介绍在10/100Mbps连续以太网的环境下,局域网中无盘工作站通过网卡启动ROM,向局域网中的启动服务器发起启动请求,启动服务器响应客户端的请求,向客户端发送文件数据报文;在点对点的传送方式下,由于下载数据报文数量大,可能造成无盘站等待数据超时而启动失败;修改远程启动协议使其支持多点传送功能,使启动服务器发送的数据报文可以被多个客户端同时接收,达到无盘站启动迅速的目的。  相似文献

Incremental automation, i.e. adding capabilities over time, is an alternative for small mannfacturers to large scale automation projects as a method of achieving automated manufacturing. As an example of incremental automation, the University of Kansas Computer Integrated Manufacturing (KUCIM) workstation has developed over time into an unmanned flexible machining workstation. Presently, the workstation contains a Hurco three-axis milling machine, an American Robot six-axis robot, a Sun 4/260, a versatile fixturing system, an IBM PC-AT compatible computer, and an interface between the milling machine and PC. The control architecture is based on the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) Automated Manufacturing Research Facility (AMRF) manufacturing control hierarchy. The workstation controller employs three software modules: the Supervisor, the Robot Foreman, and the Fixture/Machine Tool Foreman. At the equipment level, two modules are used: the Robot Command Interpreter and the Fixture/Machine Tool Command Interpreter. The three functions that the KUCIM workstation performs to produce parts are: processing an input file, performing tool zeroing and performing machining cycles.  相似文献

A computed radiography system (Digiscan, Siemens) connected to an image workstation (Siemens) has been used for 1 1/2 years in our department. The image quality is good and it has been possible to reduce radiation dose by about 30% without any appreciable loss of image quality. The image workstation has been used in cases where image postprocessing is considered to be useful. For routine reporting of X-ray images the workstation is too slow although the image quality is comparable to that of the computed radiography film.  相似文献

以机器人上下料工作站为研究对象,针对其轨迹优化和自动化生产协调之间难度大的问题,提出了利用RobotStudio仿真软件进行机器人上下料工作站的离线编程和动态模拟.给出了工作站的结构布局及上下料平台的Smart组件设计,结合机器人离线编程对工作站进行了仿真调试.在此基础上,设计出实际的模拟机器人上下料工作站,工作站由双爪机器人、供料单元、机床卡盘、立体仓库及主控PLC等组成.给出了工作站主控系统架构和设备间的通信方式,将仿真工作站的程序导入实际工作站进行设备调试.这种由虚拟仿真到实际设计制造的方式,大大缩短了工作站的开发调试周期,对于传统机械加工类企业进行设备升级改造具有很好的借鉴意义.  相似文献

Two experiments determined preferred general and workstation illumination; workstation illumination was 350 lux. In experiment 1, 12 subjects were treated to 2 illumination sources, 6 task lighting conditions and 3 screen luminance conditions. Subjects preferred the indirect + direct illumination. Preferred task document brightness ranged from 190 to 890 nits. There were no screen character brightness differences. In experiment 2, 24 subjects were treated with a constant workstation illumination of 350 lux to 6 conditions (2 illuminations of the room wall and 3 illumination levels in the area ahead of the operator). In the area ahead of the operator, subjects preferred an illumination (770–820 lux) level doubling the workstation illumination over 420 and 1180 lux. Subjects also preferred increased brightness variability on the wall.

For offices with VDUs, designers should not only plan for a mixture of indirect + direct lighting but also should consider the lighting of the workstation surroundings as well as the workstation.  相似文献

A workstation controller is an industrial computer which controls the function of the unit workstation in a flexible manufacturing system. A workstation is considered a functionally cohesive group of machine equipment and the operation is carried out independently. The basic operating unit in a workstation controller is the computer program. In other words it is a task. A set of software tools has been defined, developed, and tested for a workstation controller. The tasks create a workstation domain which makes the user application that controls and monitors the workstation operation. A specific program called Configuration Manager, consisting of various modules, is responsible for supervising the tasks within a workstation controller. Usually, a single Configuration Manager resides in a workstation controller. However, multiple Configuration Managers can be utilized in several CPU boards in a common backplane. The program has been developed on a realtime operating system to fit into the realtime environment of a manufacturing system. The Configuration Manager is written in the “C” programming language to enhance the portability. However, the user application software could be written in any higher level language.  相似文献
