BACKGROUND: Nutritional anemia is one of India's major public health problems. The prevalence of anemia ranges from 33% to 89% among pregnant women and is more than 60% among adolescent girls. Under the anemia prevention and control program of the Government of India, iron and folic acid tablets are distributed to pregnant women, but no such program exists for adolescent girls. OBJECTIVE: To assess the status of anemia among pregnant women and adolescent girls from 16 districts of 11 states of India. METHODS: A two-stage random sampling method was used to select 30 clusters on the basis of probability proportional to size. Anemia was diagnosed by estimating the hemoglobin concentration in the blood with the use of the indirect cyanmethemoglobin method. RESULTS: The survey data showed that 84.9% of pregnant women (n = 6,923) were anemic (hemoglobin < 110 g/L); 13.1% had severe anemia (hemoglobin < 70 g/L), and 60.1% had moderate anemia (hemoglobin > or = 70 to 100 g/L). Among adolescent girls (n = 4,337)from 16 districts, the overall prevalence of anemia (defined as hemoglobin < 120 g/L) was 90.1%, with 7.1% having severe anemia (hemoglobin < 70 g/L). CONCLUSIONS: Any intervention strategy for this population must address not only the problem of iron deficiency, but also deficiencies of other micronutrients, such as B12 and folic acid and other possible causal factors.  相似文献

为了研究鱿鱼墨黑色素铁对缺铁性贫血大鼠的影响。采用56只断乳SD大鼠,随即选取8只饲喂正常饲料,另外48只饲喂低铁饲料28 d,造成缺铁性贫血模型后随即分为6组。其中3组分别灌胃不同剂量的鱿鱼墨黑色素铁(分别为6,12,18 mg/kg)21 d,阳性组分别灌胃硫酸亚铁和氯化铁(6 mg/kg),缺铁模型组和对照组分别每天灌胃等体积的去离子水共21 d。测定各组大鼠血液指标、脏器指数、血清铁、肝脏和脾脏的铁含量、抗氧化性能指标、血红细胞生成素、转铁蛋白受体和铁蛋白含量。结果表明,鱿鱼墨黑色素铁各剂量组和阳性组均可提高大鼠血红蛋白含量,提高血清、肝脏和脾脏铁含量、提高血清铁蛋白和促红细胞生成素含量,提高血清和肝脏抗氧化能力,降低血清总铁结合力和转铁蛋白受体含量,改善缺铁性贫血,比FeSO4和FeCl3的效果更佳。因此,鱿鱼墨黑色素铁可作为潜在的有效的补铁剂。  相似文献

