为解决传统钻床在塑料挤出机挤出段筛板加工时存在的效率低问题,将Visual Basic和运动控制卡设计开放式系统的技术运用于研制高效可调距八头专用数控钻床中。对现有筛板加工过程进行分析,并建立筛板加工过程中各轴之间的运动关系,提出了在AutoCAD中以DXF文件形式保存筛板零件图;通过Visual Basic编写的数控系统对待加工零件信息的读取、分析,最终结合雷塞dmc1000运动控制卡设计了可调距八轴钻床的控制系统,完成了对筛板群孔的加工。 相似文献

深孔机床在钻削加工中出现颤振,会导致加工精度和效率降低、刀具与机床寿命缩短和有害噪声的产生。因此对颤振和其抑制技术的研究至关重要。通过对磁流变液效应机理以及工作原理的研究,设计出基于挤压模式的自适应磁流变液减振器,将其安装在深孔机床上。建立动力学模型并求得动力学方程,通过MATLAB的Simulink平台对动力学模型进行仿真,对比分析在不同转速下安装减振器的系统与未安装减振器系统的振动图形。结果表明:磁流变液减振器可以大幅、迅速地衰减振幅并缩短振动周期,因此自适应磁流变液减振器对机床切削颤振具有很好的抑制作用。 相似文献

Exhaust hole drilling is one of the PDP (Plasma Display Panel) manufacturing processes to make about 1mm diameter holes for
sucking out air in order to generate vacuum between two PDP glass substrates. In the drilling process, bigsized glasses about
the size of a queen size bed are loaded, aligned, drilled, and unloaded, during which the dynamic interactions between glass
and the handling equipment are very significant. To analyze exhaust hole drilling equipment dynamics, interaction with glass
substrates that have somewhat different material properties from general glasses should be considered. The Young’s modulus
and Poisson ratios of the substrates have been determined experimentally and verified via computation that simulates a well-known
three-point bending test. Dynamic interaction of the glass with the handling equipment is modeled using a flexible glass and
rigid body handling equipment models. The velocity profile by which the glasses are driven and the material properties of
the handling equipment components contacting with the glasses are evaluated in view of the structural integrity of the glass
and the operational efficiency of the equipment. The dynamic model is demonstrated to be an effective design tool for an exhaust
hole drilling machine.

Automated fastener hole drilling is a key technology for low-cost and high-quality assembly of aircrafts. In this paper, a new circumferential drilling machine for fuselage assembly of large aircrafts is introduced. In order to meet the required position accuracy of drilled holes, this paper focuses on the kinematic calibration of the machine in order to improve its positioning accuracy. A modeling strategy, which combines the Denavit-Hartenberg (D-H) method and a modified version of the Hayati-Mirmirani (H-M) method, is proposed to deal with the special kinematic structure of the arc-base drilling unit of the machine. Main issues in kinematic parameter identification such as definition of objective function, calibration data selection, acquisition of initial values, and setting of convergence criteria are also discussed. Experiments of repeatability testing and kinematic calibration have been performed, and the results show that the positioning accuracy of the arc-base drilling unit is comparable to its repeatability after calibration. This suggests that the proposed kinematic calibration method is effective. Actual drilling tests have been performed on a simulated aircraft fuselage after implementing the identified kinematic model in the machine’s control software. Position errors of drilled holes are within ±0.5 mm, which meets the requirement for fastener hole drilling in the fuselage assembly of large aircrafts. 相似文献

Problems with the conventional linear aerostatic guideway for a PCB drilling machine include deviation from straightness or parallelism tolerance between the granite guideways, and thermal expansion caused by the heat generated from ball screw and the driving system. These factors will result in vibration and affect the positioning accuracy during machine drilling.This paper describes the development of the resistance network method (RNM) for analyzing the static behaviors of aerostatic grooved thrust bearing designed with a disk-spring compensator to hold the table in a suitable position. Comparison is demonstrated between the RNM results and experimental data. Finally, a realizable application of these types of bearing to the linear guideway system for a PCB drilling machine is presented. 相似文献

为满足多元化需求的用户对数控深孔加工机床的个性化要求,提出了一种基于知识重用的数控深孔加工机的快速设计方法。选用规则推理(RBR)与实例推理(CBR)两种方式相结合的混合推理技术进行数控深孔加工机床知识重用的研究。基于知识重用理论,根据数控深孔加工机床结构和功能的设计要求对其进行模块划分,建立数控深孔加工机床模型库。使用Visual Basic 6.0(VB)对Solid Works 2010进行二次开发,选择Access为数据库,研究快速设计系统,实现数控深孔加工机床快速化设计。 相似文献
