将石油沥青分离为饱和分、芳香分、胶质、沥青质组分,研究组分经薄膜烘箱试验前后各组分的分子量、分子量分布、H/C 原子比、红外吸收光谱的含氧基团的变化,结果说明沥青中的饱和分变化较小,芳香分居中,胶质变化最大。随石油沥青来源不同。沥青中同样组分抗老化性质相差较大。 相似文献

从2002年至今的沥青四组分试验结果显示,胶质含量较往年越来越少,在2011年甚至小于4%,但其常规指标仍然符合规范要求。针对这一现象选取其中2003年、2007年、2011年出厂的埃索90号沥青在不同老化时间之后的组分含量进行测试,结果发现2011年出厂的该沥青随老化时间的延长,胶质含量有很大程度的提高。尽管埃索90号沥青2011年出厂时的四组分含量与2003年相比差别很大,但是沥青在175℃左右温度下保温3h,组分变化后四组分含量与2003年出厂的该沥青老化后四组分含量差别缩小。最后从化学性质方面分析胶质含量变化的原因,并建议相关部门对埃索90号等沥青的长期性能给予足够关注。 相似文献

以辽河AH-90基质沥青为研究对象,在实验室使用82型薄膜烘箱模拟自然老化,考察了沥青老化过程中四组分含量的变化规律。采用自主研发的沥青再生技术和LKJ-I型废旧沥青再生剂,通过组分调和法对辽河AH-90~#废旧沥青进行了再生,并建立以软化点为参数的再生沥青和基质沥青的老化动力学方程。结果表明,沥青在老化的过程中,一般会遵循由芳香分转化为胶质,继而胶质转化为沥青质的变化趋势;以软化点为基本参数,基质沥青、再生沥青的老化动力学方程分别为lnR_t=3.772 8+70.91te~(-3 650/T),lnR_t=3.763 5+33.41te~(-3 730/T);与基质沥青相比,再生沥青的老化反应速率常数较小且活化能较高,表明再生后其抗老化性能得到改善。 相似文献

为了研究紫外线老化下沥青性能变化,选取同种产地、不同标号的两种基质沥青以及两种常规改性沥青,分析基质沥青在不同紫外线老化后组分变化,研究四种沥青在不同时长紫外绒老化后的三大指标、DSR和BBR试验。结果表明,选用沥青老化后C/H值来评价同种来源基质沥青紫外老化性能是可行的,并可以通过使用DSR、BBR补充评价基质沥青和改性沥青紫外线老化后的高低温流变性能。 相似文献

分别考察了6种基础油和5种改性剂对老化沥青再生效果的影响,通过优化制备出了新型老化道路沥青再生剂。结果表明,优选出蜡油C与蜡油E做再生剂的调和基础油,二者质量比以2:1为宜;改性剂羟基苯甲酸酯对再生沥青延度的改善效果最明显;将调和基础油与羟基苯甲酸酯混合(二者质量比为80/20)可作为沥青再生剂的主要成分,在其中加入防老剂与紫外线吸收剂,可制备出合成沥青再生剂。当后者加入质量分数为8%时,再生沥青的低温延度、软化点和针入度均恢复到50 A新沥青水平。合成沥青再生剂综合效果优于所选的进口与国产沥青再生剂。 相似文献

研究了减渣、催化剂、风量和反应时间等因素对氧化沥青性能的影响。结果表明,无论是否使用催化剂,在160L/(kg·h)普通风量和280℃反应温度条件下,即使将氧化时间延长到23.5h,均无法将A、B、C、D、E、F等6种减渣深度氧化为质量符合国外沥青瓦沥青要求的建筑沥青产品。反应温度保持280℃,不使用催化剂,将风量提高到400L/(kg·h),反应8~11h,可将减渣C、D氧化为25℃针入度为1.86~2.06mm,0℃针入度为1.20~1.35mm,软化点为95.2~99.1℃,开杯闪点高于300℃且符合沥青瓦沥青质量要求的氧化沥青产品;同样条件下氧化7~15h,无法将A、B、E、F等4种减渣氧化为沥青瓦沥青产品。 相似文献

The adsorption of five asphalts processed in Brazilian refineries and designated as A, B, C, D and E, and their asphaltenes and maltenes constituents, from toluene solutions, onto quartz, feldspar and biotite and the relationship between this tendency and the mechanical properties of the asphalt pavement have been investigated. For all minerals asphalts A and C strongly absorbed the others. Their respective curves levelling off between 3.5 and 4.0 mg g− 1 for gneiss and quartz, increasing to 5 and 6 mg g− 1 for feldspar and biotite. The eletrophoretic mobility of quartz was not modified by the adsorption of asphaltenes in contrast to that observed for feldspar and biotite, indicating that the sites liable for the surface charge of the latter minerals were affected by the presence of the adsorbed organic species. Regarding the mechanical resistance tests for asphalt mixtures, only asphalts A and C gave that would be considered values acceptable by the Brazilian National Department of Terrestrial Infra-structure (DNIT) (> 80%). Those results indicate that the chemical interaction among minerals and asphalts should affect for good or bad the mechanical resistance of the asphalt mixture. 相似文献

A new recycling agent for restoring aged asphalt was synthesized by using furfural extract oil and lube base oil as base oils and an additive as low temperature performance enhancer. The regenerating effects of different recycling agents were investigated. Then, the antiaging properties of recycled asphalts and the compatibility between recycling agents and aged asphalts were studied. Experimental results showed that the new recycling agent synthesized in this study had better regenerating effects than the other two recycling agents and different recycling agents and different aged asphalts had disparate compatibility. 相似文献

The preparation and evaluation of 30# hard grade asphalt by blending softening point hard deoil asphalt with several soft components were investigated. The results showed that the properties and proportions of blending soft components had a great influence on the properties of 30# asphalt. Chunfeng 70# asphalt and Maoming deoil asphalt were more suitable as blending soft components and their blended asphalt met the technical requirements of GB/T 15180-2010 when the proportion of hard deoil asphalt were 6–12% and 8–16%, respectively. PG grade results indicated that dynamic modulus of 30# asphalts at high temperature increased significantly, and antirutting ability was also improved notably, while the bending resistant ability at low temperature was slightly inferior to the high-grade asphalt. The results of mix performance tests showed that 30# hard grade asphalt had excellent anti–high-temperature deformation ability and preferable water stability compared with high-grade asphalts. 相似文献

Abstract Nine asphalts, including seven Strategic Highway Research Program asphalts and two Texas asphalts, were aged at several conditions of temperature and oxygen pressure to develop an aging test. Values for a dynamic shear rheometer function, a combination of both elastic and viscous properties that serves as an indicator of susceptibility to age-related pavement cracking, were measured for both aged and unaged samples. Each aging condition was ranked and calibrated against environmental room aging (60°C, 1 atm air), used to simulate road aging.
