类似级配沥青混合料最佳油石比关系研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用压实热拌沥青混合料的空隙率和矿料间隙率等体积特性,考虑集料吸收沥青的情况,提出了“有效油石体积比”的概念,依据最佳有效油石体积比,分析研究了同类级配矿料的最佳油石比之间的关系,建立了具有普遍意义的关系式,并与新的公路沥青路面施工技术规范提供的预估公式作了比较.  相似文献

为了控制沥青混合料回收料(reclaimed asphalt pavement,RAP)的变异性,保证再生沥青混合料的性能,通过现场取料,测试了不同来源RAP的矿料级配、沥青含量和沥青性能,分析了各项指标的变化规律和差异性;结合普通热拌沥青混合料质量控制要求,提出了厂拌热再生沥青混合料RAP最大添加比例控制模型;分析了RAP中油石比与粒径的分布特性;最后建立了混合沥青针入度波动范围模型.结果表明:RAP的矿料级配、油石比和沥青性能变异性均较大;计算得到的RAP最大添加比例能有效保证再生混合料矿料级配和油石比的质量要求;RAP中的油石比与粒径呈指数分布,粒径越小,油石比越大;混合沥青的针入度波动范围与旧沥青的油石比和针入度密切相关,且RAP添加比例越大,波动范围越大.  相似文献

以70号A级道路石油沥青为依据,实施了6种不同布顿岩矿料掺量的6种AC20矿料级配的布顿岩沥青混合料路用性能研究。结果表明,布敦岩沥青原材料中的岩矿料对矿料级配组成与路用性能均影响较大;合理选择布敦岩沥青油石比可显著提高综合路用性能,较优油石比为0.7%~1.3%时的路用性能接近于SBS改性沥青混合料,但对提高水稳定性能力有限;布敦岩沥青最佳掺量为23.7%,与布敦岩沥青原材料自身的油石比几乎相同。  相似文献

采用4个料场的粗集料进行SMA-13的马歇尔试验,试验结果表明:4种粗集料所得到的油石比有着较大的差异。显然,不同粗集料对SAM-13的油石比有着较大影响,因而在SMA沥青混合料的生产过程中,若存在中途换料场,则不可沿用原最佳油石比,应进行相应配合比设计来确定最佳油石比。  相似文献

通过变化三种级配、两种纤维及每一纤维用量下至少变化三种油石比进行试验,研究级配组成、油石比及纤维沥青胶浆对SMA混合料体积参数的影响.结果表明,混合料的矿料级配对SMA混合料的体积参数影响显著.随4.75 mm筛孔通过率的增加,矿料间隙率VMA和空隙率VV均显著降低,而粗集料骨架间隙率VCAmix和沥青饱和度VFA则明显变大;随油石比的增加,由于沥青的填充作用,导致空隙率VV逐渐降低,沥青饱和度VFA增加.在级配一定情况下,纤维的"微集料"及填充作用,使SMA混合料的空隙率VV随纤维沥青胶浆含量的增大而减小,矿料间隙率VMA、沥青饱和度VFA及粗集料骨架间隙率VCAmix逐渐增大.  相似文献

为了使沥青混合料配合比设计更具针对性,基于集料分形特征,探讨了集料粒径分维值与沥青混合料体积参数的关系,在此基础上,确定出满足规范要求的沥青混合料体积指标对应的最佳沥青用量和矿料级配,并通过路用性能的测试检验了设计混合料.结果表明:集料粒径分维值与沥青混合料体积指标有很强的线性相关性,利用该相关关系可以对混合料的体积参数进行预估,快速确定最佳沥青用量、矿料级配.  相似文献

用由马歇尔设计法得到AC 13与AC 20的沥青混合料,搅拌后将混合料依次通过孔径为16 mm、13.2 mm、4.75 mm的方孔筛进行筛分;对筛分得到的四档沥青混合料按照一定比例进行重新分配得到新的AC 13(n)与AC 20(n).通过燃烧法试验测定AC 13(n)与AC 20(n)的沥青含量及其矿料级配曲线.分别对比AC 13(n)、AC 20(n)与AC 13、AC 20的沥青含量和矿料级配曲线变化情况,结果表明:通过对热拌沥青混合料筛分得到的沥青混合料,在沥青含量和矿料级配曲线方面均符合规范规定的范围,且偏离最初的设计很小,因此,热拌沥青混合料的筛分是可行的.  相似文献

To evaluate the homogeneity of asphalt mixtures,the images of sections obtained by cutting the asphalt mixtures specimen horizontally or vertically were analyzed with digital image processing techniques,and the particle area ratio was achieved by applying sector scan for horizontal specimen and vertical scan for vertical one.The research result indicates that the influence of random distribution of aggregates in cutting the specimen can be eliminated by using colored aggregates to distinguish coarse and fine aggregates and using color threshold to segment the images.Choosing three typical gradations,proving particle area ratio obeying normal distribution and using the variability of particle area ratio as an index,it is feasible to quantitatively evaluate the homogeneity of asphalt mixtures.  相似文献

