针对盾构机主驱动超大聚氨酯(PU)密封圈(简称PU密封圈)在生产及应用中存在的问题,利用有限元分析软件Ansys对PU密封圈结构进行仿真优化;研究了主要原材料对PU弹性体性能的影响;进一步对PU密封圈的生产环境、配套设备和工艺以及产品评测平台进行优化设计,形成了整套自动化连续硫化生产技术,确保了盾构机主驱动PU密封圈的质量稳定性和在实际工程中良好的应用效果。  相似文献

将不同掺量聚氨酯(PU)加入泡沫混凝土(FC),研究聚氨酯填充型泡沫混凝土(FC/PU)复合材料的性能。结果表明:随着PU掺量的增加,FC/PU复合材料的导热系数不断降低,阻燃性能变差。PU掺量为0~4%时,随着PU掺量的增加,FC/PU复合材料的浆体黏度逐渐降低,气孔特性变好,抗压强度不断增大。PU掺量超过4%时,FC/PU复合材料黏度开始增大,气孔特性变差,抗压强度逐渐降低。PU掺量为4%时,FC/PU复合材料的综合性能最优,与未掺入PU相比,黏度降低62.7%,气孔特性较好,抗压强度提高75.0%,导热系数降低18.7%,阻燃性能仍能达到A1级。  相似文献

Interpenetrating polymer networks (IPNs) were prepared from polyurethane (PU)‐modified epoxy with different molecular weight of polyol and polyurethanes based on the mixture of polydiol and polytriol by a one‐shot method. Two types of PU‐modified epoxy: PU‐crosslinked epoxy and PU‐dangled epoxy were synthesized, and the effects of the different molecular weights of polyol in the PU‐modified epoxy/PU IPNs on the dynamic mechanical properties, morphology, and damping behavior were investigated. The results show that the damping ability is enhanced through the introduction of PU‐modified epoxy into the PU matrix to form the IPN structure. As the molecular weight of polyol in PU‐modified epoxy increases, the loss area (LA) of the two types of the IPNs increases. PU‐dangled epoxy/PU IPNs exhibit much higher damping property than that of the PU‐crosslinked epoxy/PU IPNs with 20 wt % of PU‐crosslinked epoxy. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Amino-terminated and carboxylic acid containing aqueous-based polyurethane (PU) dispersion was prepared by a conventional NCO-terminated PU prepolymer process by using isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polypropylene glycol-2000 (PPG-2000) and 2,2′-dimethylolpropanoic acid (DMPA) as the key raw materials. A new curing agent, tri-glycidyl phosphate (POG) was prepared from a substitution reaction of phosphorus oxychloride and glycidol. A single-component self-curable aqueous-based PU system is obtained from an addition of POG into aqueous-base PU dispersion and its curing reaction occurred among POG oxiranes and PU amino groups immediately after hydrophobic POG diffused into PU particles (as polymeric micelles). The cross-linked PU resins were resulted on drying at ambient temperature. Original PU dissolved into THF and ethanol. And its gel content increased to 90.1% and sample loss in ethanol decreased to 9.2% of this self-cured PU system with 5.0 phr POG. The limiting oxygen index (LOI) value is 20 of original PU and its LOI reached to 27 of this same self-cured PU system. The improved mechanical and thermal properties of those self-cured PU resins were evaluated, respectively in this report.  相似文献

Abstract —Both fumed silica and sepiolite have been used as a filler of polyurethane (PU) adhesives. Although effective, the small particle size and the relative high cost of fumed silica are limitations in some applications. Sepiolite is cheaper than fumed silica, but its relatively large particle size facilitates its settling from the adhesive solutions. In this study, the usefulness of using sepiolite + fumed silica mixtures as a filler in solvent-based PU adhesives is demonstrated. The rheological and adhesion properties of the PU adhesive solutions and the rheological and mechanical properties of the PU films (without solvent) were studied. SEM micrographs of PU films showed the morphology and compatibility of the fillers with the PU matrix. The use of sepiolite + fumed silica mixtures inhibited the settlement of the filler from the PU adhesive solutions, increased both the storage and the loss moduli, and improved the rheological and mechanical properties of the PU. On the other hand, the green (immediate) T-peel strengths of roughened styrene-butadiene rubber/PU adhesive joints and plasticized PVC/PU adhesive joints were greatly improved in filled PU adhesives. The effects produced by using fumed silica alone or sepiolite + fumed silica mixtures were very similar, although in general, somewhat more marked in fumed silica-filled PU.  相似文献

A feasibility study of pultrusion of fiber-reinforced polyurethane/furfuryl alcohol (PU/FA) interpenetrating polymer/network IPN composites has been made. From the viscosity study, it was found that the pot life of the PU/FA IPN prepolymers increased with PU content and showed high reactivity at elevated temperature. It was confirmed from the morphological study that the wetting of fibers by the PU/FA IPN resins was improved with PU content. The appearance of the tensile failure surfaces of the pultruded glass fiber-reinforced PU/FA IPN composites showed “hackle patterns” for PU contents below 15 phr. The mechanical property study shows that the tensile strength of pultruded PU/FA IPN composites is the highest when the PU content is 5 phr. However, the flexural strength, flexural modulus and HDT decreased with PU content. The mechanical properties of various fiber-reinforced (glass, carbon, and Kevlar 49 aramid fiber) pultruded PU/FA IPN composites increased with fiber volume content.  相似文献

Three different surface modifiers, octadecyl trimethyl ammonium (ODTMA), octadecyl primary ammonium (ODPA), and decanediamine (DDA) were used to modify Na+? montmorillonite (MMT), and the resultant organoclays were coded as ODTMA‐MMT, ODPA‐MMT, DDA‐MMT, respectively. Rigid PU foams/organoclay composites were prepared by directly using organoclay as the blowing agent without the addition of water. Investigation shows that the morphology of the nanocomposites is greatly dependent on the surface modifiers of clay used in the composites. In detail, DDA‐MMT is partially exfoliated in the PU matrix with the smallest cell size, while two others are intercalated in the PU matrices with smaller cell sizes. The sequence of their cell sizes is pristine PU foams > rigid PU foams/ODTMA‐MMT > rigid PU foams/ODPA‐MMT > rigid PU foams/DDA‐MMT, and the average cell size of rigid PU foams/DDA‐MMT composites decreases evidently from 0.30 to 0.07 mm. Moreover, all rigid PU foams/organoclay composites show remarkable enhanced compressive and tensile strengths as well as dynamic properties than those of PU foams, and the enhancement degree coincides well with the relative extent of internal hydrogen bonding of materials and gallery spacing of organoclay. For example, in the case of rigid PU foams/DDA‐MMT composite, 214% increase in compressive strength and 148% increase in tensile strength compared with those of pure PU foams were observed. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
