建立了分析越南安息香种子油、果实和果壳的脂肪酸组成的在线甲基化-气相色谱法。将微克级的安息香样品与2μL衍生化试剂三甲基氢氧化硫(0.2 mol/L)加入裂解器,在350℃下瞬间反应,由气相色谱在线检测到8种脂肪酸甲酯成分,主要有棕榈酸( C16∶0)、硬脂酸( C18∶0)、油酸( C18∶1)、亚油酸( C18∶2)和亚麻酸( C18∶3),不饱和脂肪酸含量在84.5%以上,其中亚油酸含量最高,达47.29%。5次平行测定的相对标准偏差( RSD)小于3.81%。并结合相似性分析法比较了4种不同产地的安息香种仁与6种食用油的脂肪酸组成,相似性结果表明不同产地的安息香种仁的脂肪酸组成相似,其脂肪酸组成与食用植物油相近,与玉米油的组成分布最为接近,相似系数在0.987~0.990,且越南安息香种子中人体必需的多不饱和脂肪酸含量( C18∶2和C18∶3)与大豆油和葵花籽油相近,高于一般植物油,具有较高的营养价值。结果表明该法简便、快速、准确,适合越南安息香种子油脂的测定。 相似文献

用GC—MS方法分析测定了吕宋芒果提取液的香味成分,共测得51个组成成分,其主要成分为萜烯类(45.22%)、高级脂肪酸(14.94%)、醛酮类(1.11%)和少量醇、酯、内酯、烷烃类等。萜烯类中,异松油烯的含量最高,达31.84%。 相似文献

对印楝和苦楝2个亲本采用体细胞融合技术杂交形成的7年生杂交楝进行了果实含油量测定,并对其籽油进行了脂肪酸组成分析。结果表明:果皮和果肉含油量较低,分别为 1.65% 和 1.53%;种仁含油量较高,为 39.20%。种仁经提取获得籽油后进行甲酯化处理,再进行GC-MS分析,共检测出6种脂肪酸。它们是亚油酸(C18:2)67.00%、油酸(C18:1)18.03%、棕榈酸(C16:0)8.96%、硬脂酸(C18:0)3.94%、花生酸(C20:0)0.35% 和未知脂肪酸 1.72%;其中不饱和脂肪酸占 85.03%。杂交楝种仁含油量比苦楝高出1.6个百分点。 相似文献

以成熟八月瓜果皮为研究原料,用水蒸汽蒸馏法制备了八月瓜果皮挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定了挥发油的化学成分。结果表明,八月瓜果皮挥发油中共鉴定出39种组分,包括烃、酸、酯、醛(酮)、醇(酚)、醚、其他等七大类物质,相对含量分别为56.63%、25.44%、8.50%、7.34%、0.57%、0.19%和1.33%。烃类物质的含量最高为56.63%;相对含量大于5%的物质共5种,3-甲基庚烷的相对含量为20.89%,(E)-9-十八烷烯酸相对含量为20.74%,2-甲基庚烷的相对含量为12.74%,乙基环戊烷的相对含量为5.1013%,2-甲基-3-乙基戊烷的相对含量为5.3278%。挥发油中鉴别出高级脂肪酸30.9781%,其中不饱和脂肪酸26.3044%。未鉴定出酰胺类物质和酚醇类物质。 相似文献

以新疆瘤果黑种草籽为原料,采用超临界CO2萃取技术(SFE-CO2)研究了瘤果黑种草籽油的萃取工艺,并对其化学成分进行了GC-MS分析。得到瘤果黑种草籽油较适宜的工艺条件为:萃取压力20 MPa,萃取温度35℃,萃取时间2 h,CO2流量20 kg/h。在该工艺条件下,黑种草籽油的得油率达36.33%。GC-MS检测出6种脂肪酸成分,主要为不饱和脂肪酸,其中,亚油酸质量分数60.95%,油酸质量分数20.54%,8,11-二十碳二烯酸质量分数2.43%,不饱和脂肪酸的质量分数近84%。 相似文献

In the present study, seed oil content and fatty acid composition of 15 commercially important pomegranate cultivars were
determined. The oil content of pomegranate seeds ranged between 13.95 and 24.13% (d.b). Palmitic, stearic, arachidic, and
behenic acid contents of the oils ranged between 2.10–2.77, 1.35–2.01, 0.33–0.48, and 0.16–0.22%, respectively. The predominant
unsaturated fatty acid was punicic acid (70.42–76.17%) and a minor unsaturated fatty acid was gadoleic acid (0.42–0.75%).
The analysis on unsaturated fatty acids particularly showed significant amounts of punicic acid, which is considered to enhance

Seed oil content of globe artichoke and its composition were assessed under three irrigation regimes, including irrigation at 20, 50, and 80 % depletion of soil available water. Water deficit affected the phenological characteristics, amount and the quality of the oil as well as the phenolics and antioxidant activity of the leaves and capitula. The seed oil content ranged from 18.7 % in 80 % to 22.8 % in 20 % treatment. The fatty acid composition of oil was determined using gas chromatography (GC). The predominant fatty acids in the oil were linoleic (51.68 %), oleic (34.22 %), palmitic (9.94 %), and stearic (3.58 %). Water deficit leads to reduced oil content, linoleic acid, the unsaturated/saturated fatty acid ratio and the iodine value. On the other hand, some other fatty acids such as palmitic and oleic acid and also the ratio of oleic/linoleic acid were elevated due to water deficit. Higher antioxidant activity was observed in capitula (IC50 = 222.6 μg ml?1) in comparison to the leaves (IC50 = 285.8 μg ml?1). Finally, the severe drought stress condition caused to gain higher oil stability, while the highest seed oil content and unsaturated fatty acids in the oil was obtained in non‐stress condition. Moreover, high phenolics, flavonoids and antioxidant activity as well as appreciable dry matter content were obtained in the moderate water stress condition. 相似文献
