介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器远程电源自动化测试系统,首先阐述了系统的工作原理,然后根据基本测试功能和主要技术指标设计了电源自动化测试系统,阐述了其组成模块测试接口箱和工控机测试装置的结构和设计方法。最后对测试系统软件进行了详细讨论。测试系统软件是在Windows环境下利用Borland C^ Builder5开发的,采用了模块化编程方法,该系统采取了抗干扰措施,大大提高了测试精度和测试效率,经过现场调试,现已投入运行,实现了电源系统的远程自动化测试。  相似文献

Globalization and growing new markets, as well as increasing emission and fuel consumption requirements, force the car manufacturers and their suppliers to develop new engine control strategies in shorter time periods. This can mainly be reached by development tools and an integrated hardware and software environment enabling rapid implementation and testing of advanced engine control algorithms.

The structure of a rapid control prototyping (RCP) system is explained, which allows fast measurement signal evaluation, and rapid prototyping of advanced engine control algorithms. A hardware-in-the-loop simulator for diesel engine control design is illustrated, simulation results for a 40 tons truck are presented. Providing efficient engine models for the proposed development tools, a dynamic local linear neural network approach is explained and applied for modelling the NOx emission characteristics of a 1.9 l direct injection diesel engine. Furthermore the application of a RCP system is exemplified by the application of combustion pressure based closed-loop ignition timing control for a SI engine. Experimental results are shown for a 1.0 l SI engine on a dynamic engine test stand.  相似文献

为解决传统HART仪表内数字信息不能被有效利用的问题,提出一种使用WirelessHART适配器对HART仪表进行升级的低成本方案。该适配器兼容有线HART协议和WirelessHART协议,其主要工作是获取HART仪表内的组态参数、过程参数、诊断以及校准等数字信息,并采用Wire—lessHART协议将获得的数据发送至wirelessHART网关,实现传统HART仪表和控制系统之间无线、双向数字通信。文中详细描述了该适配器的硬件设计原理和软件设计步骤,并给出开发原型的通信测试结果。  相似文献

Internal combustion engines with electronic management systems have developed to mechatronic systems. They basically consist of a thermodynamic process, electromechanic, hydraulic or pneumatic actuators, electronic sensors and one ore more digital control units with their specific software. In order to meet rising demands concerning drivability, emissions and consumption under the restriction of shorter development cycles, there is a rising need for modern identification methods (neural networks) and software/hardware tools (Rapid Control Prototyping (RCP), Hardware-in-the-Loop-Simulation) for the design of engine control units. In this contribution, a software/hardware environment for a mechatronic design approach for engine control systems is discussed. A dynamic engine test stand equipped with a RCP system is described which allows fast and comfortable design and testing of new control functions. Enlarged with an on-line indication system, a cylinder pressure based engine management system can be established, where the desired control settings are calculated by an upper level engine optimization. Time-variant optimization strategies for an improved exhaust-, consumption- and drivability performance were developed by means of adequate models of the engine behavior with fast neural networks.  相似文献

本文设计了一种基于CAN通信总线的新型舵机控制器.该控制器考虑了谐波传动的随速度波动和低阻尼特点,以提高舵机系统控制品质为目标,采用增量式分段PID算法产生PWM信号,对舵机随动系统进行实时精准控制,并通过CAN2.0总线接口实现了微型计算机与CPU之间的实时变量传送,方便了程序的调试.测试结果表明,该控制系统具有抗干扰性能好、控制品质优等特点.  相似文献

Wire bonding is the predominant mode of interconnection in electronic packaging. Gold wire bonding has been refined again and again to retain control of interconnect technology due to its ease of workability and years of reliability data. Economic realities are now enabling fine diameter copper wire to compete with gold wire. It needs to be demonstrated however that known challenges in the assembly process and long term reliability can be managed successfully. Here, a rigorous methodology has been established to introduce copper wire bonding on new as well as converted dice into manufacturing. Manufacturing efficiencies and yields have been driven to be equivalent to gold wires. Reliability testing has passed the usual criteria and has been extended to demonstrate the viability of this technology. Interfacial analysis has confirmed the observations that intermetallic compounds form and grow slowly.  相似文献

The design and testing of a microcomputer-controlled powertrain for a hybrid (heat engine/electric) vehicle are described in this paper. The detailed control strategy used and its software implementation on the Intel 8086 microcomputer are discussed. The powertrain is made up of an electric motor, gasoline engine, automatic transmission with the torque converter removed, engine and electric motor clutches, and Hy-Vo transfer chains. The drive system has been installed in vehicles and tested on a chassis dynamometer. Test results show smooth shifting of the transmission and sequencing of the clutches in the different hybrid operating modes. The overall performance of the hybrid car is good, and driveability is comparable to a conventional automobile.  相似文献
