文章研究了微小型零件的微细切削加工工艺,微细切削加工微小型零件具有较大的工艺和成本优势,适应微小型零件产品批量化、加工柔性化、材料多样化的发展趋势.微小型零件按照加工工艺特征大致可分为微小型轴类、三维结构件、板类和齿轮类零件,总结和分析了上述零件的工艺特征和加工方式,介绍了微小型加工机床和刀具的选用原则,包括如何合理选择微细切削刀具的材料、特征尺寸和结构.微小型零件必须根据机床功能和零件自身结构特点确定装夹方式,并进行准确定位.最后,归纳和总结了微小型零件进行微细切削数控加工工艺设计时应遵循的原则,并进行了详细论述.微细切削加工中,采用合理的数控加工工艺和走刀路线,可以实现微小型零件的精确、高效加工,适应批量化的产品需求. 相似文献

利用微小型机床进行三维微小零件的微细切削加工是一项新兴的制造技术。超声电机是利用压电陶瓷材料激发超声波实现驱动的一种新型电机,与传统的电磁电机相比具有许多优点。文章介绍一种由超声电机直接驱动的微小型机床进给系统,对机床进给系统的定位精度和伺服刚度进行了实验分析。同时,利用该微小型机床加工了一个20μm×450μm×7000μm的薄壁结构。这些实验结果表明,超声电机应用于微小型机床进给系统是可行的。 相似文献

微细超声加工机床设计包括硬件设计与运动控制系统设计,运动控制系统是机床的核心组成部分,直接或者间接地影响到加工质量与加工效率。采用宏微复合的硬件设计结构能有效地保证运动控制精度,针对精密微三维运动平台,基于LabVIEW开发了微细超声加工中的运动控制系统,该系统包括初始化模块、粗对刀模块、精确对刀模块、绝对坐标实时显示模块、数据采集模块与加工模块。将微细工具所受的实时力与微三维运动平台的运动结合形成闭环控制,能有效地实现精确对刀以及恒压力进给加工。最后,对控制系统进行了测试,研究了恒力控制范围与增量位移、进给速度、回退速度之间的关系。 相似文献

针对某型航空发动机燃油喷嘴结构尺寸微小、材料硬度较高、切削加工困难等问题,介绍了微细电解加工的原理和实验装置,制备了微细棒状工具电极和三角形钩状成形电极,利用分层电解铣削进行粗加工快速去除工件多余材料,再利用环形扫描电解铣削进行旋流室全锥面的精加工,实现了发动机喷嘴微小尺寸旋流室的微细电解加工成形,达到加工精度和表面质量要求。研究表明,微细电解铣削加工是加工金属材料微小结构的有效可行的方法。 相似文献

切削过程恒力控制对于提高生产率、保证加工精度具有重要作用。文章以车削加工过程为对象,研究恒切削力加工过程中当切削深度发生突变时,如何减少系统输出切削力超调的问题。将预测控制策略与神经网络理论相结合,在神经网络学习时,使切削进给在切削深度发生突变前提前发生相应变化,提出了恒力切削过程的神经网络预测控制算法。仿真结果表明,与传统自适应神经网络控制相比,加工过程的神经网络预测控制能够有效的解决在背吃刀量发生突变时,加工系统输出的切削力过大的问题,显示出比加工过程传统神经网络自适应控制更好的综合性能。 相似文献

针对工业机器人夹持工件进行磨削时的力控制问题,提出一种基于神经网络算法的机器人力控制方法,搭建一套工业机器人磨削系统,并在Visual Studio软件环境下开发了相应的上位机软件。通过分析神经网络算法的原理,设计神经网络结构,使用从实际磨削过程中获得的训练数据对神经网络进行训练;将力传感器实时采集的力信号输出给训练好的神经网络模型,预测出机器人磨削加工的轨迹修正值并传给机器人,对磨削轨迹进行实时修正,从而实现工业机器人的间接力控制。最后,在搭建的工业机器人磨削系统上进行了力跟踪实验和钛合金试件磨削实验,验证了所提出的力控制方法和机器人磨削系统的有效性和实用性。 相似文献

Continuous sliding mode control is applied to turning processes for cutting force regulation. The motivation of the use of the slide mode control scheme is to solve the nonlinearity problem caused by the feedrate override command element in the commercial CNC machine tool. When the adaptive control algorithm is applied to the commercial CNC machine tool, it is one of the practical methods that the programmed feedrate is overridden after the control algorithm is carried out. However, most CNC lathe manufacturers offer limited number of data bits for feedrate override, thus resulting in nonlinear behavior of the machine tools. Such nonlinearity brings ‘quantized' or discrete effect so that the optimal feedrate is rounded off before being fed into the CNC system. To compensate for this problem, continuous sliding mode control is applied. Simulation and experimental results are presented in comparison with those obtained from applying adaptive control which is a widely used approach in cutting force regulation. Adaptive control loses its effectiveness in the presence of nonlinearity since it generally requires linear parametrization of the control law or the system dynamics. Experiments are conducted under various machining conditions, subject to changes in spindle speed, material of work-piece, and type of machining process. The suggested slide mode controller shows smoother cutting force fluctuation, which cannot be achieved by the conventional adaptive controller. The experimental set-up reflects the emphasis on the practicality of the sliding mode controller. In order to avoid the use of a dynamometer in the course of measuring the cutting force, the indirect cutting force measuring system is used by means of feed drive servo-motor current sensing. 相似文献

针对切削过程中的切削力状态识别以及切削参数的动态调整问题,提出了一种基于密度聚类算法的切削载荷智能识别算法;该方法通过对切削力载荷特性的识别、判断,使用密度聚类算法建立簇分类算法,以距离度量作为簇分类判据,以簇的核心点作为切削载荷学习对象,通过切削载荷理想值做出判断,实现对切削载荷的智能识别。论文应用该算法,结合Agent技术,对石材高速铣削条件下的切削力载荷状况进行了智能识别和可视化表述。研究表明,该算法能够实现对切削加工状态的智能识别与判断,并达到了对切削参数在线优化的目的,提高了加工效率与加工质量,为切削加工参数的智能优化奠定了理论基础。 相似文献

In the machining simulations of 3D free-form surfaces by ball-end milling, calibration coefficients play very critical role in force predictions. In other words, obtaining the calibration coefficients from calibration tests is a very influential process in the prediction of cutting forces. Accurately obtained calibration coefficients lead to better force predictions. In the literature, the calibration coefficients are assumed to be independent of start and exit angles of the engagement region, thus they are assumed to be identical for any engagement region. Calibration coefficients are obtained from the horizontal slot cutting tests and these tests are repeated for different depth of cuts. In this paper, in order to achieve more accurate force predictions in free-form machining simulations, a new modification algorithm for calibration coefficients is presented. In this research, with theoretical analysis and experimental force signals, it is shown that the inclination angle has a great importance in calibration and in force simulation of 3D free-form machining. 相似文献

The problem of controlling the average resultant cutting force together with the contour error in multi-dimensional end milling operations is considered in this study. Two sets of neural networks are used in the control system. The first set is used to specify the feed rate to maintain a desired cutting force. This feed rate is resolved along the feed axes using a parametric interpolation algorithm so that the desired part shape is obtained. The second set is used to make corrections to the feed rate components specified by the parametric interpolation algorithm to minimize the contour error caused by the dynamic lag of the closed-loop servo systems controlling the feed drives. In addition, the control system includes a feedforward input to compensate for static friction effects. Experimental results are presented for machining two-dimensional circular slots and a three-dimensional spherical surface to show the validity of the proposed approach. 相似文献