The prevalence of anemia in Aboriginal children is high, but, given the high burden of infection in these children, the extent to which anemia is due to iron deficiency and/or infection is unclear. To determine the contribution of iron deficiency to anemia, we screened 144 Aboriginal infants (70 boys, 74 girls) who were free from infection. The prevalence of anemia (hemoglobin <105 g/L) was 18.8%; caregivers reported that 53.5% of infants had had an infection in the two weeks before screening. Anemic infants were more likely than non-anemic infants to have had an infection before screening (74.1% versus 48.7%, p = 0.02), and anemic infants had a higher prevalence of iron deficiency revealed by low serum iron concentrations (<7 micromol/L) (73.7% versus 38.3%, p <0.01). Iron deficiency measured using serum ferritin concentration tended to be less marked in infants who had had an infection (13% versus 30.3%, p = 0.06); this is probably because serum ferritin is a positive acute-phase protein. This study indicates the difficulty of isolating the contribution of infection to anemia from the separate effects of dietary iron deficiency.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Infants and toddlers aged 6–24 months constitute one of the groups at highest risk of iron deficiency. A promising alternative for ferrous sulfate (FS) might be ferrous bisglycinate (FeAAC), which is less likely to cause sensory changes in the food vehicle. This work aims to compare the effect of FeAAC with that of FS, when added to a growing‐up milk, on the iron and haemoglobin status in weanling rats using a depletion–repletion model. RESULTS: After the repletion period no significant differences were found in iron absorption, Hb concentration, Hb iron, Hb regeneration efficiency (HRE), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular Hb (MCH), mean corpuscular Hb concentration (MCHC), serum iron, total iron binding capacity (TIBC), transferrin saturation (TS), and ferritin between the group fed a growing‐up milk fortified with FS and the group fed one fortified with FeAAC. Furthermore, iron absorption, HRE, MCV, MCH, serum iron, and TS were significantly (P < 0.05) higher in groups fed either type of iron‐fortified growing‐up milk compared to the control group (AIN‐93G diet). CONCLUSION: A growing‐up milk supplemented with FeAAC showed an improvement in the iron absorption and haemoglobin status at the same level as those of FS. 本文研究了复方海鳗鱼皮明胶(Fufang Pike Eel Skin Gelatin,FEG)对大鼠缺铁性贫血的改善作用,旨在找到一种新型的复方补血品。本文采用热提法制备海鳗鱼皮明胶,配合当归、白芍、川芎、黄芪、炒山楂、制首乌和熟地黄七种中药材熬制得到FEG。采用传统的低铁饮食辅助尾静脉放血的方法建立缺铁性贫血(Iron Deficiency Anemia,IDA)模型,将IDA大鼠随机分成模型组、FEG和复方阿胶高低剂量组。灌胃30 d,通过测定大鼠的血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞数(RBC)、血清中的铁(SI)、铁蛋白(SF)和可溶性转铁蛋白受体(Soluble Transferrin Receptor,s Tf R)浓度等指标以及肝脏HE染色和骨髓涂片评价其补血效果。结果表明,FEG高剂量组能够显著提高IDA大鼠的RBC(p0.01),降低网织红细胞数(p0.05)、肝脏(p0.01)、脾脏(p0.05)和肾脏系数(p0.01),缓解骨髓异常增生和肝组织紊乱;使Hb浓度由77.21 g/L提高到175.86 g/L;使SI和SF浓度分别升高了2.9和0.6倍,s Tf R浓度降低了19.42%。复方海鳗鱼皮明胶能够有效地改善缺铁性贫血。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Anemia affects almost two-thirds of pregnant women in developing countries and contributes to maternal morbidity and mortality and to low birthweight. OBJECTIVE: To determine the prevalence of anemia and the dietary and socioeconomic factors associated with anemia in pregnant women living in an urban community setting in Hyderabad, Pakistan. METHODS: This was a prospective, observational study of 1,369 pregnant women enrolled at 20 to 26 weeks of gestation and followed to 6 weeks postpartum. A blood sample was obtained at enrollment to determine hemoglobin levels. Information on nutritional knowledge, attitudes, and practice and dietary history regarding usual food intake before and during pregnancy were obtained by trained interviewers within 1 week of enrollment. RESULTS: The prevalence of anemia (defined by the World Health Organization as hemoglobin < 11.0 g/dL) in these subjects was 90.5%; of these, 75.0% had mild anemia (hemoglobin from 9.0 to 10.9 g/dL) and 14.8% had moderate anemia (hemoglobin from 7.0 to 8.9 g/dL). Only 0.7% were severely anemic (hemoglobin < 7.0 g/ dL). Nonanemic women were significantly taller, weighed more, and had a higher body mass index. Multivariate analysis after adjustment for education, pregnancy history, iron supplementation, and height showed that drinking more than three cups of tea per day before pregnancy (adjusted prevalence odds ratio [aPOR], 3.2; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.3 to 8.0), consumption of clay or dirt during pregnancy (aPOR, 3.7; 95% CI, 1.1 to 12.3), and never consuming eggs or consuming eggs less than twice a week during pregnancy (aPOR, 1.7; 95% CI, 1.1 to 2.5) were significantly associated with anemia. Consumption of red meat less than twice a week prior to pregnancy was marginally associated with anemia (aPOR, 1.2; 95% CI, 0.8 to 1.8) but was significantly associated with lower mean hemoglobin concentrations (9.9 vs. 10.0 g/dL, p = .05) during the study period. A subanalysis excluding women with mild anemia found similar associations to those of the main model, albeit even stronger. CONCLUSIONS: A high percentage of women at 20 to 26 weeks of pregnancy had mild to moderate anemia. Pica, tea consumption, and low intake of eggs and red meat were associated with anemia. Women of childbearing age should be provided nutritional education regarding food sources of iron, especially prior to becoming pregnant, and taught how food choices can either enhance or interfere with iron absorption.  相似文献

