叙述了制备方法对Mg基大块金属玻璃(BMG)中的非晶相形成所起的至关重要的作用。介绍了国外近年来发展起来的几种制备Mg基BMG的特种铸造方法,包括金属型铸造法、低压铸造法、压铸法和挤压铸造法等,阐明了这些制备方法的工艺、工装设计、急冷原理以及最终的制备效果。指出金属型铸造时,在凝固的前30s内,水冷铜型与无水冷铜型中的熔体冷却行为没有太大的区别;压铸时,熔体的淬火效率更加显著;挤压铸造能够制备出直径达10min的更大Mg66Cu15Y10Ag10基BMG。Mg基BMG的制备方法的发展趋势是快速、简单、近终成形。 相似文献

A novel roll-platen forming process described in this paper has been proposed for the production of elongated components to net shape or near net shape. Although significant progress in net shape forging has been achieved in circular and axisymmetric components through flashless forging with completely closed die cavity techniques, similar progress has not been reported for elongated components. The feasibility of this process has been demonstrated through physical modelling experiments with Plasticine. This process essentially consists of a single roll and a flat platen. The platen can move with a speed equal to or higher than that of the peripheral speed of the roll. When it moves with a higher speed, the deformed workpiece becomes curved. With this characteristic, the roll-platen forming process seems promising for the manufacture of curved elongate components to near net shape. This paper presents an investigation of how the curvature is influenced by the speed ratio. The detailed results of curvature, as well as the distribution of generalised strain, strain rate, and mass flow will be given. The finite-element predicted curvature is shown to agree with previous experimental observations. 相似文献

采用近终形铸锭配合热锻工艺制备高强6xxx铝合金控制臂。首先设计近终形铝合金锭坯的形状,采用Procast商业软件模拟研究近终形铝合金铸锭的铸造过程。结果表明,近终形铝合金铸锭的收缩行为与铸锭形状相关,经模拟计算优化后,铸造出无缺陷的近终形6xxx铝合金铸锭。为了获得优异的锻件性能,研究了6xxx铝合金的热压缩行为。结果表明,锻件组织中的亚晶百分数与Z参数值相关;中等Z参数(1.09×10^16MS^-1)有利于获得较高的亚晶百分数,从而保证锻件产品具有更优的性能。 相似文献

Research Center) has established a state- of- the- art spray forming facility for the study and exploitation of this near
net shape manufacturing process. Spray forming is a single step gas atomization/deposition process which yields ferrous and
nonferrous, near final shape, near fully dense preforms that has proven to be a viable and cost effective alternative to conventional
metalworking technology for the production of material preforms with properties surpassing those of their cast and wrought
counterparts. Current programs at Carderock Divison Naval Surface Warfare Center are aimed at optimization of the process,

The iron and steel industry has undergone a technological revolution in the last 40 years. In a relatively short time, the
North American industry has observed the complete disappearance of basic open hearth processing, as well as the wide spread
adoption of continuous casting and the near complete shift of long product production to the electric arc furnace sector.
These and other developments have dramatically affected the way steel is made, the price, quality and range of products generated,
and changed the basic structure of the industry. The same trends can be observed in other industrialized nations and are reflected
in the global industry as well. Competitive forces and market globalization will continue to drive the development and adoption
of new iron and steelmaking technologies well into the 21st century. Industry response to specific local and global technology
drivers will likely result in both incremental improvements in existing technologies, and in major developments in several
key areas including direct iron making and near net shape casting.
