In this study, the thickness and wax content of wax deposits were found to be thinner and lower in the polyethylene (PE) pipe than in the stainless steel (SS) pipe using a flow loop apparatus. The diffusivity of wax, radial thermal gradient, and wax precipitation rate in the PE and SS pipes were calculated and compared. It was found the diffusivity of wax in the PE pipe was higher and tended to enhance the wax deposition in the PE pipe, while the radial thermal gradient and wax precipitation rate were lower in the PE pipe and had the opposite effects. These factors are shown to be comparable with each other and the effect of the thermal gradient dominates the mass flux of wax from bulk to the oil-deposit interface and into the deposits finally, thus causing differences in thickness and wax content of deposits between the PE and SS pipes.  相似文献

详细地论述了硬脂酸钙(CaSt2)对石蜡、聚乙烯蜡(PE蜡)、硬脂酸(HSt)润滑作用的影响,并进行了理论分析,提出了"润滑膜强度"及"铆钉作用"概念.只用非极性石蜡、PE蜡时,其润滑膜的抗撕裂强度及其黏附强度较低,强极性CaSt2与PVC树脂表面及金属表面形成化学吸附络合键,从而起到"铆钉作用",增加了石蜡、PE蜡润滑膜的强度,提高了石蜡、PE蜡的润滑作用.通过对金属皂等极性润滑剂化学结构的理论分析,笔者认为:金属皂类等极性润滑剂可以视为油溶性表面活性剂(润湿剂),并用表面活性剂能降低PVC树脂界面张力的规律解释了CaSt2对石蜡、PE蜡、HSt润滑作用的影响.  相似文献

A facile method to encapsulate the reduced graphene oxide (RGO) sheets physically with polyethylene (PE) wax was developed. The graphene oxide sheets were first wrapped with polyethylene wax, and reduced by hydrazine hydrate. The structure of the wrapped RGO was confirmed by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction (XRD), and Raman spectroscopy. The PE wax‐wrapped RGO sheets were melt blended with PE to prepare PE/RGO nanocomposites. Transmission electron microscopy and XRD studies showed that this method could provide uniform dispersion of RGO sheets in the PE matrix. Scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy indicated that there was a strong interfacial interaction between the PE wax‐wrapped RGO sheets and PE matrix. Addition of 1 wt % RGO sheets in PE matrix led to a 48% increment in the yield stress and 118% increment in the Young's modulus, respectively. 利用RH2200恒速型毛细管流变仪考察了硬脂酸镧复合物(RC)分别和聚乙烯蜡共混前后对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)挤出性能的影响。与纯HDPE5000S相比,加入1.5份RC和1.0份或3.0份聚乙烯蜡混合物以后,熔体的表观粘度降低,发生压力振荡时候的滑移长度减少以及信号强度明显消失。  相似文献

为了改善高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)熔体的流动不稳定性,在HDPE中添加了不同份数的含氟弹性体/聚乙烯蜡复合润滑剂。试验结果表明:在HDPE5000S加入0.125份含氟弹性体/5份聚乙烯蜡复合润滑剂,熔体不稳定流动现象在低剪切速率下明显改善。  相似文献

研究了某种特种橡胶(R)与聚乙烯蜡(PE)及低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)共混硫化胶的耐天那水、甲苯体积变化率和某些物理性能。随着PE蜡或LDPE的用量增大,在相同浸泡时间下,共混硫化胶在天那水或甲苯中的体积变化率逐渐降低,且达到溶胀平衡的时间变长;共混比为80/20和70/30的R/PE蜡和R/LDPE硫化胶一般力学性能差别不大。  相似文献

通过添加扩链剂KL-E4370、氧化钙和氧化聚乙烯蜡对PA/PE回收料进行扩链、除水和原位生成相容剂的再生改性。结果显示,扩链剂KL-E4370用量为0.7%,氧化钙用量为2%,改性效果最好,添加1%的氧化聚乙烯蜡改善了PA和PE的相容性。  相似文献

With polylactic acid (PLA) resin as walls and paraffin wax as core substances, phase change microcapsules were prepared based on solvent evaporation method. The energy storage microcapsules (ESM) agents had a mean diameter of about 5 ~ 10 µm. Moreover, the thermal properties of the ESM agents were measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Different types of PE composites were prepared with different amounts of these additives. The energy storage properties of PE/ESM composites were improved compared with that of pure PE and PE/paraffin wax composites. However, the tensile properties of these composites showed remarkable decrease.  相似文献

通过对辽阳石油化纤公司高密度聚乙烯淤浆聚合装置外循环撤热技术改造前后生产GF7750M牌号产品时聚合过程的工程分析,发现了釜内聚合过程特征的变化,提出了聚乙烯蜡含量的明显上升是引起聚合物粘壁加剧的最直接原因,并通过分析得出了可能导致聚乙烯蜡含量上升的主要因素以及进一步提高装置生产能力的可能性和主要手段。  相似文献
