenetetrathiolate ligand (TT) of stoichiometry M2-TT are described. The nickel, copper and platinum complexes exhibit high electrical conductivities (5, 5 and 3 S cm−1, respectively); the cobalt and palladium polymers have conductivities many orders of magnitude lower. Partial oxidation of the copper-containing polymer can result in a ten-fold increase in the conductivity. 相似文献

Gold(III) complexes constitute a new class of metallodrugs, of potential interest for cancer treatment. During the past decade
different kinds of gold(III) complexes have been reported to be appreciably stable under physiological-like conditions and
to manifest relevant antiproliferative properties against selected human tumor cell lines. Some relevant examples are presented.
Recent investigations point out that the interactions of cytotoxic gold(III) complexes with DNA are significantly different
and weaker than those of platinum analogues; important interactions with model proteins and target proteins have been reported
as well. Accordingly, the mechanisms of action of cytotoxic gold(III) complexes seem to be innovative and substantially different
from that of cisplatin. Relevant antimitochondrial effects were demonstrated in some cases, eventually leading to cell apoptosis. 相似文献

We investigate the longitudinal static second hyperpolarizabilities (γ) of several square planar nickel, palladium and platinum complexes involving two bidentate o-semiquinonato type ligands.