将受试学生分为正常(NA)组、铁缺乏不贫血(IDNA)组和缺铁性贫血(IDA)组,测定铁强化酱油干预前后学生的铁营养指标和认知能力水平。结果表明,干预后,IDA组血红蛋白Hb、血清铁蛋白SF水平均显著升高(P<0.05),IDNA组的SF水平显著升高(P<0.05),而NA组的Hb、SF水平无明显变化(P>0.05)。干预后,IDNA组记忆再认量表分显著增加(P<0.05),IDA组的基本认知能力、知觉速度、心算效率和记忆再认能力均显著增加(P<0.05),而NA组的各项基本认知能力在干预前后均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。干预后IDA组学生的托尼测试得分增加,但与NA组比较仍有显著差异(P<0.05)。铁强化酱油干预可以有效改善铁缺乏学生的铁营养状况,对铁缺乏不贫血和缺铁性贫血学生的认知能力也有明显的改善作用。  相似文献

ABSTRACT: The present study was designed to evaluate the effect of a new iron tonic (squid ink melanin‐Fe [SM‐Fe]) on remission of iron deficiency anemia (IDA) using a rat model of IDA. The rat IDA model was established with low‐iron diet feeding and caudal vein blooding. Then different dosages of SM‐Fe were given to the rats once a day by intragastric administration, with FeSO4 and FeCl3 as positive control. The content of Hemoglobin (Hb), red blood cell (RBC), hematocrit (HCT), and mean corpuscular volume (MCV) were analyzed in addition to the contents of serum iron (SI) and intracellular free erythrocyte protoporphyrin (FEP). The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH‐Px) in serum was also measured. The results showed that anemia caused by iron deficiency was established as a consequence of the low‐iron diets. SM‐Fe showed an effective restoration action by returning Hb, RBC, HCT, MCV, SI, and FEP in IDA animals to normal values. An antioxidant effect was also observed that reduced MDA level, enhanced the activities of SOD and GSH–Px in serum, and protected erythrocytes from the injury of reactive oxygen species as a consequence of SM‐Fe intake. In comparison with FeSO4 and FeCl3, higher bioavailability of iron and fewer side effects were also observed. In conclusion, SM‐Fe remitted iron deficiency anemia symptoms significantly, suggesting that SM‐Fe might contribute to improving hemopoietic function in IDA rats and might be exploited as a safe, efficient new iron tonic.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This meta-analysis compared the effects of dietary intervention versus iron supplementation on biochemical parameters related to the iron nutritional status in humans. The PubMed, CENTRAL, LILACS, SCIELO, OPENGREY.EU and ClinicalTrials.gov databases were searched for randomized clinical trials that assigned individuals to a dietary intervention or to an iron supplementation regimen, for 12 weeks or more. The primary outcome was the hemoglobin concentration, and secondary outcomes were ferritin, RDW, mean corpuscular volume, soluble transferrin receptor, total iron binding capacity, serum iron, and transferrin saturation. From the 6095 records identified, twelve studies were included, six with children, five with adolescents/adults, and one with pregnant women. In the subgroup of studies that included anemic/iron deficient children, supplementation significantly increased the hemoglobin concentration (weighted mean difference (WMD): 3.19 g/L [95% CI: 1.31, 5.07]) and induced a significantly greater reduction of the soluble transferrin receptor (WMD: ?0.46 mg/L [95% CI: ?0.70, ?0, 21]), when compared to dietary intervention. It also induced a greater reduction of the total binding capacity of iron in adolescents/adults (WMD: ?6.96 μmol/L [95% CI: ?12.70, ?1.21]). Supplementation showed a better effect on hemoglobin recovery in anemic/iron deficient children, while no differences were observed between supplementation and dietary intervention in treating adolescents/adults.  相似文献

