Conclusions Use of lubricants 2, 3, 4 and 5 (Table 1) in transverse hot densification does not prevent buildup formation on the tool. By contrast, the specially developed molybdenum disulfide and graphite base lubricant 1 [13] exhibits excellent friction- and wear-reducing characteristics. Conclusions An investigation into the sinterability of loosely poured atomized bronze powders has established that the porosity of resultant sintered bronze skeletons depends on the particle size and shape. The shape of the bronze powder particles has some effect on the antifriction characteristics of a metal -PTFE material, but its coefficient of friction and wear resistance are affected more strongly by the composition of a solid lubricant introduced into the pores of its sintered skeleton. Using a nonspherical rather than spherical bronze powder gives a bronze saving of 15–20% without affecting the good antifriction properties of metal-PTFE materials, by increasing the porosity of their skeletons. Replacing molybdenum disulfide with graphite substantially increases the wear resistance of two-layer metal-PTFE materials and markedly decreases their cost, since the price of molybdenum disulfide is more than 20 times that of graphite.Translated from Poroshkovaya Metallurgiya, No. 9(273), pp. 30–34, September, 1985. 相似文献

Conclusions Investigations were conducted into the service characteristics of the hexanite disks in relation to the grade and dispersion of molybdenum disulfide and diselenide and also in relation to heat treatment. The specific consumption of hexanite-A is controlled by the dispersion of the solid lubricant. The particle size of the solid lubricant should not exceed 14/10 m.The specific consumption of hexanite-A in the disks with molybdenum disulfide and diselenide with a lubricant dispersion of less than 14 m is approximately identical, i.e., the nature of the solid lubricant has no marked effect on this parameter. The grade and nature of the solid lubricant do not affect the surface roughness of the ground surface of the specimens of the quenched high-speed tool steel.Heat treatment in hydrogen improves the quality of these grinding disks. The results show that the specific consumption of hexanite-A in the disks after heat treatment in hydrogen decreases by a factor of 2.02 in comparison with the standard disks; the quality of the ground surface remains almost unchanged.Translated from Poroshkovaya Metallurgiya, No. 11(299), pp. 80–84, November, 1987. 相似文献

热分解法制备二硫化钼纳米粉末的研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
以硫钼酸铵为原料,热分解法制备出了二硫化钼纳米粉末,采用TEM,SEM,XRD和ED等方法检测了产物的形貌、组成、结构。结果表明:制备出的灰黑色二硫化钼纳米颗粒平均直径为几十纳米;XRD谱图与标准衍射谱比较,产物属六方晶系,a=0.316nm,c=1,229nm;基本无杂质,较纯净;ED分析还表明纳米颗粒为多晶,晶化程度好,(0004)、(011^-0)、(011^-2)等品面的衍射环连续、清晰,与XRD的分析结果一致。并对二硫化纳米粉末形成的影响因素如反应温度、反应时间、料层厚度、反应气体流速、反应物的粒度等进行了讨论。 相似文献