Different aging levels(RTFOT,PAV-10h,PAV-20h and PAV-30 h) of asphalt binders with various mass ratios of mineral powder to asphalt(0,0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6,2.0) were used to investigate the rheological properties of aged asphalt binders with respect to their short and long terms aging characteristics.Viscosity test,dynamic shear test and creep test were conducted.The test results indicate that the viscosity of aged asphalt binder increases sharply with the extension of aging period.Complex shear modulus of aged asphalt increases,which indicates that the stiffness of asphalt binders can increase.The phase angle for aged asphalt binders reduces,which indicates that the elastic portion for viscoelastic property of asphalt binders increases.|G*|·sin δ increases after aging procedure which means that the fatigue resistance becomes poor.The creep test results show that creep strain curves varies remarkably for virgin and aged asphalt binders.The total strain during loading period and the permanent strain decreases significantly for aged asphalt binders,which implies that the elastic portion increases and the viscous portion decreases.  相似文献

Low temperature cracking has become one of the important factors that diminish asphalt pavement’s ride quality and service life.Especially in cold region,cracking caused by low temperature is the main distress form.This paper discussed the effect of aggregate gradation on the low temperature performance in asphalt paving mixtures.A total of 11 asphalt mixtures with 11 different aggregate gradations and one asphalt binder content were studied.Volumetric properties of the coarse aggregate and asphalt mixtures showed aggregate grading has a significant impact on the degree of aggregate interlock in asphalt mixtures.A trend is existed in the low temperature performance with the change of gradation.With the aid of mathematic statistics,it indicates gradation affects the low temperature performance significantly.The findings also indicate the relationship between the degree of aggregate interlock in asphalt mixtures and the low temperature performance:With the stone-to-stone contact developed,the mixture has a high energy to resist contract and deformation at low temperature.The properties of fine aggregate and asphalt play an important part in resisting low temperature cracking in floating structure.But it provides lower energy to resist low temperature cracking compared to the skeleton structure.  相似文献

The degradation behavior of aggregate skeleton in stone matrix asphalt mixture was investigated based on theoretical analysis, laboratory test and field materials evaluation. A stress-transfer model was established to provide the fundamental understanding of the stress distribution and degradation mechanism of stone matrix asphalt (SMA) aggregate skeleton. Based on the theoretical analysis, crushing test and superpave gyratory compactor (SGC) test were used to evaluate the degradation behavior of aggregate skeleton of SMA. To verify the laboratory test results, gradation analysis was also conducted for the field materials extracted from SMA pavements after long-time service. The results indicate that the degradation of SMA aggregate skeleton is not random but has fixed internal trend and mechanism. Special rule is found for the graded fine aggregates generated from coarse aggregate breakdown and the variation of 4.75 mm aggregate is found to play a key role in the graded aggregates to form well-balanced skeleton to bear external loading. The variation of 4.75 mm aggregate together with the breakdown ratio of aggregate gradation can be used to characterize the degradation behavior of aggregate skeleton. The crushing test and SGC test are proved to be promising in estimating the degradation behavior of SMA skeleton.  相似文献

By indirect tensile strength (ITS) test and unconfined compressive strength (UCS) test, the influence of various material related parameters, including asphalt foamability, aggregate temperature, mixing moisture content (MMC) and foamed asphalt (FA) content, on the mechanical properties of FA mixes was studied. The results indicated that both asphalt foamability and aggregate temperature greatly affected ITS of FA mixes. Too low aggregate temperature was unfavorable for mechanical properties of FA mixes. Foamed index alone was unfit for the evaluation of asphalt foamability. Compared with half-life, expansion ratio had more prominent influence on ITS of FA mixes. MMC had significant impact on the mechanical properties of FA mixes and should be optimized by trial and test in FA mix design. The mechanical properties of FA mix were sensitive to the change of FA content. Compared with the ITS determined with standard Marshall specimens, both the ITS and UCS determined with static compressed specimens by 15 cm diameter were more effective in terms of choosing the optimal asphalt content for FA mixes.  相似文献

为研究沥青路面现场压实细观特性,基于离散元PFC3D(particle flow code in 3-dimensions)根据均布荷载-时间等效原则建立了考虑集料形态特征和温度影响的三维沥青路面压实模型,通过动态模量试验利用时间-温度等效原理确定了热态沥青混合料的细观参数,分析压实过程中路面厚度、集料运动、接触力及能量演化机制等.结果表明:沥青路面位移表现出非连续和不对称性,集料的运动位移、应力与压实荷位及其方向有关;压实区域与非压实区域集料的运动规律不同,在压实区域与非压实区域的过渡带集料运动方向形成了类似"涡流"状结构;压实区域材料内部以接触压力为主;外力做功和应变能在压实初期增加速率较大,后期逐渐变小;动能在初始阶段因压实应力未稳定导致集料运动速度较大发生异常,当进入稳定阶段后,动能减小.该研究结果与前期成果基本一致,表明采用离散元法建立的路面压实模型分析沥青路面压实过程的细观行为是合理可行的,离散元法是研究沥青路面细观特征的重要工具.  相似文献
