节约源自精细

大庆石化公司把节约作为生产企业管理的重要内容，从精细管理中抓节能降耗。为了打造和谐企业，大庆石化公司还大力开展清洁生产、各个生产部门努力提高技术和管理水平，从源头上治理和控制污染物的排放。2006年，在用能、用水、减少排污等方面都取得了较为突出的成绩。     

常减压装置清洁生产的途径和效果

石油行业是一个产能和耗能大户，同时也是污染物的排放大户。如何处理好经济发展和环境保护的关系，是当前石化行业面临的严肃课题，而清洁生产理念的推行就是一个解决生产和环保关系的关键。总结了清洁生产的概念、对装置实施清洁生产的措施及产生的效果。     

延迟焦化装置的清洁生产

齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂1.40 Mt/a延迟焦化装置自2004年3月建成投产以来,积极推行清洁生产.通过加强管理和技术改造,采用新技术、新工艺,不断完善和优化生产,积极治理本装置和炼油厂产生的"三废",取得了良好的经济效益和环境效益,实现了延迟焦化装置的清洁生产.

国内炼油厂恶臭污染源及治理技术

分析了国内炼油厂恶臭污染物的主要排放源及污染物性质，从采用清洁生产工艺、封堵恶臭排放源、发展恶臭治理技术三种途径介绍了目前炼油厂恶臭污染的控制和治理方法。     

提高延迟焦化装置生产技术水平的对策

对延长装置运转周期、提高装置处理能力、优化操作条件、提高装置液体产品收率、节能降耗、清洁生产、提高机械化水平、强化安全管理及先进控制系统应用等方面的经验进行了总结,提出了进一步提高延迟焦化装置生产技术水平的对策。     

聚丙烯装置的清洁生产

通过对聚丙烯装置的原料、资源能源消耗及产品、产排污等环节进行分析,确定装置开展清洁生产的重点,实施清洁生产方案,从源头控制装置污染排放、节能降耗。     

文96地下储气库清洁生产技术

在分析文96地下储气库工程建设及后期运行中污染物类型和特征的基础上,通过对施工作业的特点、污染物产生环节及控制措施等的深入研究,优化注气压缩机及三甘醇再生装置噪声设计;采取污水凝液密闭外输、采气凝液处理后回注地层等工艺措施,形成了一整套适合于文96地下储气库的清洁生产技术。该技术的现场应用减少了污水排放、削减了固体废物、杜绝了噪声污染,真正实现了清洁环保生产;对促进同类型地下储气库的清洁生产具有借鉴意义。     

聚乙烯装置的节能降耗技术及应用

目前国内各聚乙烯装置在节能降耗方面均有自己独到的解决方案,为进一步交流和沟通,共同做好节能降耗工作,就聚乙烯装置的节能降耗途径,从装置建设、生产技术改进、科研开发等几方面入手,将装置自开车以来的主要节能降耗措施进行总结。

原料性质对催化裂化装置动态响应和定常态特性的影响

应用前置挠焦罐式高效再生器催化裂化装置动态机理数学模型及其Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ仿真软件平台ＨＥＲＳ，在考察了新鲜原料残炭值，密度，ＡＳＴＭ馏程等单个性质对装置生产操作过程中中动态响应和定态特性的影响后，考察了原料变重（残炭值，密度和沸点均增高）对生产操作的影响，单个性质变化时，只控制催化剂藏量，产品分布变化较小，而再生部分各变量变化较大３个性质综合变化时，藏量，压力和反应温度全闭环控制，产品分布和再生部     

塔里木盆地塔中地区生物礁特征及分布

塔里木盆地塔中地区中、上奥陶统发育多种类型生物礁，主要造礁生物包括海绵、托盘类、层孔虫、珊瑚、隐藻类、苔藓虫、蓝绿藻、绿藻、管孔藻科红藻等，主要礁体类型为灰泥丘和少量的骨架礁、障积礁。分析钻探揭示的生物礁特征，结论是灰泥丘主要形成于棚内及棚缘内带环境，骨架礁与障积礁主要形成于棚内与棚缘环境。通过沉积相分析和地震反射特征研究，预测塔中地区的陆棚边缘相带和塔中北部斜坡的中部地带，有望找到带状或断续带状分布的生物礁带。塔中1号断裂西墙的顺托果勒西区块已发现6个地震异常反射体，从其发育层位、所处环境和内部反射特征来看，极可能是生物礁丘。图2表2参6
