本文通过对不同光照条件下得到的可见光固化及过氧化物固化的乙烯基酯(VLC)树脂的弯曲、拉伸性能和玻璃化转变温度及残留苯乙烯含量的比较研究,发现只要保证可见光照射的照度和光照量,VLC树脂可见光固化物性能和过氧化物固化物性能相当,高照度光源照射下双酚型VLC-760浇铸体的断裂伸长率及玻璃化转变温度会有明显提高。  相似文献

本文介绍了一种新型的可见光固化(VLC)树脂,通过与一般过氧化物固化的乙烯基酯树脂的机械性能和耐腐蚀性能比较可以看出,两者性能相当。但使用可见光,而非对人体有害的紫外光,安全环保,应用广泛;快速固化,苯乙烯挥发极少,操作简便,无需繁琐的添加促进剂及固化剂和脱泡过程。提高生产效率的同时,大幅度降低施工成本。  相似文献

研究了一种阻燃性乙烯基酯树脂及其复合材料;用具有阻燃特性的交联剂代替苯乙烯制备了乙烯基酯树脂,通过对树脂凝胶时间、粘度及反应活性的测定确定了树脂的固化工艺;对树脂及其复合材料的力学性能和阻燃性能进行了测试,得出树脂浇铸体及其复合材料在力学性能基本保持不变的前提下阻燃性能得到很大程度的提高;该复合材料氧指数为30.6,为阻燃性材料。  相似文献

本文研究了由乙烯基酯树脂和丁腈橡胶所组成混杂树脂蝗力学性能,固化性能和相结构。结果表明该混杂树脂浇铸体具有分相结构。加入少量(3%-5%)丁腈橡胶能有效地对乙烯基酯树脂进行增韧,而多量(10%以上)丁腈橡胶的加入可明显地降低乙烯基树脂的固化收缩率。  相似文献

研究了过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯(TBPB)3种固化剂对乙烯基酯树脂固化工艺的影响,并根据固化工艺制备出树脂浇铸体及其碳纤维复合材料。采用差示扫描量热(DSC)法研究了不同树脂固化体系的反应放热特性,采用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了浇注体的断面的表面形态。并对浇注体及复合材料进行了力学性能测试和热稳定性表征,结果表明制得的复合材料具有优良的力学性能和热稳定性。  相似文献

本文研究了蓖麻油聚氨酯(PU)与乙烯基酯树脂(MEF-2树脂)组成混杂树脂的力学性能和固化性能。同时考察了混杂树脂的密度和玻璃化转变温度Tg,结果表明混杂树脂浇铸体的密度高于按混合律计算所得的值,其Tg也较纯MEF-2树脂的高,说明MEF-2与PU的网络间存在着互穿。最后还考虑了混杂树脂浇铸体的耐酸性。  相似文献

High curing temperature is the key drawback of present heat resistant thermosetting resins. A novel epoxy‐functionalized hyperbranched poly(phenylene oxide), coded as eHBPPO, was synthesized, and used to modify 2,2′‐bis (4‐cyanatophenyl) isopropylidene (CE). Compared with CE, CE/eHBPPO system has significantly decreased curing temperature owing to the different curing mechanism. Based on this results, cured CE/eHBPPO resins without postcuring process, and cured CE resin postcured at 230°C were prepared, their dynamic mechanical and dielectric properties were systematically investigated. Results show that cured CE/eHBPPO resins not only have excellent stability in dielectric properties over a wide frequency range (1–109Hz), but also show attractively lower dielectric constant and loss than CE resin. In addition, cured CE/eHBPPO resins also have high glass transition temperature and storage moduli in glassy state. 为了适应无卤无铅绿色环保发展要求,挠性覆铜板(FCCL)的环保性能越来越受到大家的重视。目前FCCL最常用的材料为环氧树脂胶黏剂,虽然添加型阻燃剂能达到阻燃效果,但是对力学性能影响很大。所以,反应型的环氧树脂及其固化剂的无卤化是FCCL无卤化的两个重要方面。综述了近年来国内外在无卤阻燃环氧树脂(含磷、含硅、含氮环氧树脂及苯酚-芳烷基型自熄性环氧树脂)及其固化剂(含磷、含硅固化剂,含氮酚醛树脂和苯酚-芳烷基型环氧树脂固化剂)的研究进展,并对其今后的发展做一展望。  相似文献

The effect of t‐butyl peroxybenzoate (TBPB) on the cure reaction of QY8911‐3 resin (BMI) was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and gel time analysis. The mechanical properties of the resin and the composite were tested and analyzed with the peroxide content. The results showed that TBPB decomposed between 117 and 191°C and the enthalpy was 1123 J/g. TBPB reduced the initial reaction temperature, prompted the reaction speed, and shortened the gel time of the BMI resin. TBPB also increased the bending strength and decreased the impacting strength of the postcured samples. So, the peroxide content should be less than 0.6%. CF/SiO2/BMI composites were prepared from the BMI containing peroxide and their microstructure and properties were better than those of the composites free of peroxide. According to the injection‐molding experiment, the spilling problem was overcome and the forming time was reduced from 2 h to 15 min when peroxide was added. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 通过缩聚法制备出脲醛树脂,考察了制备单组分固化剂NH4C l、2%HC l、5%的H3PO4、H2O2及双组分固化剂NH4C l和2%HC l、NH4C l和5%H3PO4的使用条件,并确定了复合固化剂的配比和用量。发现双组分固化剂固化时间适宜,固化效果好。  相似文献

New low curing temperature powder epoxy coatings cured with Meldrum's acid and catalyzed by the use of erbium III trifluoromethanesulfonate have been formulated. Their curing kinetics and anticorrosive properties have been studied and compared with a system commonly used in industry (o-tolylbiguanide/epoxy resin) and with an epoxy powder coating homopolymerized by erbium III trifluoromethanesulfonate. Three different tests of anticorrosive properties (EIS, AC/DC/AC and salt fog spray) have been used together with an adherence test, in order to establish the best system. Results show that systems crosslinked with Meldrum's acid and catalyzed with erbium triflate present very fast curing kinetics and very good anticorrosive properties. The technique AC/DC/AC has shown its ability to evaluate properly and much faster than other techniques the anticorrosive properties of powder coatings.  相似文献

采用动态硫化的方法在Haake转矩流变仪上制备了三元乙丙橡胶/聚烯烃(EPDM/POE)热塑性弹性体(TPV),并分别对不同硫化体系和硫化剂用量对TPV交联密度和性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,随硫化剂用量的增加,TPV的交联密度增大,其中硫黄硫化体系的TPV变化最明显;采用硫黄硫化体系和酚醛树脂硫化体系制备的TPV性能优于过氧化物硫化体系,并且DCP和硫黄分别在用量为0.5份,酚醛树脂在1.0份时性能较佳。  相似文献
