中深孔分段空场采矿法广泛应用于国内外中厚及以上矿体开采中。随着凿岩设备日趋大型化,分段空场法的分段高度也在逐渐加大,在减少开拓工程量、提高矿山生产能力的同时,也带来了因中深孔施工偏差造成的矿体开采贫损指标难以控制等问题,直接影响矿山经济效益。以西藏某矿山高分段采场开采为例,通过分析中深孔爆破参数设计原理及国内外正在实施中深孔爆破的采场技术参数,并考虑高分段造成钻机偏斜加大等因素,确定了中深孔爆破试验参数,通过多次爆破试验及生产过程中的参数优化,得到了适宜该矿山二期地下开采范围内矿岩特性的中深孔爆破参数,最终得到了大块率为4.75%,开采损失率为7.34%,贫化率为3.28%等指标,可为二期地下采场中深孔高效爆破提供技术参考。  相似文献

为解决凡口铅锌矿狮岭南缓倾斜至倾斜中厚矿体开采所面临的矿石贫化率高、部分矿石出矿困难等问题,通过对矿体结构面调查和开采技术条件分析,提出了适合狮岭南缓倾斜至倾斜中厚矿体开采的机械化分段凿岩分段充填采矿法,并在shn-500 m209#(西条)南段采场进行了工业试验。试验结果表明,此方法能够在保证安全的前提条件下,取得了良好的技术指标,在矿山类似条件采场适合推广应用。  相似文献

保山金厂河铅锌矿主矿体为低品位缓倾斜中厚矿体,平均厚度40 m左右,地下开采采用斜井开拓,设计能力1 500 t/d。为保证高效安全开采,矿房矿柱采用两阶段回采。通过对矿体形态、工程地质条件及类似矿山的生产案例研究,提出采用下向大直径深孔侧向崩矿嗣后充填方案进行回采。选取19#采场作为工业试验采场,试验结果表明,下向大直径深孔落矿工艺达到了低成本、安全、高效开采的目的,取得了良好的经济效益及社会效益。  相似文献

赤马山铜矿系中厚以上矿体,上盘中等稳固。采用浅眼留矿法开采时,贫化损失大,采矿强度低,难以适应当前生产要求。为改革采矿方法,试验用分段矿房采矿法,即将矿房设计成菱形,减小上盘围岩暴露面积,以此控制采场的稳定性。这种采矿法大幅度提高了采场生产能力,降低了矿石的贫化损失和采矿成本,对同类矿体开采提供了有益的经验。  相似文献

以兰尖铁矿尖山矿区1 300 m标高以上挂帮中厚矿体为研究背景,对倾斜边界条件下的无底柱分段崩落法采场结构参数进行研究。根据实验相似原理和达孔量法,通过自制立体放矿模型进行室内放矿模拟实验,根据整理出的实验数据运用3Dmine矿业工程软件建立放出体模型,并结合下盘残留情况得到尖山矿区中厚挂帮矿体20 m分段高度结构参数下的最佳放矿步距为5.2 m,崩矿步距为4 m。  相似文献

针对急倾斜中厚破碎矿体采用浅孔留矿法开采时,存在的采场作业安全条件差、矿石损失贫化大等问题,以锡林浩特萤石矿为工程背景,从岩体可冒性、工艺方法改进、冒落防控等方面对急倾斜中厚破碎矿体空场嗣后充填安全开采技术进行了系统研究。通过矿岩可冒性分析,构建了岩体冒落力学模型,计算得到极限冒落跨度值为5.4~6.4 m,小于矿体的平均厚度(7 m),存在冒落事故风险;从回采作业安全及损失贫化控制角度出发,提出了以垂直深孔落矿阶段矿房法为主的空场嗣后充填开采工艺,给出了采场结构布置方法,采用分段崩矿、中段及阶段出矿方式,确定的合理崩矿步距为1.56 m;在此基础上,分析了采空区顶板冒落冲击风险,计算得到采空区顶板岩体冒落形成的冲击气浪值为34.96 m/s,远远超过了《金属非金属矿山安全规程》(GB 16423—2020)规定的数值,给出了防治冒落冲击灾害的安全散体垫层铺设方法,确定的合理散体垫层厚度为3.3 m。通过现场工业试验,采场作业安全,矿石回采率提高了7.31%,贫化率降低了7.66%,经济效益显著,可实现该类矿山安全高效开采。  相似文献

为探索低品位厚大矿体大直径深孔开采最优方案,全面改善大直径深孔开采的技术经济指标。以乌兰矿低品位厚大矿体开采为研究对象,优化研究大直径深孔开采凿岩硐室布置方式、炮孔布置孔网参数、底部结构大直径深孔一次爆破成型工艺,开展采矿方法现场工业试验,验证优化方案的可行性并获取相关的技术经济指标。研究结果表明:凿岩硐室点柱宜采用中央条柱布置方式,条柱宽度为2 m,采场炮孔可全部设计施工为垂直孔。沿采场宽度方向布置6排炮孔,炮孔排间距宜调整为3 m,采场炮孔设计总量明显减少;大直径深孔自凿岩硐室底板施工至堑沟底部结构,通过大孔爆破崩矿一次形成堑沟底部结构,大幅降低采场采准周期。低品位厚大矿体大直径深孔开采关键技术优化,可改善低品位矿体大直径深孔开采技术经济指标,为同类矿体的高效开采技术提供借鉴。  相似文献
