随着矿井开拓的延深,矿井的涌水量不断增大,且现有的排水系统使用年限长,设备排水效率低,导致矿井排水设备的运行时间长、电能消耗增大,矿井排水存在安全隐患。为提高主排水系统的排水效率,三矿对该项工作进行了技术研究。  相似文献

随着科学技术水平的提升,矿井排水问题也成为当下相关领域重点研究的课题之一。如何完成快速高效的排水,降低劳动力成本,以及减少因排水不及时引发的煤矿生产故障,已经成为煤矿井下作业的重要组成部分,也是煤矿向着智能化系统升级的重要组成部分。本文以株柏煤矿矿井主排水泵自动化系统改造为案例研究对象,通过对该矿井排水系统的硬件与软件部分设计,达到了应用的实际工作效果,完成了株柏煤矿矿井主排水泵自动化系统改造的要求。期待通过本次研究和对优化排水系统,引入自平衡高效排水泵,提高排水效率,以PLC控制为基础进行改造,实现4个泵房的远程监控,去除司泵工,优化用电时段,实现智能化自动控制。  相似文献

煤矿水泵是煤矿区主要的矿用设备之一,煤矿水泵和电动机、排水管路、电控设备、监控仪表等共同组成了矿井排水系统,其中,煤矿水泵和排水管道运行方式是影响煤矿井下排水系统运行效率的重要组成部分,也可以说,煤矿井下排水系统效率是由水泵和管道运行的效率共同决定的。但就现阶段来说,在煤矿井下排水系统中,存在着煤矿水泵设备落后,管道老化等问题,这些会严重的影响煤矿井下排水系统的运行效率,因此,针对这些问题,煤矿企业可以通过优化煤矿水泵和管道运行方式,降低排水电耗,实现排水系统安全、经济、高效的运行。本文主要分析研究了煤矿水泵与管路运行方式的节能优化措施。  相似文献

结合实际就矿井排水设备的设计要素进行分析,对设备的排水管径、水泵工况点效率、工况点流量、允许吸水高度、工况点扬程及管路效率等因素与总体费用之间的关系进行确定,进而得出全年排水电耗及允许吸水高度与流量的相关性,并在矿井排水设备的设计中对允许的最大流量进行探讨,对设备的最大排水管径进行计算,最终在理论上达到了费用最低的设计目标,从而确定了矿井排水设备的选型优化设计方法。  相似文献

煤矿井下排水系统是煤矿安全生产体系中重要的一部分,但目前煤矿巷道排水系统仍存在积水点广泛、距离远,并且靠人工操作水泵的方式进行启停,难以应对煤矿的自动化和现代化的高速发展需求。通过对自动排水原理与工作模式的分析后,设计一套自动排水装置,并对整个排水系统平台排水管网进行构建,通过对井下易积水点布置传感器,并将控制装置小型化,对自动排水控制器的硬件与软件程序重点设计说明。该系统利用微机系统能实时监测井下水位情况,它的稳定运行实现井下排水的自动控制过程,井下煤矿的安全生产与效益极大提升。  相似文献

An investigation of the performance of environmentally adapted synthetic oils in the hydrodynamic lubrication regime has been carried out. Four oils have been tested: polyalphaolefin and ester based ISO VG46 oils as well as mineral ISO VG68 and VG46 oils. Tests were conducted in a facility containing two identical tilting‐pad thrust bearings typical of the design in general use. The differences between the mineral and synthetic oils in terms of maximum operating temperature, minimum oil film thickness, and bearing power loss have been examined. Substitution of the mineral ISO VG68 oil with an ISO VG46 oil slightly reduces the bearing operating temperature. This is due to a decrease in the basic viscosity. It is concluded that the ester base ISO VG46 oil can be used as an environmentally adapted replacement for the mineral ISO VG68 oil without sacrificing bearing safety. Such a change also offers noticeable energy savings. If the ester based oil is used instead of a mineral oil of the same viscosity grade, bearing reliability is improved by the increased oil film thickness.  相似文献

An investigation was made of the effect of inert gas atmospheres on the gear load-carrying capacity of lubricants. The experiments were performed in two types of gear test machines, using case-hardened AMS-6260 steel test gears. It was found that two mineral oils (a solvent-extracted turbine oil base stock and a USP grade white mineral oil), as well as the same oils fortified with different extreme-pressure additives, all exhibited a decided increase in load-carrying capacity when the gears were operated in an atmosphere of nitrogen or argon instead of air. On the other hand, the response of synthetic lubricants was not found to be necessarily similar. In fact, only one of the six synthetic fluids tested showed any significant increase in load-carrying capacity when the gears were operated in a nitrogen atmosphere.  相似文献

This article presents a new heuristic method, called PANORAMA, that enables the determination of an appropriate number of pallets of each type that should circulate in a flexible manufacturing system. Production and return-on-investment constraints are considered. Statistical results derived using data from three existing flexible manufacturing systems, as well as randomly generated data, demonstrate the accuracy of the heuristic proposed.  相似文献

Polyalphaolefin (PAO) and polypropylene glycol (PPG)-based lubricants as well as mineral oils were tested to characterize their wear reducing performance under boundary lubrication conditions, using the ISO 7148 test method, which was originally developed for the characterization of bearing materials.

This test method has practical value with respect to developing lubricants for use in sliding contacts, such as occur in worm gear drives. It is found that the wear reducing action of PAO-based lubricants is significantly better than that of mineral oils. PPG fluids perform equally well or slightly better than PA Os. Provided that viscosities are in line and additives are compatible, contamination of PAOs with mineral oils has no or only marginal effect on wear reduction.  相似文献

To well enhance the mineral image and image details obtained by microscopes, an effective mineral image enhancement algorithm through feature extraction using the morphological center operator is proposed in this work. First, mineral image feature extraction based on the morphological center operator is proposed and discussed. Second, the multiscale extension of the mineral image feature extraction is given by using the multiscale structuring elements. Third, the important mineral image features at multiscales of image are extracted and used to construct the final mineral features for mineral image enhancement. Finally, the original mineral image is well enhanced through importing the extracted final mineral image features into the original mineral image. Experimental results on different types of microscopy images of minerals verified the effective performance of the proposed algorithm for microscopy mineral image enhancement. Microsc. Res.
