安全生产风险分级管控和事故隐患排查治理双重预防体系(简称双体系)自2016年开始建设以来在化工、特种设备等行业得到了较快的应用与发展。特种设备作为对人类生命财产安全具有重大威胁的设备种类,其双体系的建立就显得尤为重要。加气站作为车载气瓶充装的经营单位,特种设备主要有LNG储罐、CNG储气瓶组和压力管道等。作为CNG和LNG的充装单位,储存有大量的CNG和LNG,并且时常进行CNG和LNG的车载气瓶充装,其危险程度不言而喻,所以建立特种设备双体系显得尤为重要。文章以车载气瓶充装为主体,对双体系的建设过程进行了介绍和分析,通过双体系的运行情况结合发现的问题进行了总结。通过双体系的建立和运行,切实减少了加气站在管理和使用过程中的安全隐患,对加气站的安全管理和安全保障具有重大意义。 相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to present mode I stress intensity factor for a circumferential semi-elliptical crack on the inner surface of a hoop-wrapped steel-lined CNG cylinder. The stress intensity factors along the crack front are directly computed by 3D finite element method for a wide range of variations of the crack geometry. Also influence of many parameters such as cylinder internal pressure, composite layer thickness, composite material properties and undertaking Auto-Frettage pressure are studied on the stress intensity factor of the crack and some conclusive results are drawn. For the sake of validation of the results and because of lack of the results for a circumferential semi-elliptical crack in the literature, a semi-elliptical axial crack in a composite hoop-wrapped cylinder has been modeled and the results have been compared with those in the literature showing a good agreement. 相似文献

Piston gauges are very precise pressure gauges. In the conventional design, the force exerted by the pressure balances the gravitational force on a piston or cylinder. Due to the mass of piston or cylinder, the smallest measurable pressure is limited to a few kPa (a few 10 mbar). The company DH Instruments, Inc. has developed a new piston gauge in which the pressure‐ induced force on the piston is measured by a mass comparator. Thereby, the measuring range is substantially extended towards smaller pressures. The instrument offers a measuring range from 1 Pa to 15 kPa (0,01 mbar to 150 mbar) for gauge and absolute pressure. The resolution is 1 mPa (10‐5 mbar) and the uncertainty (5 mPa + 3·10‐5 p). The piston gauge is calibrated through the determination of mass and piston‐cylinder effective area. An automated pressure controller is included in the instrument. Integrated software allows multi‐point calibrations with another device to be run unattended. The system has been used to perform an automatic test of capacitance diaphragm gauges in a variety of ranges. 相似文献

A coaxial cylinder viscosimeter has been used to determine the pressure-viscosity coefficient of a pure refrigeration oil and of a mixture of refrigerant and oil at gauge pressures up to 15 MPa. The test fluid, Gargoyle Arctic oil 300, is a naphthenic-base oil. The refrigerant was R22, chlorodifluoromethane, which is a commercially important refrigerant. In a gap apparatus the refrigerant-oil mixture has been visually inspected at different pressures. Two different mechanisms are involved in the refrigerant-oil mixture: the change in solubility with pressure and the change in viscosity with refrigerant concentration. If the mixture is pressurized with excess refrigerant available then the concentration of refrigerant will increase with increasing pressure and therefore the viscosity will decrease. If the concentration is kept at a constant level then the viscosity will increase with pressure. The results from the cylinder viscosimeter showed that the viscosity increase with pressure for the mixture was almost the same as for the pure oil. 相似文献
