通常修整砂轮时,把若干个砂轮修整片装在砂轮修整架上,完全靠手支撑并左右移动修整架,利用砂轮的转动带动修整片旋转的差动力,实现砂轮的修整。这种传统修整砂轮方法会出现以下情况:第一,砂轮修整片磨损快并且在使用过程中孔的间隙变大,影响修整精度。第二,操作过程稳定性差,有一定的危险性。第三,被修整的砂轮表面较粗糙、圆柱度差。第四,不能完全消除砂轮运转产生的径向跳动,此项是影响砂轮使用的关键。现用我们自行设计制作的砂轮修整器进行修整砂轮后,以上的问题都能迎刃而解,并且修整后砂轮运转时平稳、噪声也较小。1·砂轮修整器的结… 相似文献

1 引言在精密零件的磨削加工中 ,圆弧形面的磨削尤其是轴承外环内滚道和内环外滚道的磨削是一个技术难点 ,而砂轮的修整对磨削精度起着重要作用。传统的砂轮修整是通过砂轮修整笔进行手工修整 ,或者采用成型修整器 (如滚轮 )进行修整。但这两种方法修整后的砂轮都会产生圆弧形状误差 ,影响加工后工件的形状精度。影响砂轮修整精度的原因有两方面 :一是修整器本身的精度 ;二是操作不当。如在使用砂轮修整笔手工修整砂轮时 ,若工人操作不当 ,使修整器与过砂轮中心线的水平面偏离 ,则在修整笔尖A处 ,修整笔的运动轨迹在水平面内为圆弧曲线 2 … 相似文献

针对圆弧形超硬砂轮修整难度大、修整精度低的问题,对树脂结合剂圆弧形金刚石砂轮进行了精密修整研究。设计制造了一种垂直式超硬砂轮圆弧修整器,通过修整试验研究了不同粒度的圆弧形砂轮在修整前后表面粗糙度、弧形精度、圆度、表面形貌的变化情况。砂轮修整前后对氮化硅陶瓷轴承套圈沟道进行了磨削,并测量了磨削后的轴承套圈沟形精度。研究结果表明:相比修整前,修整后砂轮表面粗糙度平均值由1.731 8 μm减小至0.772 4 μm,减小了55.4%;弧形精度平均值由33.604 7 μm减小至8.527 6 μm,减小了74.6%,修整后4个砂轮的弧形精度更加稳定,且随着砂轮粒度的减小,弧形精度略有减小趋势;砂轮圆度平均值由43.721 μm减小至18.002 μm,减小了58.8%,修整使大量新的磨粒露出。所设计的垂直式超硬砂轮圆弧形修整器可对圆弧砂轮进行精密修整,可改善圆弧形砂轮的弧形精度及圆度,修整后砂轮磨削的轴承套圈沟形精度得到了大幅提高。 相似文献

A new mathematical model of the dressing of grinding wheels by diamond disc dresser is developed. It predicts the dressing forces between the diamond grits of a rotating disc dresser and the grits of an alumina grinding wheel. This model is based on the fracture of grits, the fracture of the bond and the contact forces between the dresser and grits. It considers the kinematical influences and in particular speed ratio of the dressing process. Also a Weibull distribution was used to predict the probability of bond fracture. Dressing forces are measured experimentally and are compared with those calculated from the new model. Theoretical results closely match with the experimental findings. The dressing forces generated from this model provide a basis for further prediction of wheel topography and the grinding process. 相似文献

The estimation of surface non-uniformity under various machining parameters (such as dressing force, diamond density of dresser, rotational speed of dresser, different machining paths, etc.) is essential to the planarization process. Based on abrasive theory and the deformation analyses of a polishing pad, this paper develops a model to calculate material removal in the planarization process and then calculate non-uniformity by using this model. The results reveal that the non-uniformity is in good agreement with experimental data. Moreover, it was found that the non-uniformity decreased when the dressing time increased. 相似文献