目的探讨母乳喂养(breast-feeding,BF)与人工喂养(artificialfeeding,AF)对婴儿生长速率的影响及缺铁性贫血(iron-deficiency anemia, IDA)、营养状态的差异性。方法选取2016年1月~2019年1月于某三甲医院门诊进行健康体检的260名婴儿为研究对象,根据喂养方式将其分为AF组(n=134)和BF组(n=126),取婴儿静脉血测量其血红蛋白含量、红细胞平均体积和红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度等指标,同时对其进行为期1年的随访观察,了解2组婴儿体格发育情况以及IDA发生情况。结果 BF组喂养6个月后其体质量明显高于AF组,但血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)水平低于AF组(P0.05);2组身高、红细胞平均体积、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度指标对比无显著差异(P0.05);喂养12个月后BF组身高和体质量均优于对照组,但其Hb水平较AF组更低(P0.05);随访期间发现,2组在喂养6个月、12个月期间其IDA发生情况对比无明显差异(P0.05);但随着时间推移, IDA发生率呈现逐渐上升趋势(P0.05)。结论母乳喂养较人工喂养对提高婴儿生长速率效果理想,可促进婴儿身高和体质量的增加,但在实施母乳喂养过程中还是需要积极控制和改善母乳中营养成分含量,以改善婴儿营养状态,预防IDA的发生,进一步确保婴儿成长安全性。  相似文献

目的 了解血红素铁对缺铁性贫血的影响.方法 将符合贫血诊断的女性108人随机分为血红素铁组和对照组,并分别给予血红素铁和安慰剂,连续服用45 d,服用开始前和服用结束时对受试者进行膳食营养调查、体格检查和血液生化指标的检测并进行统计学分析.结果 血红素铁组血红蛋白的含量由试验前的(106.43±10.48) g/L上升到(117.34±10.25)g/L,平均升高了10.91 g/L(服用前后配对t检验,P<0.05,服用后与对照组t检验,P<0.05);红细胞游离原卟啉的含量由(942.15±96.34)μg/L下降为(820.53±109.95)μg/L(服用前后配对t检验,P<0.05,服用后与对照组t检验,P<0.05);试验组血清铁蛋白的含量由试验前的(25.19±6.71) ng/ml上升到(25.40±6.69) ng/ml,(服用前后配对t检验,P>0.05).结论 血红素铁对缺铁性贫血具有一定的改善作用.并对受试者健康无不良影响.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The 1997 Demographic and Health Survey in Mozambique shows that 47% of girls 15 to 19 years old living in Manica province (west-central Mozambique) are pregnant or have already had a child. A recent survey also shows that 45% of girls 10 to 18 years old attending school are anemic. Strategies are needed to build iron stores before pregnancy and to control seasonal and chronic iron deficiency and anemia in school-aged girls. OBJECTIVE: To assess the program effectiveness of two school-based weekly iron and folic acid (IFA) supplementation regimes (5-month supplementation vs. 8-month supplementation) in girls 10 to 18 years old attending school in Manica province. METHODS: Twelve schools were included in the study. Schools were ordered by descending mean hemoglobin concentration, and assigned alternately to study group 5 (six schools; 5-month supplementation) or study group 8 (six schools; 8-month supplementation). In both study groups, the weekly supplement contained 60 mg of elemental iron and 400 microg of folic acid. All girls received a single dose of mebendazol (500 mg) twice--once at the beginning of the study (T0) and once six months later (T6). Supplementation was implemented and supervised by the teachers of the schools included in the study. Between T0 and T3, girls in study group 8 received IFA supplements weekly whereas girls in study group 5 did not. Between T3 and T8, all girls in both groups received weekly IFA supplements. RESULTS: At T0, mean hemoglobin concentration and anemia prevalence were comparable in study groups 8 and 5 (125.3 +/- 12.6 g/L vs. 123.8 +/- 12.8 g/L; 28% vs. 29%, respectively). At T3, the mean hemoglobin concentration in study group 8 was significantly higher (126.3 +/- 14.3 g/L vs. 121.5 g/dL +/- 11.9 g/L, p < .001) and the prevalence of anemia was lower (28% vs. 35%, p = .076) than in study group 5. At T8, after an additional 5-month supplementation period in both study groups, mean hemoglobin concentration and anemia prevalence in study groups 8 and 5 were not significantly different (126.5 +/- 12.6 g/L vs. 124.9 +/- 12.3 g/L; 23% vs. 27%, respectively). CONCLUSION: In Manica Province, school-based weekly IFA supplementation is a feasible and effective intervention to prevent seasonal drops in hemoglobin concentration and increases in anemia prevalence. Short supplementation periods can have an important impact on girls' hematological status. However, the size of girls' hematological response in this study was significantly lower that that observed in studies with similar population groups, initial anemia prevalence, supplement dosing, and/or supplementation regime.  相似文献

