Software Engineering is a theory-oriented subject,and to relate theory to practice has been one of its significant research questions.In order to enhance the practical ability of students who majored in Software Engineering to meet the requirements of enterprises,Software School has designed a practical training program based on the talent concept of the CDIO model.This paper concentrates on the objectives,contents and features of Software Engineering Practical Training Curriculum.The Curriculum has contributed to the students' early adapt to social needs and helped students to ease the employment pressure.  相似文献

The employment of the graduates is a major index to measure the achievements of higher institutions. And the academic grades of the students at school are a very important factor in obtaining employment. In this essay, a classified model of decision tree between the grades of the graduates and their employment is established, and the model is also optimized and well researched. To meet for the enterprise requirements of software engineers and to solve the problems that the software engineers with low capacity in engineering and innovation issues at present,this paper first analyzes the software engineering education objectives and methods,then proposes to build an engineering teaching architecture which called One Frame with Four Aspects.This architecture reforms the practical teaching experience from educational concepts,practical training links,practical training objectives as well as practical training evaluation mechanism,especially focuses on the content of practice teaching,engineering teaching curriculum,the school-enterprise cooperation model and evaluation mechanisms.Practice has shown that the practical teaching system can be applied to software training well in Software School and its training effect is remarkable.  相似文献

This paper addresses a new kind of neuron model, which has trainable activation function (TAF) in addition to only trainable weights in the conventional M-P model. The final neuron activation function can be derived from a primitive neuron activation function by training. The BP like learning al-gorithm has been presented for MFNN constructed by neurons of TAP model. Several simulation ex-amples are given to show the network capacity and performance advantages of the new MFNN in com-parison with that of conventional sigmoid MFNN.  相似文献

As the first attempt,this paper proposes a model for the Chinese high school timetabling problems(CHSTPs)under the new curriculum innovation which was launched in 2011 by the Chine6e government.Aooording 10 the new our riculum innovation,students in high school can choose subjects that they are interested in instead of being forced to select one of the two study directions,namely,Science and Liberal Arts.Meanwhile,they also need to attend compulsory subjects as traditions.CHSTPs are student-oriented and involve more student constraints that make them more complex than the typi-cal"Class-Teacher model",in which the element"Teacher"is the primary constraint.In this paper,we first describe in detail the mathematical model of CHSTPs and then design a new two-part representation for the candidate solution.Based on the new representation,we adopt a two-phase simulated annealing(SA)algorithm to solve CHSTPs.A total number of 45 synthetic instances with different amounts of classes,teachers,and levels of student constraints are generated and used to ilustrate the characteristics of the CHSTP model and the effectiveness of the designed representation and algorithm.Finally,we apply the proposed model,the designed two-part representation and the two-phase SA on10 real high schools.  相似文献

Achieving continuous innovation in organizations requires a balance between exploiting yet acquired knowledge and exploring new knowledge.In addition to having the adequate resources,change and innovation capabilities require specific management support and organizational structures.Recent research has pointed out the importance of social network structure and of the activity of agents that work across domains or disciplines in the innovation-oriented behaviour of organizations.As a consequence,information systems should ideally be able to support the analysis,development and management of such social structure for the benefit of organizational objectives.Current social network interfaces provide an established mental model to workers that can be hypothesized to be adequate for supporting activities that foster innovative behaviour.That behaviour is facilitated through exposing the activities of other workers across organizational structures.This paper reports on the design of a user interface specifically targeted to manage the social aspects of innovation based on some aspects of Hargadon’s model of innovation and knowledge brokering.The emergent nature of interactions in social network sites is used as the metaphor to foster situated cognition.The interface design assessment is described and some metrics for innovative behaviour that could be derived for such an interface are sketched.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new cell intuition simulation method which is a combination of intuitive simulation calculation method and the operation of binary image, and applied it in the innovation of the graphic design process. First of all, we study how to express a variety of graphics, and establish the definition of cell intuitive model, work out the cell intuitive operation process and many new cellular operators such as a variety of matrix blocks crossover operator, a variety of matrix blocks mutation operator, matrix blocks replace operator, matrix blocks compression operator, matrix blocks extension operator. By choosing two or more cells and selecting the artificial selection or fitness selection, we can set up and visualize the design and pick the best design results .Finally, validation is made on this algorithm by an example, and a innovation graphic is also represented.  相似文献

The Phase Plane Divisional Control (PPDC) applies different actions in the phase plane, according to error and error rate, to make the control system satisfy the control requirement. This control structure makes the system possess the characteristics of closed-open loop. Furthermore, just as the PID control, it's unnecessary to build up a mathematical model for the controlled object. This paper combines Neural Network (NN) inverse model with PPDC to generate a new kind of intelligent controller--NN-PPDC. This controller is established in the phase plane, real time corresponding relationships between the basic performance of the system response, not only the action logic division but also acting magnitude. Thus the control parameters in each divisional area can make automatic on-line regulation in accordance with the changes in the controlled object possessing adaptive ability. The simulation and its application in the feed-supporting system for the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) show that the controller designed with this method has better close-loop performance and robustness.  相似文献
