对基于微电子机械系统(MEMS)技术的心音传感器声敏结构进行了优化且设计了其检测电路。首先,针对心音信号的特点,设计了二次集成的扁平状仿生纤毛结构,对该结构进行仿真,确定了纤毛的尺寸参数和梁上最大应力1.2×105 N/m2,对纤毛进行特征频率仿真,在硅油域中结果为711 Hz;其次由扁平状纤毛结构X轴接收噪声时梁上的应力仿真结果可知该结构具有抗干扰能力;最后设计了后端的放大电路和滤波电路并对传感器封装后进行测试。测试结果表明,该结构的信噪比达到了27 dB,较传统的圆柱形纤毛提高了35%,且其抗干扰能力也优于传统的圆柱形纤毛。优化过后的MEMS心音传感器具有抗干扰、低噪声、低成本、采集的信号不失真等优势,可为临床心音信号的采集提供关键核心部件。 相似文献

脉搏血氧仪能够无创、快速、实时地测量血氧饱和度,光电式脉搏传感器是脉搏血氧仪的重要组成部分。介绍了光电式脉搏传感器的原理和设计方案,采用集成光敏部件和放大器的光敏芯片代替传统的分立光敏器件实现对脉搏的测量。芯片的集成化能够有效减小器件间匹配引起的干扰,提高脉搏测量精度。在实验测试过程中,采用该光电式脉搏传感器对人体的脉搏进行实时测量,对脉搏信号测量可能引起的噪声来源做了分析,并做相应的抗干扰处理,得到比较理想的脉搏波形,为脉搏信息的提取和分析提供了良好的数据。 相似文献

脉搏波的波形特征与心血管疾病密切相关,为此用户需要一种简单、实时的便携装置。通过安装在正常使用鼠标时大拇指触摸到的鼠标位置的反射式脉搏波光电传感器采集脉搏波信号,信号经过滤波、放大和A/D转换后,利用单片机对脉搏波信号处理并得出心率数据,最后通过USB接口连接电脑端软件显示。将鼠标和反射式光电传感器结合制成成品之后,经过实际测试,传感器能够很好的测得手指脉搏波并输出。这种可监测人体脉搏波及心率的健康鼠标可以在用户使用鼠标的不经意状态时检测并记录脉搏波及心率。 相似文献

为了对空调过滤网上的粉尘进行有效检测,设计并实现了一种超低功耗的粉尘自动监测系统.该系统由空调过滤网检测模块和中心接收处理模块两部分构成.以MSP430单片机为主控,检测模块通过脉冲驱动HOA2498反射式红外光电传感器对空调过滤网上的粉尘进行差分检测,并利用低噪声AD7794模数转换器将微弱的电压信号放大转换成数字量.中心模块接受数字量后进行分析与处理,并通过液晶显示、声光报警和强制关闭空调等方式给出监测结果.经实际应用,该智能监测系统可以实现对空调过滤网上的粉尘进行实时的监测管理,且成本低,功耗低,具有很强的实用价值.. 相似文献

介绍了如何以AT89C52单片机作为控制核心控制GSM模块,实现发送短信、拨打报警电话的汽车防盗报警系统.该系统使用人体红外传感器探测报警信号,当红外传感器接收到报警信号时,单片机通过向GSM模块发送AT指令控制GSM模块发送报警短信或拨打报警电话.本汽车防盗系统利用GSM手机网络对汽车进行24小时无距离全方位监控,当汽车出现警情时,立即发送报警短信并拔打电话报告车主.GSM技术打破了传统汽车防盗系统的范围瓶颈,实践证明该系统稳定可靠. 相似文献

We proposed and experimentally demonstrated the reflective semiconductor optical amplifier (RSOA)-based wavelength-division-multiplexed passive optical network (WDM-PON) scheme where not only up/downlink data services but also broadcasting service could be provided using a single optical source. In the proposed scheme, the digital signal and subcarrier multiplexing (SCM) signal for downstream were simultaneously modulated by a single distributed feedback laser diode and RSOA in optical network unit remodulated downstream source as an upstream. Without performance deterioration of digital signals both in up- and downstream, the proposed WDM-PON scheme can stably offer the SCM signal for broadcasting service. In the experiment, 1-Gb/s digital signals both for up- and downstream and 20-Mb/s SCM signal at 2.2 GHz for broadcasting were demonstrated in 10-km bidirectional link 相似文献

Subcarrier multiplexing (SCM) transmission has been widely used for analog video transmission in CATV systems. As digital video technology rapidly advances, there is a strong need to transmit digital video over the same SCM system. Since digital video such as HDTV requires a much larger bandwidth, multilevel signaling becomes an important approach. As the number of levels increases, however, the noise margin decreases and the system is more subject to adjacent channel interference (ACI). In this paper, we analyze the spectrum efficiency and power penalty of multilevel SCM transmission. We found that using pulse shaping can make multilevel signaling attractive. Depending on the ACI that can be tolerated, results show that multilevel amplitude-shift keying (ASK) of 5-7 b/symbol can give the optimum spectrum efficiency using the raised-cosine pulse. An experimental digital image sensor that converts analog video signals into 8-bit digital signals for each unit pixel, and reads out the signals at an operating clock of standard TV has been developed. Each pixel is equipped with a photodiode, a 1-bit analog-to-digital converter (1-bit ADC), an 8-bit pulse counter, and a signal processing circuit. The sensor system displays a two-dimensional (2-D) image in real time.