Anemia is a worldwide public health problem that can be related to many causes, including vitamin A deficiency. The aim of this study was to assess and estimate the effect of vitamin A supplementation (VAS) on iron status biomarkers and anemia in humans. Six databases, including Cochrane, EMBASE, LILACS, Pubmed, Scopus and Web of Science, were searched for clinical trials and cohort studies that investigated the effect of vitamin A supplementation alone on iron status and anemia, without time-restriction. The search yielded 23 eligible studies, 21 clinical trials and 2 cohort studies, with children, teenagers, pregnant or lactating women. The meta-analysis of the clinical trials showed that VAS reduces the risk of anemia by 26% and raises hemoglobin levels, compared to non-treated group, independent of the life stage. VAS did not alter the prevalence of iron deficiency among the clinical trials conducted with children and teenagers (RR 0.82, 95% CI 0.60 to 1.12, p = 0.204), whereas a significant increase in serum ferritin levels was observed in trials conducted with pregnant and lactating women (WMD 6.61 μg/L; 95% CI 6.00 to 7.21 μg/L; p < 0.001). Therefore, vitamin A supplementation alone may reduce the risk of anemia, by improving hemoglobin and ferritin levels in individuals with low serum retinol levels.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Iron deficiency is a common nutritional problem in young children among vulnerable populations in Jordan. Several studies have shown the effectiveness of intermittent iron supplementation in improving iron status. Such a study has not been carried out in 2- to-6-year-old Jordanian children diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia in a clinical setting. OBJECTIVE: To study the effectiveness of intermittent versus daily iron treatment in a clinical setting in 2- to 6-year-old Jordanian children with iron-deficiency anemia. METHODS: About 4400 children aged 2 to 6 years who visited Prince Hashim Military Hospital in Zarqa, Jordan, from August 2000 to June 2001 were screened for age, general health, and birthweight. About 10% of these children were screened for anemia, using complete blood count (defined as a hemoglobin level < or = 10.5 g/dL, and a mean corpuscular volume < or =75 ft). Anemic children underwent further screening for iron deficiency, defined as serum ferritin level < or =12 microg/L. Children with iron-deficiency anemia, as indicated by hemoglobin < or = 10.5 g/dL, mean corpuscular volume < or =75 fL, and serum ferritin < or =12 microg/L, or as indicated by mean corpuscular volume < or =75 fL and hemoglobin < or = 10.5 g/dL, were enrolled in the study after informed oral consent by their parents. Study children (n=134) were assigned randomly to one of three groups. Subjects in group 1 (n=45), group 2 (n=45), and group 3 (n=44) received iron treatment daily, weekly, and twice weekly, respectively. Out of 134 children recruited for the study, only 63 (39 boys and 24 girls) completed the 3-month treatment period. All of the children received medicinal iron drops at a dosage of 5 mg elemental iron as ferrous sulfate per kilogram of body weight. The parents also received nutritional counseling. RESULTS: At the end of treatment, hemoglobin, serum ferritin, hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration increased significantly in all groups with no significant differences between groups. The increases in hemoglobin in groups 1, 2, and 3 were 2.47 +/- 0.17, 2.12 +/- 0.18, and 2.18 +/- 0.18 g/dL, respectively. Measurements of final serum ferritin concentration were available for only 12, 12, and 10 children in groups 1, 2, and 3, respectively. In all children who completed the study, except for one in group 1, hemoglobin, mean corpuscular volume, and serum ferritin reached normal values in response to iron treatment. CONCLUSIONS: Weekly and twice-weekly iron therapy with 5 mg elemental iron as ferrous sulfate per kilogram of body weight accompanied by nutritional counseling was as effective as daily iron therapy in correcting iron-deficiency anemia in 2- to 6-year-old children under the clinical conditions of this study.  相似文献

