摘要:本设计基于LTC4121实现锂电池的充电管理,并结合放电管理电路和温度控制电路实现了一整套针对锂电池的太阳能电源管理系统。通过试验研究的方法对该系统充放电电路的充放电性能、温度自适应功能进行验证。研究结果表明:所研究的温度自适应控制的太阳能电源管理系统具有良好的充放电性能、充电效率达80%以上,可实现低温环境下对锂电池的充放电管理,具有较高的工程应用价值。  相似文献

We propose a new data-driven prognostic method based on the interacting multiple model particle filter (IMMPF) for determining the remaining useful life (RUL) of lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries and the probability distribution function (PDF) of the associated uncertainty. The method applies the IMMPF to different state equations. Modeling the battery capacity degradation is very important for predicting the RUL of Li-ion batteries. In this study, improvements are made on various Li-ion battery capacity models (i.e., polynomial, exponential, and Verhulst models). Further, three different one-step state transition equations are developed, and the IMMPF method is applied to estimate the RUL of Li-ion batteries with the use of the three improved models. The PDF of the predicted RUL is obtained by combining the PDFs obtained with each individual model. We conduct four case studies to validate the proposed method. The results are as follows: (1) the three improved models require fewer parameters than the original models, (2) the proposed prognostic method shows stable and high prediction accuracy, and (3) the proposed method narrows the uncertainty PDF of the predicted RUL of Li-ion batteries.  相似文献

目前,我国主流自动气象站主要有CAWS600系列、ZQZ-F、DZZ2、Milos500、DYYZ等。野外现场对传感器工作状态的快速判断直接影响气象站的维护效率。气象传感器输出的电信号类型多,包括电压、电流、格雷码、脉冲、电阻等。针对目前气象传感器测量仪器的不足,提出一种手持式气象传感器测量仪,采用便携式结构,锂电池供电,低功耗处理器作为主控,结合CPLD和信号调理电路,能同时实现温度、湿度、风速、风向、雨量、辐射、蒸发、气压等气象传感器的输出测量。根据现场气象条件和测量结果,完成对传感器工作状态的判断。为气象装备保障人员赴野外现场维护和检修提供一种仪器手段。  相似文献

This paper presents a method of determining electromotive force and battery internal resistance as time functions, which are depicted as functions of state of charge (SOC) because . The model is based on battery discharge and charge characteristics under different constant currents that are tested by a laboratory experiment. This paper further presents the method of determining the battery SOC according to a battery modeling result. The influence of temperature on battery performance is analyzed according to laboratory-tested data, and the theoretical background for calculating the SOC is obtained. The algorithm of battery SOC indication is depicted in detail. The algorithm of the battery SOC ldquoonlinerdquo indication considering the influence of temperature can be easily used in practice by a microprocessor. An NiMH battery is used in this paper to depict the modeling method. In fact, the method can also be used for different types of contemporary batteries, as well as Li-ion batteries, if the required test data are available.  相似文献

The sodium–nickel chloride battery, commonly known as ZEBRA, has been used for an experimental electric vehicle (EV). These batteries are cheaper than Li-ion cells and have a comparable specific energy (in watt–hours per kilogram), but one important limitation is their poor specific power (in watts per kilogram). The main objective of this paper is to demonstrate experimentally that the combination of ZEBRA batteries and ultracapacitors (UCAPs) can solve the lack of specific power, allowing an excellent performance in both acceleration and regenerative braking in an EV. The UCAP system was connected to the ZEBRA battery and to the traction inverter through a buck–boost-type dc–dc converter, which manages the energy flow with the help of DSP controllers. The vehicle uses a brushless dc motor with a nominal power of 32 kW and a peak power of 53 kW. The control system measures and stores the following parameters: battery voltage, car speed to adjust the energy stored in the UCAPs, instantaneous currents in both terminals (battery and UCAPs), and present voltage of the UCAP. The increase in range with UCAPs results in more than 16% in city tests, where the application of this type of vehicle is being oriented. The results also show that this alternative is cheaper than Li-ion powered electric cars.   相似文献
