相位特性是强流相对论速调管放大器(RKA)的一个重要特征参数,而由高功率脉冲功率源产生的具有一定前沿的强流相对论电子束在驱动RKA时,会使得输出微波出现较大波动,影响RKA的输出微波相位稳定性及其应用.论文从强流脉冲电子束前沿分布状态出发,理论分析电子束前沿束流能量变化及其激励的腔体杂频对输出相位的影响,同时开展粒子模拟研究以及实验研究.研究结果表明:脉冲前沿段电子束能量变化将导致输出微波相位持续变化;此外,电子束前沿将激励杂模,导致输出微波相位在脉冲前沿段及平顶段初期持续抖动,在腔体参数一定条件下,脉冲前沿能量变化率越大,相位波动幅值越大,持续时间越长,通过减小杂频振荡频率处腔体的Q值可以有效缩短输出相位抖动时间,提高输出相位稳定性. 相似文献

A guided field is an important part for focusing the intense beam in Raman free electron laser. A new electron beam source with high brightness of 1012A/(m rad)2 based on a pseudospark discharge was developed [1]. Numerical simulation showed that the guided field for compact free electron lasers could be removed using the new beam source. An electron beam with 12 kA current and 300 kV voltage was obtained. Self-pinch effect of high current beam was observed, the beam propagates 75 cm with constant diameter of 1.5 mm without guided field. 相似文献

An electron beam source based on pseudospark discharge was successful in operation at the beam voltage of 200keV and beam current of 2kA. The detailed design of a compact free electron laser using an electron beam by a pseudospark discharge is described. The compact free electron laser consists of a smaller Marx generator with 6 capacitors and switches, a water capacitance of 6nF and a beam source with a high brightness of 3×1011 A/(m rad)2. The computer simulation shows that an output power of 101MW is expected at a frequency of 38GHz with a beam energy of 300keV, a current of 2kA and a beam emittance of 48mm mraa. 相似文献

太赫兹波的产生途径有很多,本文通过理论设计和数值计算模拟了利用强流直线感应加速器神龙一号来产生 THz波。神龙一号直线感应加速器能够产生最大能量~20 MeV、束流强度~2 kA、脉冲宽度~60 ns 的脉冲电子束,脉冲电子束以不同能量通过偏转半径不相同的偏转磁铁后可以辐射出具有连续频率的太赫兹波。模拟计算了不同能量下的电子束通过偏转半径分别为0.2 m、0.5 m和1 m的偏转磁铁后得到的太赫兹波频率与电子束能量、磁铁偏转半径等的关系,太赫兹波的频率范围可达0.1 THz~9 THz,最大瞬时辐射功率~0.5 W。最后根据神龙一号直线感应加速器漂移段布局,设计得到偏转半径为0.5 m的偏转磁铁结构以及模拟结果。 相似文献