Paste "Zdorovie", a product with high content of protein and assimilable iron, developed at the Moscow Institute of Applied Biotechnology, has been proved to be effective in the combined antianemia therapy. Improved hemograms and biochemical parameters were recorded in 60 pregnant women and nursing mothers suffering from iron-deficiency anemia (IDA). The data obtained have permitted the authors to recommend paste "Zdorovie" for combined treatment of IDA in pregnant women and to consider it promising in prevention of IDA in nursing mothers.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Anemia in pregnancy remains a major problem in nearly all developing and many industrialized countries. In Mali, the subpopulation prevalence and etiology of anemia during pregnancy are largely unknown. OBJECTIVE: To examine the prevalence and likely etiologies of anemia in pregnancy in a poor urban population in Bamako, Mali. METHODS: Pregnant women (n = 190) were selected randomly. Hemoglobin, serum iron, and total iron-binding capacity were measured; blood smears were examined for Plasmodium falciparum malaria; and single stool and urine samples were examined for Schistosoma haematobium and hookworm. Gynecologic examinations were performed and interviews conducted to qualitatively assess food consumption and other socioeconomic characteristics. Associations among mild, moderate, and severe anemia; iron and parasite status; erythrocyte sedimentation rates; and the presence of abnormal vaginal discharge were evaluated. Differences in hemoglobin and serum iron concentrations, total iron-binding capacity, and anemia were compared according to trimester of pregnancy and between infected and noninfected women. The relative and attributable risks of anemia were calculated, and adjusted odds ratios for anemia and low serum iron were estimated by multivariate logistic regression. RESULTS: Of the 131 women for whom complete data were available, 47% had hemoglobin concentrations below 110 g/L; 13% had serum iron concentrations below 12 micromol/L; none had transferrin saturation values below 16%; 11%, 23%, and 8% harbored P. falciparum, S. haematobium, and hookworm, respectively; and 82% had an abnormal vaginal discharge. Food restrictions were reported by 45% of the women. Abnormal vaginal discharge correlated significantly with anemia (Pearson chi2 = 62.4; p < .01). Univariate and multivariate analyses found that infections were strongly associated with and predictive of anemia. CONCLUSIONS: Our data suggest that infections and food accessibility contribute to the high rates of anemia during pregnancy in Mali.  相似文献

目的:探讨口服铁剂类药物联合饮食疗法治疗孕产妇贫血的临床价值,以供参考。方法:将牡丹江医学院2011年5月—2013年4月收治的贫血孕产妇105例纳入本研究,随机分组。对照组孕产妇给予口服铁剂类药物治疗,实验组孕产妇给予口服铁剂类药物联合饮食疗法治疗。观察两组孕产妇在治疗前后血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、平均血红蛋白浓度(McHc)、血清铁(SI)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TS)等指标的变化和妊娠结局的差异性。结果:与治疗前对比,治疗后孕产妇Hb、RBC、McHc、SI、TS等指标均有一定程度的上升,其中实验组各指标上升幅度明显大于对照组,组间差异经统计学分析后认为有意义(P〈0.05)。与对照组对比,实验组不良妊娠结局发生率明显较低,组间差异统计学分析后认为有意义(P〈0.05)。结论:口服铁剂类药物联合饮食疗法治疗孕产妇贫血可有效改善贫血症状,对妊娠结局具有积极的影响。  相似文献

目的:探讨芹菜叶绿素铁钠与其他补血剂对大鼠缺铁性贫血的效果。方法:采用低铁饲料建立大鼠缺铁性贫血(IDA)模型,给予叶绿素铁钠、血红素铁、NaFeEDTA和FeSO4,通过测定大鼠血液指标血红蛋白(Hb)含量、红细胞(RBC)数和红细胞压积(HCT),观察补血疗效。结果:在实验30d时,与模型组和FeSO4组相比,叶绿素铁钠组的Hb、RBC、HCT显著增加(P<0.05);与血红素铁组和NaFeEDTA组相比,差异不显著。结论:芹菜叶绿素铁钠对治疗实验贫血鼠有明显的效果。  相似文献

采用小肽螯合铁作为补铁剂,妊娠和泌乳母猪以及乳猪为研究对象,测定母猪初乳铁的含量,乳猪5、10、14和21日龄的血红蛋白(Hb)以及乳猪14和21日龄的血清铁蛋白(SF)浓度.结果表明,小肽螯合铁比硫酸亚铁能够更有效地进入母乳,母猪补小肽铁可增加乳猪铁的获得,但不能解决乳猪的缺铁问题;乳猪补小肽螯合铁不但有较高的Hb水平,而且体内铁储备量高于补右旋糖苷铁,可满足乳猪铁的需要.  相似文献
