铝土矿浮选尾矿含铁量较高, 不能直接作为电热法生产一次铝硅合金的原料。采用盐酸对铝土矿浮选尾矿进行了除铁。考察了浸出时间、浸出温度、浸出液固比及盐酸浓度对尾矿氧化铁和氧化铝浸出率的影响。实验结果表明, 在浸出温度80 ℃、浸出时间120 min、浸出液固比5∶1、盐酸浓度21%的条件下, 尾矿的除铁率可达95%以上, 氧化铝的损失率在4.3%以下。  相似文献

研究了硫酸浸出转底炉高锌铅粉尘提取锌的工艺条件和参数。最佳浸出工艺条件为: 搅拌速度400 r/min, 硫酸浓度为1.0 mol/L, 浸出温度为25 ℃, 固液比为1∶8, 浸出时间为0.5 h。在此条件下, 锌的浸出率可达96%以上。采用针铁矿-氧化水解法除铁、过硫酸铵深度除铁锰、锌粉置换除杂的方法对浸出液净化处理, 得到高纯度硫酸锌溶液, 该溶液可直接电解制取锌或制取碱式碳酸锌和氧化锌。  相似文献

我国每年均消耗大量的铝土矿资源,由此产生了大量的铝土矿尾矿。与此同时,尾矿堆积而产生的环境污染问题越来越为人们所重视。铝土矿尾矿中多含有高岭石、伊利石、叶蜡石等层状硅酸盐矿物,具有良好的多孔性能,可作为废水处理剂使用。鉴于此,为实现铝土矿尾矿资源的综合利用,采用高温焙烧方法对铝土矿尾矿进行了改性研究,并考察了改性后的铝土矿尾矿对重金属离子Cu2+和Zn2+吸附性能。试验表明:在焙烧温度为800 ℃条件下连续焙烧2 h后,该尾矿具有最好的吸附效果:常温条件下,对Cu2+和Zn2+的饱和吸附量达到2.837 mg/g和1.630 mg/g。以上研究表明,高温焙烧可以促进铝土矿尾矿对重金属的吸附性能,有可能实现该尾矿的综合利用。   相似文献

本文研究了采用废糖蜜作还原剂对氧化锰矿泥进行酸浸试验。结果表明,采用废糖蜜作还原剂,在适宜浸出条件下,浸出率可达94.67%,浸出液采用针铁矿法除铁,硫化法除重金属后得到的净化液可制取碳酸锰,其产品质量达到企业标准合格品,锰回收率可达到82.04%。  相似文献

探究了煤泥尾矿的煅烧活化和增白条件,煤泥尾矿经过预处理成为合成分子筛等无机产品的原料,提高煤泥尾矿附加值。结果表明:采用盐酸对煤泥灰酸浸处理效果最好,采用炉内冷却比室温冷却对煤泥尾矿除铁效果好。通过单因素实验得到煤泥尾矿的最佳煅烧条件为:800℃煅烧2h,铁的浸出量为6.07%,铝的浸出量为17.96%,白度为85。正交试验分析表明,煤泥尾矿的最佳增白条件为:煅烧温度750℃,煅烧时间1h,粒度150μm。煤泥尾矿的最佳活化条件为:煅烧温度750℃,煅烧时间2h,粒度74μm。  相似文献

研究大洋多金属硫化物浮选尾矿中铜的硫酸浸出过程。浸出的最佳工艺条件为初始酸浓度1.0~1.5 mol/L,液固比3~4∶1,浸出温度80~90℃。在最佳工艺条件下,浮选尾矿中的铜浸出率可达到97%以上,铁的浸出率70%左右,而镁的浸出率在10%以下。  相似文献

尾矿渗滤液中的重金属是尾矿库环境污染的重要来源,而降雨量及尾矿在雨水中浸泡的时间是影响重金属浸出的关键因素。基于此,本文探讨了不同液固比条件下尾矿中重金属的浸出规律,采用静态淋溶和动态淋溶两种试验方式对不同粒度尾矿进行重金属浸出模拟试验,分析尾矿样品中重金属(Cu、Mn、Zn)浸出浓度变化情况。结果表明:pH为5.4的模拟条件下,静态淋溶下重金属浸出浓度均随液固比的增加而减小,且不同粒度尾矿中重金属浸出规律为:细粒度优于中粒度,粗粒度浸出程度最小;不同重金属浸出浓度受液固比影响程度为:锰>铜>锌;动态淋溶下重金属浸出浓度随淋溶量的增加呈明显下降趋势,存在快速下降和缓慢下降两个阶段。重金属释放数学模型的拟合发现,重金属的释放是一个复杂的过程,Cu和Zn的释放动力学特征与双常数速率方程拟合程度较高;锰的释放过程由修正Elovich方程描述效果更优。  相似文献

铜冶炼系统中产生的脱硒渣浮选尾矿中含有Pb、Sb、Te、Bi等有价元素,针对此尾矿开展了还原—浸出法分离Pb,富集Sb、Te、Bi等有价金属的试验研究。探究了还原预处理对铅浸出效果的影响,考查了液固比、NaOH浓度、反应温度、反应时间等因素对铅浸出效果的影响。结果表明,经过还原预处理之后,尾矿中铅的浸出率明显提升。还原预处理最佳条件为:焙烧温度550℃、焙烧时间6h、碳粉与物料的比例为1∶20。浸出最佳条件为:液固比8∶1、NaOH浓度180g/L、浸出温度90℃、恒温浸出时间1h。在此条件下铅的浸出效果最好,最高浸出率为97.1%。铅的有效浸出使得尾矿中Sb、Te、Bi等元素得到富集,为后续有价元素的提取奠定了基础。  相似文献

尾矿的大量囤积已成为制约冶炼过程可持续发展的重要因素,从尾矿中回收有价金属元素可以降低企业资源的过度浪费,减少对周边环境的污染,同时提高资源的综合回收率。对某铜冶炼炉渣浮选尾矿采用硫酸浸出工艺进行试验,考察了初始pH、液固比、浸出时间和浸出温度对铜浸出率的影响。结果表明:在初始pH=3、浸出时间为12 h、液固比为4 m L/g、浸出温度为90℃条件下,铜的浸出率达到78.53%,H2SO4用量为23.57 kg/t,其余杂质元素浸出率较低。对铜浸出过程动力学模型研究表明,该硫酸浸出过程符号内扩散模型,反应的表观活化能为23.961k J/mol。  相似文献

为了优化菱镁矿尾矿酸浸提镁工艺,提高酸浸效率,对某菱镁矿尾矿中的镁进行了酸浸行为研究,考察了不同反应因素对菱镁矿尾矿中镁浸出率的影响,从动力学角度分析了菱镁矿尾矿中镁的浸出行为。研究结果表明:提高菱镁矿尾矿的细度、硫酸的浓度和浸出温度均有利于镁浸出率的提高,液固比变化对镁浸出率的影响不大。当试样的粒度为0.074~0 mm,硫酸的浓度为1.5 mol/L,浸出液固比为3 m L/g,浸出温度为80℃,浸出时间为2 h时,镁浸出率可达84%。镁的硫酸浸出过程符合液-固相非催化反应的缩芯模型,浸出过程受扩散和化学反应共同控制,浸出反应的表观活化能为21.02 k J/mol。  相似文献
