设计1根普通混凝土梁和3根再生橡胶混凝土梁,以橡胶的掺入数量大小为试验参数,研究在相同水灰比条件下,普通混凝土梁和再生橡胶混凝土梁抗弯性能的不同和共性点,以及加入不同橡胶颗粒量大小的再生橡胶混凝土梁受弯力学性能的不同之处,着重研究了再生橡胶混凝土梁的抗弯承载力和承受挠度大小性能。试验结果表明:在试验构件受弯过程中,再生橡胶混凝土梁受弯产生的现象同普通混凝土梁大体上一致,四组构件在试验过程中都进行了弹性、开裂、屈服和构件破坏四个过程。对于再生橡胶混凝土梁橡胶粉掺入量的部分增大,其极限弯矩会不断降低,而挠度却不断增大。 相似文献

为了能定量地利用CT数资源研究混凝土静动力强度特性及裂纹演化规律,利用适合CT扫描仪的便携式动力加载设备,对圆柱体混凝土试样进行单轴静动力拉伸CT试验,并利用编制的差分盒维数计算程序计算CT扫描断面的分形维数,以此为基础从细观层面上比较分析混凝土静动单轴拉伸强度特性、受力破坏机制及裂纹分形特征。结果表明:静力拉伸荷载条件下混凝土破坏时裂纹扩展速度慢,破裂面粗糙曲折,裂纹绕着骨料追随最薄弱界面发展;动力拉伸时裂纹扩展速度快,破裂面较平直,裂纹切割骨料追随能量释放最快路径发展;静动力拉伸CT扫描断面分形特征明显,分形维数随裂纹扩展成规律发展,能较好地反映出混凝土材料损伤裂纹的演化规律,可以定量表述试样的破损程度,可作为裂纹演化的定量参数。 相似文献

Recycling granulated waste tires (crumb rubber) has been widely studied for the last twenty years mostly relating to applications such as asphalt pavement, waterproofing system, membrane liners, etc. In this study, the use of crumb rubber to replace coarse and fine aggregates in concrete pedestrian block was studied. It is believed that concrete acting as a binder mixed with crumb rubber can make concrete blocks more flexible and thus, provide softness to the surface. The crumb rubber block also performed quite well in both skid and abrasion resistance tests. The production process was economical, due to the simplicity of the manufacturing process. 相似文献

以普通混凝土和橡胶再生混凝土为研究对象,通过掺入硅粉和纤维材料研究强化环保型混凝土抗压性能的方法。用再生混凝土100%等体积代替粗骨料,用橡胶颗粒20%等体积代替细骨料,内掺10%(质量分数)或外掺3%(质量分数)硅粉以及掺入聚丙烯纤维或钢纤维,制备了4组12个混凝土立方体试件,通过轴压试验研究了混凝土试件的破坏模式、抗压强度和工作性能。结果表明:与单一掺入硅粉相比,硅粉和聚丙烯纤维的复合掺入能进一步强化混凝土的抗压性能;硅粉的掺入可以强化浆体与橡胶颗粒间的界面性能,提高钢纤维橡胶再生混凝土的抗压强度;硅粉和纤维材料对混凝土的工作性能有负作用,其复合掺入时建议采用适量的减水剂。 相似文献

Many researches have been carried out to study the fresh and hardened properties of concrete containing crumb rubber as replacement to fine aggregate by volume, yet there is no specific guideline has been developed on the mix design of the rubbercrete. The experimental program, which has been developed and reported in this paper, is designed and executed to provide such mix design guidelines. A total of 45 concrete mixes with three different water to cement ratio (0.41, 0.57 and 0.68) were cast and tested for fresh and mechanical properties of rubbercrete such as slump, air content, unit weight, compressive strength, flexural strength, splitting tensile strength and modulus of elasticity. Influence of mix design parameters such as percentage of crumb rubber replacement, cement content, water content, fine aggregate content, and coarse aggregate content were investigated. Three levels of slump value (for conventional concrete mixes) has been selected; low, medium and high slump. In each slump level, water content was kept constant. Equations for the reduction factors (RFs) for compressive strength, flexural strength, splitting tensile strength and modulus of elasticity have been developed. 运用包括湿法和干法两道工艺的混合法,在实验室成功开发了废旧轮胎橡胶改性沥青混合料.即先用细橡胶粉制备成橡胶沥青,然后在集料中加入粗橡胶粉拌制成废橡胶改性沥青混合料.试验结果表明,与类似级配的湿法工艺或干法工艺的改性沥青混合料相比,混合法改性沥青混合料显示出更加优良的高、低温性能,水稳定性完全满足要求,且消耗了相对多的废旧轮胎,达到了环保和工程双赢的目的. 相似文献

通过实验研究橡胶混凝土梁和普通梁在集中荷载下受弯性能,探讨橡胶粉对混凝土梁的承载力、裂缝宽度的影响。实验结果表明:两种梁表面裂缝分布都具有统汁意义上的自相似性;在同一荷载等级下橡胶混凝土梁的最大裂缝宽度小于普通混凝土最大裂缝宽度,胶粉的加入改善混凝土材料抗裂性能;利用分形理论求出各荷载等级下表面裂缝分维值,并建立起表面裂缝分维值与最大裂缝宽度间关系。 相似文献

In this study, the thermal and sound properties of crumb rubber concrete panel were investigated. The crumb rubber from used tires, produced in a local recycling plant, was used to replace fine aggregate at ratios of 10%, 20% and 30%. Properties such as thermal conductivity, thermal resistivity, heat transfer, conductance value, sound absorption at different frequency and noise reduction were investigated. Results indicated that crumb rubber concrete panel was not only lighter but had higher sound absorption and lower heat transfer properties than the conventional concrete panel. 相似文献

开展了橡胶混凝土三点弯曲梁断裂试验,获得了不同试件尺寸和橡胶掺量下的裂缝断裂全过程曲线,对橡胶混凝土断裂能GF及裂缝扩展K-R阻力曲线进行研究。基于数字图像相关方法,获得了橡胶混凝土试件垂直于裂缝扩展方向的全场位移和应变信息,对裂缝扩展的损伤断裂演化过程进行研究。结果表明:随试件尺寸增加和橡胶掺量提高,断裂能均呈现出上升趋势;K-R阻力曲线随试件尺寸变化表现出明显尺寸效应,橡胶掺量在0%~14%设计范围内时,K-R阻力曲线与橡胶掺量无关。 相似文献

A completely random experimental design has been used to simultaneously optimize process variables and cementitious mixture components for rubberized concrete. In this study the concrete is composed of only three mixture components, cement, aggregate (including fine and coarse) and water, and two process variables, size of rubber (chips of waste truck tires) and percentage rubber that replaced the aggregate in concrete, were varied. The calculations of regression and residual ANOVA sums of squares for regression and lack of fit are illustrated. These values are shown to be useful for model development. Two different models were evaluated. The bilinear–linear model has no lack of fit and is preferred. The significant terms in this model are capable of describing how the process response surfaces change as mixture level conditions are varied. Optimum condition in the rubberized concrete, considering the level of the variable studied is: 2.4 mm size of rubber, 2.5% rubber that replaced the aggregate, 16% of cement, 76% of aggregate and 8% of water. The optimum mixture conditions with 2.5% of rubber show a concrete value of compressive strength above 20 MPa, can generate concrete suitable for use in structures as well as pavement, curbs, walls and other applications in civil engineering. 相似文献
